Bigger plate with Lo Mien, orange chicken and Beijing beef.

Okay,I don't remember if I've ever been to Panda Express, so I will just call this my first time. It's close to home and it just opened so I had to check it out. I'm glad I did. As soon as I walked through the door, I think the entire place, employees, shouted "welcome to Panda Express". Shocked me for half a second, but it's was nice. I got up front and the young lady working was extremely friendly and helpful. I had the bigger plate, which is 3 entrees and choice of side (rice or noodles). I had the Lo Mien as well as the orange chicken, Beijing beef, and beef and broccoli. I definitely over ordered, but I was hungry and couldn't make up my mind, so I tried three. When I got to the register, even more friendly and nice people. I grabbed some soy sauce, kinda glad I did. The noodles were good, but a little soy sauce on it, it brings it together. The orange chicken was probably my favorite, I can see why it's one of their staples. The Beijing beef was good as well. Beef and broccoli was good, but I think I was starting to get full. The place is clean and open. There's an open kitchen, and it looked brand new...which it is, but it has been kept to that standard. Plenty of windows and seats. I will definitely be back and trying some other entrees.

The xiao long bao (soup dumplings) are so good; but so was everything else. Prices are moderate, but well worth every penny. The setting is great, feels Asian but is quite comfortable for most Americans. The service was the only area that wasn't great. I'm giving them a pass because of the time of day we visited. The team was friendly and ready to help but had to be waved down when we needed things. Bottom line... we will return when we're in the area again!

We waited 15 more minutes (20 minutes from being seated) and we flagged down a server to take our order. Another party got tired of waiting and just left. The restaurant was only 30% full so there was no excuse for this. However the food came out in about 12 minutes after ordering which is not bad. The food was delicious! We got the house knife cut noodles, pan fried Peking duck buns, and the bok choy with garlic. Everything was excellent. The noodles were so tasty with the beef being the best. The boiled egg is a little odd but it was still good. The Peking duck buns were so good! I am convinced that the only reason this place is still in business is because the food is so good that it offsets the terrible service If you have a lot of time and don't mind waiting for your food. I definitely recommend trying this place. