We recently moved in nearby and we have ate here about a handful of times already. The service is good and quick. The most I've waited to be seated is about 25 minutes but that was because it was graduation week. Food is great and served hot. Nice environment inside and out. The outdoor seating is for bigger parties or for whoever prefers outside when available. We order a main entree with a side and is more than enough for my wife, daughter and I. read more

My children and I visited PF Chang's this Friday, and it was hands down the best restaurant experience we've ever had. From the moment we walked in until we left, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. Alex, the host, greeted us with a warm smile and was respectful and friendly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the most popular items and his personal favorites. The waiter who brought us our drinks was also very kind, and thanks to him, I tried the most delicious tea, Dragon Eye tea, which was absolutely delightful. Our waiter, Aldo, was attentive and observant throughout our meal. The entire restaurant was clean, spacious, and everyone there was willing to help, even if they weren't assigned to our table. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience. And the food -oh my goodness, it was so delicious! We ordered the beef broccoli, and even though my kids usually only eat the meat, the devoured the broccoli too. The meat was tender, and the broccoli was cooked perfectly, with the same seasoning and flavors as the meat. I rate it a 10 out of 10. The Magnolia Beef was also outstanding-the meat was tender, the green onion were perfectly balanced, not overpowering at all. Another 10 out of 10! We also tried the Orange Chicken, which was recommended crispy, but we ordered it the regular way, and it was delicious. The thin orange slices as decoration added a nice touch, and the flavor was savory and delightful- yet another 10! The Kung Pao Chicken was my personal favorite-absolutely sensational! Despite being identified as a spicy dish, my kids enjoyed it just as much as I did. We also ordered the Veggie Spring Rolls, which were a hit for all of us-a perfect appetizer. We almost ordered another plate! And let me tell you about the Changs Spare Ribs- another perfect 10! The ribs were tender, and the sauce was just right, not overpowering, just the perfect balance of flavors. We also tried the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, which we didn't realize we had to prepare ourselves, but they were delicious nonetheless. We also ordered the Noodles with Veggies which were Fantastic- we had to order more noodles because they were so good!! I highly recommend this location, and will definitely be back! And don't get me started on the NY Cheesecake , with sliced strawberries and blue berries, it was heavenly!! I've never been to a place where everyone is so friendly, and the food is so amazing. I also want to mention that the restaurant was impeccably clean, and as soon as a table was vacated, it was cleaned right away. The restrooms were also spotless. We had leftovers, and despite my praising everything, it truly was that good. When we reheated the leftovers, everything tasted delicious!!! Note- my kids and I have sensitive stomachs when it comes to certain foods, but none of us experienced any issues after eating all this amazing food. We were not bloated, didn't have any tummy aches- just full and content. I was fortunate enough to meet the Manager as she made her rounds greeting the clients and she was incredibly nice-genuinely a wonderful person. A - for Average. I have not been to PF Chang's in a few years since visiting the Lone Beach location near the ocean. Which I remember as a great experience, with great customer service, and great food. Yesterday, my wife wanted to try the new Cerritos location. Was expecting more. But got Average. Average service. Average food. Certainly nothing better than any other sit down Chinese food spot, other than the above average price tag. I guess some people feel that if they paid more, it's better. Not I. Best part was the 2 Asian pear Mojitos my wife had. Which is Bacardi Limon, Apple pucker, lime and mint leaves. Service was average. Although our waitress came around maybe once or twice maybe 3 times tops, still tipped her well. She had a great attitude. And it seemed they had her doing so many other things beside waiting on her tables/customers which is not her fault. Food: starter - Chang's spare ribs. Were good. Not awesome. Much better spare ribs at The Original Thai BBQ, hands down. Cerritos location is good. But for best go the Original location in LA on 3rd street. Mongolian beef - was great. Not awesome. Especially with the EXTRA serving of chives. OMG! Like they were hooking us up on the abundant amount of chives. Smh. Chang's spicy chicken - not spicy, not awesome. Orange peel chicken - was good. Not great or awesome. You may get better orange chicken at Ming's or even Tao Wok. Pad Thai - was Pad Aye aye aye. Total disappointment. Absolutely no flavor what so ever. Much better pad Thai at Thai Corner. Hands down. Even the white rice was sub par. And the chili paste hot sauce was absolutely horrible. Salty AF... which ruined one of my servings I had to just discard. Grand total: $116.95. Not awesome for not awesome food. Average at best. You will not be seeing me here again. You can catch me having bbq spare ribs @ The Original Thai BBQ on 3rd street. Having awesome Pad Thai and Curry @ Thai corner, Paramount and Carson in Lakewood. This is quite an exquisite experience. Let's start with the calamari. The sauce that comes with it is extremely addicting, a great appetizer to strengthen my appetite. My gf and I shared the sweet and sour chicken and the dynamite rolls next. Both were amazing and the sushi especially was really impressive. Lastly is the gluten free