Don't waste your time- they definitely do not care about yours. I feel bad for the people who work here- the place is chronically understaffed. If you dine in you are second class- they prioritize Uber/to-go orders over the people actually dining and their employees to an excessive extent. If we ever eat here again, we will be ordering to go and will be finished with our food at home before those dining in get water. Even when the place is practically empty, it takes forever. What should be a 45 minute experience takes over two hours. It takes 30-45 to get a drink from the bar. They don't pay attention to any special requests. Our 1st time back to PF Chang's in probably about 12+ years. Food is still pretty much the same, we enjoyed the appetizers, in particular the lettuce wraps. On today's visit we had some egg drop soup, the lettuce wraps, Buddha's Delight and the Pad Thai. As on our last visit, the real star of the show were the lettuce wraps. The Pad Thai was more on the Chinese side as far as taste than on the Thai side. The soup was good as was Buddha's delight but nothing that we hurried back to have again. Service was professional and courteous and the atmosphere is very charming. Someone, who as appeared to be the manager, was busy setting tables as patrons left the restaurant. It would have been nice if he stopped by to say hello and ask how we were enjoying our visit and get some feedback. read more

I was always a big fan of P.F. Chang's but I was a little underwhelmed at this location. While the lettuce wrap and dynamite shrimp were good, the mongolian beef was a bit dry. Service was a little slow in a half empty restaurant. Taking the staffing challenges into account, it could have been better. This wasn't the experience I am used to from this franchise. read more

The place was clean and the staff was friendly, we were seated quickly and that's it for the good part. I ordered a Rum and Coke with a spicy Green bean appetizer. The waiter brought us our drinks and appetizer. They must have forgotten the Rum for the Rum and coke, completely sucked. The Green beans were good, not spicy at all but good. The issue was we were given no utensils to eat this with. Some time passed and our waiter finally showed up so I ordered an old fashion and quickly told our waiter "Silverware". The old fashion was fancy and sucked, mostly bitter and syrup, no whiskey. When serving any whiskey drink you need clear ice to reduce the melt time of the ice, I got a plan ice cube. The waiter came back with our main dish and still no silverware. After finally getting our silverware we had to return the Green beans to be reheated so we could eat them without our fingers. Dish 1 - Plate of stir-fried veggies and white rice. The rice was dry and tasted old. The veggies were good. Dish 2 - Spicy chicken and brown rice. The rice was dry and tasted old. The chicken was not spicy and tasted old and dry. So the basic breakdown is the drinks suck Don't order unless you want to pay 13 for a small glass of juice/coke. The food is hit or miss and this time it missed. Stick with your local Chinese joint they do a better job on the food and half the price. Chang: If you are told one shot of Rum for a Rum and Coke, put two. Same with the old fashion, it should taste like whiskey, not juice. Giving the corporate standard mixture to maximize profits only works if your customers come back and at least this way if your food sucks your drinks will keep people coming back. You failed at both and the service sucked so we will not be returning nor will we be recommending you to anyone other than those we don't like. yuke! read more

I kept having good service at PF Chang's while many others disagree with me. Ashley, a teacher to be, who serves while attending her college, did a great job. We were hungry. The boys worked hard all day to help their mother moving in her new shop. We let Ashley know so. Drinks and apetizers, Lettuce Wraps and Pork Dumplings, were on the flight. Tasty Salt and Pepper Shrimp, spicy Steak a la Szechuan, Singapore Chicken, and Mongolian Beef... The mini desserts tasted great, but they did not look as nice as those of Seasons 52. My wife and I had a very nice New Years Eve dinner at P.F. Chang's recently. The food was excellent and service very good considering how busy they were that holiday evening. The fried green beans were outstanding as an appetizer. We then tried the Mandarin crispy salad while awaiting our main course. Very good! Slightly sweet and definitely crunchy. Just right! My wife chose a delicious eggplant dish with white rice while I opted for the braised short ribs over a pineapple rice. Both dishes were excellent. All and all a lovely way for us to bring in the New Year at a very nice restaurant at the Winter Park location. read more

Went last night for my birthday. The server treated us like we were invisible! She never refilled our waters, we wanted another round of drinks but she disappeared forever. Very very disappointed, yesterday 1/1/2021 we went party of 7 and I had the worst experience in a long time. Service: our server was indifferent, unfriendly and impatient, one of us took longer to decide she started looking at her nails annoyed, our drinks were never offered to be refilled we asked for refill when the order came (of course late) Food: appetizers came after our main dish, and we asked they said they were busy with no sincere apology (they apologized but they didn't care) food tasted as if it was frozen and heated in the microwave, out of 7 plates nothing tasted fresh. The wonton were not crunchy, we usually don't like to bother if we didn't like our dish, but one of us asked to switch their dish, they said they won't charge us, but after we left we found out that we were charged for both dishes. One of the dishes were steak, they didn't give us a knife when we asked the server was annoyed and gave us a stupid fruit knife. Horrible food horrible service, I will never go back again. read more

Went for a birthday lunch. On a Saturday afternoon, the restaurant wasn't busy. The food, for the most part, wasn't remarkable. I ordered some kind of spicy chicken. It was overly sweet, and breaded. It tasted like a lousy version of Panda Express. Fried rice, which came as a side, was also sweet. Wife's Mongolian Beef, which is a house specialty, did not have a distinctive flavor. Lettuce wraps were tasty, but provided iceberg lettuce as a wrap. We also ordered fried rice, which was okay. The wonton soup, which the menu said would serve four, and tbe server said would serve two, actually was plenty for five. Service was also kind of slow. Considering that premium prices prevail here, we think we'll go to a small, local restaurant next time. read more

