A second floor for when they get really busy!

We had super tasty food and beverages! There is a great ambiance and although they were super busy, we got excellent service! Agustin was a friendly and very personable server! I didn't even notice until on our way out, they have a large comfortable lounge area complete with sports TVs! Oh, and Jaws was hanging around! I highly recommend this restaurant and I will certainly return!

Walking into this beautiful restaurant really makes me feel like I'm on vacation in Mexico! We've been here several times, and every visit has been wonderful with fantastic service and tasty food. Even when it's bustling, I don't mind waiting--it's always worth it. The starter chips and salsa are simply the best. The main dishes are generous and so flavorful, and I must say, the desserts are absolutely amazing; we like to try a new one each time. This time, I chose the salad, which was so fresh and delicious--no protein in mine, but you can add chicken or shrimp if you like. Our waiter was very attentive, making us feel cared for. I'm already looking forward to coming back again!

The place is a cool looking hacienda setting. Spacious inside and lots of seating. We were a group of 10 and got sat really quickly. The soups were really tasty they were my favorite part of the whole meal. My plate was the mole enchiladas and I wish it had more mole. They were dry for my taste. Everyone's feedback was that they enjoyed their dishes and would come back again.

This is a pretty good Mexican restaurant in the middle of Downtown Summerlin. From the exterior and right when you walk in, you become immersed in the surroundings that exist in this location. We only got a sneak peak of what interior dining area which seemed like this huge white room which looked pretty cool. We ended up just going to the bar area because we didn't have to wait for a seat. The food we ordered was the con queso for happy hour and the tacos al carbon. Both are really good as you can't go wrong with tacos at a Mexican restaurant. Although the taco's were good, it was kind of missing something that we couldn't really put our finger on it. It's decent but it only comes with 2 tacos. The queso was really good as well, but the only bad part about it was that it was too much for us. The flavor feels repetitive so I'd suggest going with something else. Our server was a bartender since we were at the bar so it was pretty decent. Pretty sure he was busy with all the drink orders but that didn't bother us since we just needed to wait for our food. It took about 20 minutes for our food to arrive but that's fine since they give chips and salsa while we wait.

Pancho's has been on my list for a while, and I'm glad I finally made it to the one not too far away. Their Happy Hour runs until 7 PM, so there's plenty of time after work to swing by for discounted drinks and classic Mexican dishes. The Asada Nachos were massive and an absolute steal at under $20. The Taquitos Dorados were a solid portion, topped generously with pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. The Carnitas Taco Plate was the most expensive thing we ordered--and the tacos themselves were huge--but I wasn't a fan of the pork flavor, so I'd probably skip those next time. The chips were fresh, salsa spicy, and both were never ending. The draft beer was nice and refreshing, and the house margarita is dangerously good--definitely potent enough to earn you a mid-week hangover. They have two locations: 1. Manhattan Beach 2. Las Vegas Overall, solid spot for generous portions and classic Mexican vibes--worth checking out!

Arriba! Arriba! Let's go to Pancho's! We have always enjoyed our visits there with their friendly staff and the Spanish ambiance is a pleasure to view. I almost always get the enchiladas with shrimp and crab, my husband had the ranchero burrito, and great thing is that they have a kid's menu with quesadillas and fries for the littles. We love the chips and salsa and my favorite dessert Tres Leches! Definitely enough to share with a date. There were 3 hostesses that looked like they would rather be anywhere else (8pm). Eye contact was made, no greeting or smile. Same with attitude on the phone when we called to see how busy they were. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and we will visit when the craving for some delicious Mexican food happens again!

I'd say panchos has one spicy salsa to start off oh boy they're margaritas are number one if you're looking for a reposado deal with a big Margarita for $21. Good service although the lounge server was slammed. Hubbies entrée was chicken fajitas. He wished there was a little bit more of a portion of chicken since it was mostly veggie. Very delicious but the ratio was off. Honestly the chicken was on par so he was sad there was so little. Solid flour tortillas. rice could be better in texture but well seasoned. on point with the beans . Can't wait to go back and sit in the beautifully decorated dining room.