chocolate shoeflay. We weren't expecting much because most gf foods are dry and don't stick together well, but this specific dish was really good. The ice cream and raspberry syrup were complimented well by the chocolate coofley. The only thing that I cannot let slide is the coffee. The "starbucks coffee" was cold when I got it. (I'm joking it wasn't that big of a deal). Overall this was experience that flabbergasted my tastebuds for this early Valentine's Day celebration. Can't tell you anything about it. They were open, but not open to serve us food. We got there at two and the hostess said that they would not be serving food outside until four. She was not friendly about it either. She didn't even give us the option to order take out. On our way back from California Pizza Kitchen with our takeout, I noticed a couple with a small PG Chang's bag. Hmm, we could have gotten takeout had she offered us that option. (I didn't think to ask since it was so hot and I was sad I couldn't get those lettuce wraps in my hot little hands immediately.) Poor service, bad waitress. I originally ordered the combination fried rice and the beef broccoli. Then I was bribed into ordering from the different menu that was $21.49 per person . That would've included a salad and side order. But little did I know that I won't be able to get the dish I originally ordered because they only offered me one protein and I wanted all my protein that is why I wanted the combination fried rice. I want all of my meat and my shrimp. They gave me undercooked food twice in a row after I complained about it. Unacceptable I won't be coming to this location. Beware I had to speak to two different managers. Now my friend is almost finished eating and I still haven't even started yet. Bad vibes! And I was not aware it would be a hidden cost of $5 to add beef broccoli. I received my order it was bland and I decided to take my order to go and re-season it with more salt / soy sauce to bring out the flavor. Which had 2 to 3 hour wait after the time they promised. Another line for online orders waiting to be paid for. And the best line!!! One for the customers who paid for their food. We have been fans for 30 years, but the past two visits in the past 3 months have been very disappointing. As one of my items, I got the BBQ ribs. They were dried up and tough, just like the last time I had them. No one seems to be watching the food. The battered green beans had a funky flavor and the egg drop soup was bland. I'm sure big parties are a lot to handle so why only have one server working the table??? We rarely saw our waiter. We had to flag him down for water, napkins, utensils, and to check on missing food. He nonchalantly walked over every time like he was in no rush to help or do anything. To top off bad service, I ordered a new dish... lobster fried rice. Conveniently located on the east side of Los Cerritos Center, this P.F. Chang's seems smaller and more casual than other locations. On the plus side, they have a nice outdoor patio. I ordered the orange peel chicken with a side of white rice and a mango iced tea. The iced tea barely had any mango taste to it and was a disappointment. As for my main dish, the chicken pieces had great flavor with their crispy coating. The slices of orange melded surprisingly well with the chicken. How to ruin it all? Provide a bowl of dry rice that is in hardened clumps. An embarrassment. A mini dessert of strawberry coconut cake lifts my rating to 2.5 stars. Served in a glass jar, the cake was moist and the coconut flavored topping was excellent, only surpassed by the strawberries on top. Service was fast, efficient but non-personable. I've enjoyed other locations of this chain more than this one. read more

What happened to this place? The cost-cutters got to the menu or they need to hire a much better executive chef to fix their menu. Instead, they've cut their menu to the bone. Left are common Chinese American restaurant dishes. Gone are any innovative or interesting fusion dishes. While I was pleased with the service, the food itself is average. You can get far better in many other Chinese restaurants with more diverse menus. I don't know why they are killing this restaurant chain, but they are. I'm sad to see it go. The service isnt anything great. The servers never have any time to come back to fill up the water. the hosts dont greet you when you come in, or ask if you need anything. The customer service definitely can use some help. The food is super delicious. I come here with my partner, who is a vegetarian, and he also really likes the food from here. Basically a white-washed version of Chinese food that was incredibly oversalted. Everything we ordered (chicken pad thai, kung pao chicken, and tofu) had way too much salt, to the point where I wanted to pour a bottle of salt down the chef's throat and ask if he thought it tasted good, no joke. The food was also a bit overpriced, especially considering how it tasted. There are so many good authentic Chinese and Asian restaurants in the area that are more affordable, so there's really no need to ever subject myself to tonight's fiasco again. Service was also slow, and I had to get up several times to go speak to a waiter for something we needed instead of waiting to catch our waitress's attention since she almost never came near our table. I really want to give this place 1 star but service was great so I'll be nice and add a star. Lettuce Wrap - Good flavor but salty! So salty you don't need to use the sauce that came with it. Long Life Noodles and Prawns - Noodles were ok. Prawns were good but again, too salty! I only ate 2 prawns and I was done. Beef a la Sichuan - Not spicy at all but extremely salty! Did they even taste the food? I tried really hard to enjoy the food but everything was just too salty. Wonder if the food is always this salty or they just did not like me?
