I really don't understand why PF Chang's has such low ratings on Yelp. Yes, they're super expensive, but the food is so delicious. Occasionally, they'll have BOGO entree coupons and if you take advantage of this and also buy gift cards from Costco, it's super affordable and definitely worth the price for what you get. I don't think I'd ever come here without the BOGO coupon because the food is so expensive, but I've enjoyed every dish I've had here. My favorite dish of all time was their surf and turf. The lobster and shrimp were cooked to perfection and every bite was bliss. I was disappointed when I found out that they completely changed their menu and took this item off. Clearly it wasn't sustainable for them, but it was such a memorable dish that I would always crave for. New dishes on their menu: - Miso glazed salmon: salmon is always going to be salmon. I was just a tad disappointed because it was dry, but the flavor was great. I'm glad they kept the sauce on the side because I wasn't a huge fan of it and the miso glaze they use on top of the salmon already was flavorful. The vegetables that come with the dish is also tasty. - Salt and pepper prawns (12 pieces): cooked perfectly! Every bite is delicious with a light crisp and very tender prawn. I love that it's a jumbo shrimp and is extremely plump. The seasoning is amazing and I would definitely order this again. It reminds me of the shrimp in their old surf and turf entree - Sea bass: cooked well. Tastes delicious but not sure if it's worth $31. It was my first time ever trying sea bass and I really enjoyed the taste. The fish was perfectly flaky. Loved the spinach that came with the dish. - Bulgogi steak: I wasn't a huge fan of this dish. They falsely advertise 2 people eating for under $20 each. It's $25 person. Deceptive pricing is a big turn-off.

This was like a time warp back to the early 90's, when going to restaurants as a vegan often led to steamed vegetables with no sauce. To think this is the meal I'd get in 2024 - and at an Asian restaurant no less - is amazing. I am accustomed to eating the one available item at a restaurant and doing it with a smile. But to be told that none of the tofu dishes could be made vegan - including the tofu on its own - was just ridiculous. $110 and I go home hungry. The server was nice and apologetic - and I was not giving him any grief he just knew the situation was whack because he has a vegan friend. I'm not asking for much, but to have plain steamed veggies dropped in front of me was a big FU. Get your #&$@ together PF Changs. It is your prerogative to serve what you want, and it is mine to drop a bad review. I've had better meals and respect at steakhouses as a vegan than at this place. read more

Absolutely horrible experience! We made a reservation, got there on time, and were asked to wait. Then we got seated and no one came. People came after us and were served. I finally asked for manager (still no server). The manager finally came and took our order - yet did not assign any server to the table. My food never came (others on the table got theirs). The server whom I asked to check never came back. It was 10pm by now, and we just wanted to get out. The manager did only charge us for alcohol. And the rest of the family did not order anything else (no one came again after manager's visit) and we did not order desserts scared that we would have to wait until midnight (if we ever would get them). My rating system is a possible star for: food, drinks, service, ambiance, and "other." Food: +1 star. Some of my favorite dishes are the shrimp dumplings, chicken lettuce wraps, kung pao chicken, pepper steak, and mongolian beef. I'm SUPER SAD they stopped making the cauliflower tempura. Hopefully they bring it back. More importantly, the banana spring rolls are not to be missed for dessert. Drinks: No star. The house sake tastes like they poured menthol in it. What is that? My roommate placed a to go order of Changs Spicy Chicken for me. When i had this previously, it was lumps of chicken in a spicy sweet sauce. This used to be one of my favorite entrees there... until today. Apparently, someone decided that they weren't making enough profit if they included any chicken meat in that entree. At best, what I received was a bowl of chicken flavored (?) fried batter with some sugary sauce that lacked any heat at all. After a desperate search for chicken meat, none was ever found. Food here has NO FLAVOR!!! My partner and I ordered takeout twice from this place. Both times ordering about $60-80 worth of food. And both times they have failed in terms of flavor. We don't expect high quality food but higher quality than panda express at the very least. Tonight we ordered orange peel chicken, sweet and sour chicken, bbq spare ribs and egg drop soup. We initially called cause we thought we got the wrong item for the orange peel chicken, but instead it was a new recipe. The manager compensated us for the misunderstanding as we've had this item many times before. After the call we tried the food and we both thought we caught covid cause neither chicken had any flavor in it. It tasted like greasy, soggy chicken with no sweetness, no tanginess, no saltiness, nor any spicy heat. Food has gone down here, not many good options anymore. I ordered Singapore Street Noodles, it's disappointing. Our server was a bit unhappy when we told her that the fortune cookies went bad and they should not give them to customers anymore, she just threw three more on our table without saying anything. We have been going to P F Changs in past but the quality has gone down in service as well as quality of the cusine. I will pass this next time as their costs have gone up but not the quality. 