I like Pancho's even though it's very Americanized Mexican dishes. The restaurant might be one of the nicest ones in town as far as all the beautiful details go and it is on the pricier side but we tend to stick to the fajitas and shrimp dishes which in my opinion are tasty and will feed about two people because portions here are very large. Service like most places is better some days but we always leave with happy tummies. Try to be say in the main room near the beautiful and dramatic stairs if possible because this area is by far the nicest.

Food is ok and the decor is unbelievable. The food needs to match the decor better. We have been here a few times and recently came in with some friends. The food is more expensive than their competition and I'm guessing your paying for the building itself which is very beautiful. It isn't bad but also not great. Service can also be a bit of an issue when you don't get what you ordered.

Party of 3 on Saturday lunch. We ordered this sample platter, grilled mahi tacos and tacos al carbon. All delicious but somehow the fried chicken on the appetizer platter made the highlight of the meal. It was so perfectly seasoned and crispy. Their tacos are good size too, so all three of us felt way too full after. Service was very quick and friendly. We sit on second floor during lunch time and in the sunlight, restaurant's interior is beautiful.

The food was good and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I had a Taco Salad with beans, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole. I added some of the salsa on the table for added flavor, it gave it a good kick. My hubby had Chile Colorado, which is chunks of beef in a red chile sauce served with rice and beans and your choice of tortillas. He liked it. We went with a group from your community everyone liked their dishes except one who said her Chile Relleno didn't taste like the Poblano chile she was looking for. I thought their prices are a bit high and I did not like how they automatically added 20% tip on our bill. I guess it was because we were a group of 15. I just don't like when restaurants do that. I prefer to add my tip according to the service given. The server was very nice and provided good service. I'm not saying she didn't deserve it, I'm just saying I don't like when it's done for me, especially when the tip is on the total bill including the tax (ugh!). I also think their prices are a bit on the high end, probably because they're in Summerlin.

The entrees we received were very good in contrast to lots of these reviews. The pollo asada was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Comes with rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, pico, tortillas. I'm a big eater and had a whole second meal for dinner after the restaurant. Interior is beautiful, but service was pretty slow. Friendly, but would go missing for long periods of time especially when trying to get the check. Will be back to try some other of their meat dishes!

I'm really loving all the delicious food and gorgeous sights here in Nevada! During my trip, I had a wonderful dinner at Pamcho's with my bestie. I always enjoy visiting restaurants that make you feel like you're stepping into a whole new world. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with charming hacienda-style decor. There are so many delicious menu options and I'm between chatting with my bestie, we ordered and enjoyed: Crab and shrimp quesadilla Pancho's chimichanga Both dishes were packed with flavor and were utterly delicious! Awesome vibes, good service and excellent food, I'm a fan!

A resounding YES was the reply when we asked if it was still happy hour (at 536pm). Happy Hour (Daily) is 3 PM - 6 PM with $7 fancy margaritas and snacks including ceviche, guac, queso, empanadas and chicken or carnitas street tacos. We were hungry and thirsty. She asked if we wanted to start with (thick warm) chips and salsa. YES, PLEASE! Wished the chips were saltier, but too lazy to ask for salt (which just causes water retention anyway). Salsa thin and almost smooth, with clear pieces of roasted red jalapeno pepper yes chipotle baby! Busy solo, our bartender eventually came around for our drink orders, and we both chose fancy margaritas. My Black (Berry) and Basil may have been the perfect cocktail ever. Sugar rimmer made sticky hands, but OMG I loved this sweet boozy concoction. Hubs ordered a Spicy Piña with pineapple and jalapeno slices. When he was about half done the bartender came around with extra and filled his glass again. Leftovers from the shaker, OH Yeah! While munching on the chips and salsa we decided on the chicken street tacos and the shrimp ceviche. The ceviche came in a small bowl with a huge pile of more chips. We probably could have eaten two orders of the shrimp part though! Rough chopped shrimp, peppers, onions tomatoes and a light broth were perfect on this hot day. The tacos were small on very soft fresh corn tortillas with a good portion of shredded chicken tinga. I was able to add the avocado that my husband removed from his ceviche and round out these tacos, which were only topped with cheese and sauce. Maybe some cabbage would be good here? These were just ok but I was hungry. Alas, the potent concoctions were enough that I only required one. I really wanted to get the spicy mango margarita too.