I had dinner here with my parents on an early Saturday evening. When we arrived we were told the wait for a table was over an hour. I left my name and they noted my phone number so they could text me when our table was ready. We made our way to the bar where we easily found a seat and had dinner there. I received the text that our table was ready after approximately 25 minutes. We ordered two entrees to share, Surf & Turf and Crispy Honey Shrimp, and veggie fried rice. We always get the smaller sized fried rice and it is plenty for all three of us to have enough. The Surf & Turf was really good and I typically don't eat red meat. The Crispy Honey Shrimp was not at its best. I order this often and this time it was chewy and stuck together much more. Overall, I would not recommend eating in the bar. The lighting in PF Changs is really dark in general and worse at the bar. We sat at one end and there was a lot of activity with the servers going back and forth. In many restaurants having dinner at the bar still allows for good conversation and an enjoyable meal with others. At PF Changs, the lighting and the noise made interaction with my parents difficult. It would've been better to wait for a table, admittedly though we would not have waited an hour. read more

I always love P.F. Chang's. When I'm with others I get their spicy chicken noodle soup with the pin noodles, but it serves 6, and today I was solo. So I tried for the first time, their Ahi tuna poke bowl & was pleasantly surprised with a rather large bowl chock full of chunks of tuna, chunks of mango, sliced red onions, wasabi seaweed salad, pickled ginger, spiral sliced cucumbers, all topped with crisp house made wontons. Just about everything at P.F. Chang's is very tasty, and this light lunch was perfect with a glass of nigori sake. Bonsai! read more

Our server was excellent, but that's where this experience ends. The kitchen took 1 hour to get two basic dished prepared. Once our food came out it was tasty but in a pre-made sauce kind of way. This was our first time at a PF Changs. We had such high hopes given the dining room atmosphere and what others have said. But, alas, it wasn't meant to be. We left unimpressed, and feeling a little sick in our stomachs. For the price you way I would expect freshly cooked food that tastes incredible. I'm a serious fan! I love high quality food and normally avoid chain restaurants. However, PF Chang's is one of my favorite go-to's! They accommodate all my crazy requests and substitutes, and if you join their club you can get awesome deals and coupons! It's been awesome dining experience here at P.F. Changs. My friend and I sat at the bar and we were introduced to the most friendly and professional server Samantha. We really appreciated that the happy hour menu was extended to 7pm when you sit at the bar. We decided to order the hand-folded crab wontons, chang's bbq spareribs and Rick's northern spareribs. These appetizers were to die and oh so delicious. For our entrees we ordered ma po tofu and sweet and sour chicken. Compliments to the chef for making our dining experience awesome! Ordered through Uber's eats the other night. It was mother's day and the food came a lot faster than I expected. It was still piping hot and absolutely amazing. We got the wonton soup which contained the traditional pork inside the dumplings. Also, shrimp and chicken were free floating in the broth (bonus) My boyfriend got the hot and sour and I tried some of that as well. For a corporate restaurant, the soup is pretty dang authentic. We tried a P.F. Chang's in the Miami area a couple of months ago, and we liked it just fine, so when we were in Winter Park for an atheist event this weekend we decided to go to the branch there. Getting to it was our first challenge, as the gps maps feature on one of our phones seemed to have trouble figuring out exactly how to get to the restaurant. Finally we spotted it visually and made our own way to it. Service was a bit slow once we got our standard ice waters with no straws, but then our server came and took our order for crab wontons, along with our meal orders. The wontons were good, but we knew that 'cause we had them at the south Miami branch. In fact, as it happened we were chagrined later to realize we had both ordered exactly what we had ordered before. Go figure. But I forgive us, as it was perhaps the best way to compare two restaurants in the same chain. So she brought the wontons and said the dishes would be along soon, and then later she arrived again with our water refills and said the dishes would be along soon. Okay, it was a bit of a wait, but we had reading material and it wasn't a big deal. Drawing attention to the slight delay twice probably isn't a great serving strategy, however. So my wife had her spicy eggplant and dry brown rice on the side, and I had chicken pad thai with nothing on the side,because it comes by itself even though it is more expensive than the eggplant dish. Fine, dry rice doesn't thrill me anyway. My wife shared some with me, but I suggested we bring most of it home because of it being rather dry. I could have asked for something to make it more interesting like a sauce of some kind, but who knows how long it would have taken or what it would have cost? Besides, the portions of both our meals were more generous than they had been in Miami, and a bit less expensive also (still $40 for lunch though, so it won't be a regular thing for us). But still, I give it five stars because it was all delish outside of the rice, and a good value next to the other branch. It isn't their fault we are on a fixed income and paying off some medical bills from last year! read more

Been coming to this location since it opened. Came in with my daughter for lunch. Was really looking forward to it. Ordered dumplings. 25 minutes later still no appetizer. Tables that had been seated after us were already enjoying their main course. I asked the waitress about the dumplings and her less than caring attitude told the entire story. My daughter and I got up and left. We asked for a manager on the way out, another wait, no surprise the manager couldn't even find the time for us when the staff couldn't either.