1. the service crew were confused about our table . 2 people showed up to take orders one after the other. Our neighbouring table was billed twice . They politely told the waiter that the other waiter just took their Ccard. 2. the server would earlier mix 3 different sauces and make a unique sauce . this is now a thing of the past. 3. soup and appetizers were not brought together - one person brought appetizers but no soup. We had to remind the staff that there was a soup order . The hot n sour soup was not the best we have had 4. the Dynamite shrimp were not really dynamite. I believe the lady that assisted me was the manager and she was very friendly and even gave me some pointers on how to order next time. Very happy with the food and customer service. The service at this PF Changs was bad from the start. The hostess was short and rude when I was putting down my name. I seemed to be taking up too much of her time by coming in. Once we sat down our waiter seemed great. He was very nice and seemed helpful until he wasn't. They had him splitting his duties between serving and bartending. This could have been fine had they had someone help him check on his tables but no one came. We got only part of our order and by the time we were able to stop anyone our food was cold and we were still waiting for the rest. When the last of our food was brought out, we asked for a refill on a pomegranate lemonade and we're met with we don't do refills on that. Considering half our food was cold a free refill was the least they could do. My partner went and asked for a manager to try to get some help with how we were feeling about our experiences but it only made it worse. She didn't seem to care even a little bit. She was very short and just gave us some basic head nods and a discount. She came and packed our food and said "ok great" and left us. Constantly disappointed! Location and ambiance are wonderful. Service is so slow every time I come. No one has full drinks, takes 20+ minutes to get drinks from the bar. They bring out soup with the food and never before. Always disappointed and I wish they would change because I can easily walk here and would like to come more often. Update: Sergio met with us and made the experience really great. He's working through the food timing issues with the kitchen and servers and was able to bring my second drink out in record time. Oh yeah, let me tell you about my visit to PF Changs: About two months ago I ordered "take out" here. I ordered Orange Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Fried Rice, and Lo Mein. The Orange Chicken and the Mongolian Beef tasted REALLY bad! We ate hardly any of it since it was barely edible - I mean it was DISGUSTINGLY BAD TASTING! The Fried Rice and Lo Mein were edible, but not savable. All in all, we threw everything in the garbage, since that's what it really was! I paid $85 for this meal, but it wound up ALL in the trash! I was so irritated and upset! I've been there to eat before, but this was PATHETIC! I guess I should have read the YELP reviews before I went there - the reviews seem to agree with me. Mini dessert came out quickly (just 2-3 minutes) along with a "the lava cake is taking a little bit longer" line. 4 minutes later it arrived. Not bad for a lava cake. Bad service, bad food I had reservations but when we arrived table was dirty. Our server brought just two small wipes to clean the whole dusty table. When ordering, she told us that the food was not spicy "at all", while the food was very spicy with red chili flakes all over it! She also forgot to replace chicken with shrimps, so my kids couldn't eat even one bite! It had very little chicken in it. Mostly vegetables, Tempura shrimp roll had just two tail pieces at two end of the roll!!! When cleaning the table, the server spilled the soy sauce on the table. Desert was just ok. Came for dinner for my brother's birthday on a Sunday night, and there was no wait which was great for 5 people. Waiter was quick to get our drink orders and quick to bring them out, as well as being on top of refills. When it came to ordering menu items, many of the items requested the restaurant was out of including wonton soup and tsingtao beer. Food took a while to come out but when it did it was delicious, the Asian Mac and Cheese was melty and tasty, although a little too much cheese and too few noodles but for the quality it's easy to overlook. read more
