Went for a date and the service was phenomenal. The food was ok. These chicken dumplings were yummy but they stuck to the bottom leaving you only with the meat on the fork. The Old Fashion was spectacular as always. I love how the smoke can tweak the flavor of a good bourbon. We also ordered the BBQ ribs, I wouldn't get those again. A couple came and sat next to me and was greeted immediately with an entirely different introduction than I received. It had been a while since I had been to PF Chang's. Of course this is a chain restaurant and I have been to other locations at some point as well. My experience is that like many chains, the food is consistent usually. This particular visit, I stopped with my son after taking him to a doctor's appointment. We stopped and dined in for an early lunch. One thing that I enjoy about this place is the environment. It is comfortable and roomy. The tables are large enough and seating is inviting. The noise level was surprisingly low here as well.....great environment for conversation over lunch. The food here is good, albeit nothing groundbreaking here. To be fair, it is better than many other Asian foods which tend to be more geared towards quick-serve. This visit I ordered Mongolian beef. The beef is served in a dish with greens mixed in, and a side dish of rice. All in all, it was a decent meal and the service was relatively quick. Our server was friendly and attentive. While chains like this may not always be the first place to pop in my mind to stop - I appreciate the fact that there are places like this that are reliably good places to stop. read more

I will never again eat at P.F. Chang's. Not just this location, but none of them. The portions are meek compared to what you pay for and the food usually takes longer than it should. This last experience also had the same crunchy rice I've associated P.F. Chang's to serve. By the time you wait nearly 2 hours for your meal, the rice should be moist and and a little sticky. Not cold and crunchy. My guess is it sat at a heat lamp for awhile before it was served. Gourmet Chinese food should never be this overpriced, especially when there are better local options available. I'd rather spend the extra on a quality hibachi meal. What was supposed to be a nice date-night out ended up costing me $80 for just two people and we had to skip the movie that evening because of it. read more

There was this waiter short blonde hair working Saturday feb 1st , she literally was conplaining so loud about this family that had kids and how they left the table and floor so dirty she then proceeded to tell everyone in the restaurant that she couldn't believe how messing that family was and took pictures and told her coworkers to come over and take photos of the mess as well . Wifey couldn't finish hers which is great as the portions are very nicely sized. Waiting time is long at night. The bar area luckily opened up in 10 mins. But there's still some wait time compared to other places. Pricing isn't bad here, great environment and a bit of a different taste for Chinese food. It's definitely an upgrade of a typical family owned Chinese restaurant in the shopping plazas and not quite authentic but with a few hints of authentic flavors here and there. I'm Chinese so I'm going to be quite critical of the flavors. The food is TOO SALTY. I felt like I could never drink enough water to flush out the sodium or MSG in the food. I got the shrimp in lobster sauce with black bean paste. This is definitely not the ones you'll expect from a Chinese restaurant but it was good. I just wished the food wasn't as salty. The portion was great. I could eat three meals out of it (and there was plenty of shrimps ). I also had the spare ribs with five spice seasoning as appetizer. Again the meat was tender but TOO SALTY. I understand not being seated for 20 minutes even though the restaurant was all but empty at 5 pm as there seemed to shift change between lunch and dinner service staff. I understand the restaurant being cold as we are in that gray area when you can't tell if you should turn the heat or the air on. I don't understand waiting another 15 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink order after being seated. We were quite literally her only seated table. Our food did arrive quickly, and I was pleased with my sweet & sour chicken. However, my daughter's orange chicken wasn't completely fried before being sauced, causing it to be lumpy and gooey. After sitting 10 minutes with no sign of our waitress checking in on us, I flagged down the waitress for the table next to us. She was helpful and brought her a new dish. We finally saw our waitress for the second and last time when she brought us our bill and suggested we pay using the QR code before walking off. I waited for 30 minutes (past the estimated time) my order in the car after calling the restaurant for curbside pickup. At 2:30 the restaurant was empty and the employees nowhere to be found. I went to PF Changs this week for a quick bite at night. This one is located on Orlando Avenue in Winter Park. I noticed that they have specials every night and since I was there Wednesday the special was all you can eat lettuce wraps for $10.99 you could pick from Veggie or chicken. I love lettuce wraps so I picked that along with brussel sprouts as my side. Brussel sprouts are one of my favorite vegetables and every time I see it on a menu I make sure to get it. Their take on brussel sprouts was awesome. It was very flavorful with lots of chillies and fried peanuts in it . The fried brussel sprouts accompanied with the delicious crunch of the peanuts and blast of heat from the chillies was perfect. I really enjoyed it a lot. The lettuce wraps were really great too. They were filled with chicken mushrooms, fried rice noodles, and water chestnuts. Our service was great as well. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. We got the sesame chicken - this was very sweet and tasted like the sauce was a mixture of sugar and salt. We ordered the wonton soup - while there was a very hearty amount of protein in it, the flavor really lacked and tasted watery. Lastly we ordered the Dynamite Roll. We have been to this restaurant many of times and the service and food has always been pleasing. We visited the evening and was very disappointed with the food. We ordered 2 Crispy Honey Chicken entree's and 1 order of the pork ribs. The ribs looked great but were not edible at all, they were very tough and disappointing. The ambiance was nice because there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. We were wandering when the crowd would start flowing in, but it never did, that's when we got suspicious. We observed the prices, which have gone up due to inflation....but granted we paid $93.99 for Crispy Honey Chicken with stickey white rice and Spare ribs no vegetables were added, everything was al a carte. Well PF Changs you got to do better if you want our patronage back. Satisfaction score: poor and from 1 to 10.....you got a flat 2 on this visit. read more

