Do I start off apologizing for not having any pictures to show? B/c unfortunately I don't. Very easy process of getting on the waiting list from your phone, they keep you updated by text message. We headed over once we got the message that final touches were being made to our table. Seated within 5 minutes of making it to the hostess stand. I ordered a glass of plum wine to drink- can't go wrong there. A Dynamite Roll-- Which was absolutely delicious. I'm not a big fan of spice but I was able to handle this one! (The menu states "smoked tableside" so I was expecting something presentation wise but there wasn't) Side of fried rice- perfect portion, I even had some to take home. Not sure why I haven't been to PF Changs in a while, but that will be changing, so many different menu options that sound amazing, as well as the cocktail list! Instacart and Uber Eats. We ordered the lettuce wraps and they cancelled our order twice saying they weren't available. Went to Uber eats and they weren't available there either. Find that hard to believe on a Friday night. The egg drop soup was the most disgusting soup I've ever had. Absolutely no flavor. No egg. No rich broth. So gross. The crab wontons had no cream cheese. The Kung Pao Shrimp was slimy. My husbands Kung Pao Beef was like leather. Spent well over $125 for this meal and it was horrible. This entire meal was a fail. I went to PF Chang for my birthday dinner and Liz was such a great waitress. She was very patient, provided EXCELLENT customer service and was very pleasant. Liz was very professional and even offered different items that we might like. Customer service that Liz provided is rare. I hope corporate see this review because Liz deserves a RAISE! The food was great, it wasn't super busy but any questions we had Liz was willing to answer. Our food came quick bf the atmosphere/setting was nice as well. What started out as a little disappointing evolved into a lovely experience thanks to really good food and exceptional service from Jennifer! I thought I had made a reservation via Open Table but when I walked in the door I was told that they don't see Open Table reservations and mine was not in their system. Being that we were there for an anniversary dinner, and it started off on a bad foot, I was worried. The restaurant was not crowded at all so we were able to be seated right away and were immediately greeted by Jennifer. We tried some dishes that we had never had before - which were all terrific and Jennifer left us never needing a thing, yet she didn't hover and we loved that! This restaurant has always been a bit pricy for what you get, so that is something to keep in mind. The food quality is terrific so this would be a bit of a splurge experience, in my opinion. We will be back for sure, but PF Chang's - please get yourselves removed from Open Table if that is not a good way to make reservations. Please don't let that continue - it's not cool. I'm not big on Asian-styled food chains as the MSG levels are bit high for me. I much prefer the local, mom & pop Thai, Ramen, or Sushi place. But, P.F. Chang's manages to win me over every time. Fried rice doesn't seem like it'd be that hard to make yummy. But, it's my test for a chain like P.F. Chang's. After not having been in several years, I came with a group and ordered the combo fried rice. It was a big hot steaming pile of yummy. My goto use to be the Mongolian beef. The lettuce wraps were addictive at that time. Now, I think they'd seem to pre-fab. You can get the same dish at Pei Wei for a few dollars less. Service was good, if a bit sparse. We sat at a table that was awkwardly on its own by an emergency exit and a weirdly breezy. The atmosphere is chain-standard. The giant concrete statues seem pretentious to me. But, I remember the first time I came however many years ago I thought they were cool. Now it just seems overdone. Make it about the food and experience. read more

Food - evidently PF Changs has changed their lettuce wraps by serving it with romaine lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce changing the tastes of the appetizer completely. Personally I do not care for romaine lettuce. This P. F Changs is one of the best I've been to. The lunch specials are a fantastic deal - soup or salad with a main dish for 13-14 bucks is fantastic. My server, Alejandro, was exceptional and I could not have asked for better service. The food is very good - I in particular like their salad, which has a very nice peanut soy dressing that is hard to find at other places. Come on a weekday for lunch and the atmosphere is laid back, inviting, and perfect for a chill meal alone or with friends or colleagues. Highly reccomend. read more

The last time I went to PF Changs was maybe 5 years ago and I don't remember it being all that great, but this time, post pandemic PF Changs must have switched up because every single thing I had was delicious. We came here last night for dinner. Inside was decorated for Christmas and looked very pretty. They have these new noodle/rice bowls that I was eyeing up, but they can only be ordered during lunch. I was a little bummed by this, bc it was 5 and they stop at 4. Instead I got the beef and broccoli with brown rice. Everything came out hot and flavorful. The beef was thinly sliced and tender. The steamed broccoli was fresh and went very well with the meat. Our waiter was awesome! I ate about half my meal and got a to-go box. The next day, while enjoying my leftovers (that we're almost finished) I found a black bug inside the rice. The feeling of seeing a bug in my food made me feel sick to my stomach! Now I know every restaurant has bugs, it's inevitable. But when you actually see one in your own food, it's hard to return to that restaurant without the unpleasant thought it might happen again. Changs is not cheap in the first place however adding 10% to already high prices will keep us from visiting again. My wife and I went to PF Changs for dinner on Sunday June 22nd, we were seated immediately in a booth in the back near the kitchen. I have been to this location many times and it has always surpassed my expectations, but not quite this time, there as a large birthday party near us and the restaurant was very loud on this visit, the wait staff seemed to be experiencing some issues with either to many or not enough in that they were running around almost into each other, our food came out in timely fashion and was hot but for some reason the shrimp and lobster sauce looked like it was rewarmed, very salty, we also had beef and broccoli, not really very tasty and fried pork dumplings this time we had no sauce on them. but good never the less, read more

The service was great but the food was subpar and was not consistent with the PF Chang name. The lunch menu had like 6 or 7 choices with either steamed or brown and extra for fried rice or lo mein. I came on by birthday and could not half way finish. I chose chicken bowl with brown rice wi the bell peppers and stuff. it was very dry with no flavor. I took it home nobody wanted so in the trash it went. The free desert banana rolls was decent and only one person out of four liked it. The wonton cream chees appetizer was ok but the filling tasted fishy. Ugh. Friends talked me out of Cheesecake Factory but Vishnu I had went with my first desire. We later ordered King Crabs from Rocking Crabs and my birthday mood was restored to a happy bliss. I do not recommend. The server was rather unwilling to find a proper solution. Lastly, during payment, the server was extremely inefficient with collecting payments from my group. These inefficiencies go so far as to him returning to the table, in the midst of confusion, to clarify which card belonged to which cardholder.