5 STARS because of our amazing waiter Ted and the delicious filling food!! They serve in large portions rather than plate by plate very upscale popular restaurant! I actually made a reservation through Yelp and I had gotten off of work late so I was a little late for the reservation, but I called before hand and they said everything was fine and the table was ready for when we arrived. Inside of the restaurant it is very clean and even the bathrooms were well taken care of. The food is up in price due to the large portions they give you. Mongolian Beef, Fried Rice and the coconut spiked drinks are amazing! So delicious! Since they come in bigger portions you get full very fast. The crispy honey shrimp was good just not many things I felt like I could eat it with. California roll was good as well I love how much krab meat they put in them! They don't do anything for birthdays which is disappointing because we went for a birthday but our waiter Ted offered to sing for us! I had a good first visit at P.F. Chang's. I had my hopes up for something more "to die for" but it's was kind of not all that to me. The service we did receive was AMAZING! Orion was the best waiter there! He made the experience from a 3 to a 4 for me. His knowledge of all the foods that are there and how they are cooked was just what I needed to feel more comfortable. There was a nice ambience in the restaurant which I did love and the food was good. The appetizer that I ordered was the chicken egg rolls and those are good. It was paired with a sour mustard sauce and it went pretty good with the egg rolls. We also did get to try the Hokkien street noodles! Now that was a very nice dish that came with rice noodles, shrimp and chicken. For the entrees, I just wish they had more to offer with the food combinations. The Mongolian beef and the chicken just came with regular white or brown rice. You couldn't substitute for noodles or for fried rice without an big up-charge, which I thought kind of wasn't the best option. Overall, my experience was good. I would come back. read more

I always have to have the hot and sour soup, by far the best in town. Tonight we had egg rolls to start and Hokies street noodles for entree (We fought over that the last time we came in). Our server was great, very helpful and accommodating. We ordered the Brussels sprouts appetizer, love the caramelization, slightly sweet and pea nutty, next came the entrees, all fresh and delicious, the shrimp lo mein was slightly greasy but so tasty, the rest of our meals, Kung po shrimp, sweet and sour chicken and chicken lettuce wraps were flavorful and delicious. Received an email yesterday, inviting me to come celebrate the Chinese New Year at PF Chang's. The BOGO entree incentive was too good to ignore, so I made reservations for my roommies and I. Despite arriving 20 minutes early for our 4 PM reservation, we were seated immediately and given a variety of menus to peruse by the amiable hostess. Having already checked out the menu online, we were ready to order when our server, Kat, introduced herself. This young lady was a complete delight and we enjoyed interacting with her almost as much as we enjoyed our food. You can't go wrong with PFC's signature Chicken Lettuce Wrap app and a single order was more than enough for the 3 of us to enjoy. I absolutely LOVED my wonton soup and Mai Tai and was left wanting more of both. We all ordered the Surf and Turf for our entrees: Crisp shrimp and wild-caught lobster, cubed filet mignon, rustic potatoes, asparagus and shiitakes in a savory butter glaze. The portion is very generous, so be ready to take some home. I chose the Oolong Chilean Sea Bass as my 2nd entree and it was absolute perfection on a plate. Came back again. But this time.... I am saddened. They have changed the menu (BIG time). Much much smaller, they removed 4 items I really enjoyed. The Spicy soup, the orange chicken, the lettuce wrap, and the rolls we enjoyed. Went with the standard items that was left. I don't know how I feel about coming here with such a limited menu. There are some items we liked left, but the unique items being removed makes it less of an option for us to choose PF over other locations. The food of course was good no doubt. Showed up for a family meal at this location. Was given a wait time of 45 minutes to an hour- actual time 32 minutes. As we sat there waiting, many other people showed up and was told an hour or longer they walked out. Got seated, waited longer for table service. The server finally comes and we give our order. What we got was... Cold soup, dirty bowls, no serving spoons, no plates, forgot the noodles we paid extra for! No wasabi or ginger on sushi. Did not offer whole drink refills. The almond cashew chicken had a bone in it, and we asked for extra nuts which we did not get. Poor and slow table service for a $100 meal is unacceptable. read more

She then gave me the wrong order, which I discovered when I arrived home. The other customer was given my order which he did not discover until he got home. Folks, this is not a restaurant. It is a CIRCUS filled with clowns and other incompetent people. The manager, Anthony, promised to refund BOTH charges to make up for the chaos but he lied to me and did not reverse the charge for my order. I still love the vibe and decor and offerings, but their game has been sliding downward for years as the prices have been spiking upward and after this last visit, I think we are done. We ordered the dry spice ribs, which used to be great back in the day; however, that's no more. I was first put off when they arrived because how small they were, but that was soon forgotten once we sink our teeth in them. D R Y & T O U G H. I had two of them and my husband had only one. Neither of us cared that we didn't eat the whole thing. We next ordered the standby of kung pow chicken. While this was better than the ribs, the portion of chicken was sadly small and it was mostly the green veggie item they throw in there and peanuts.
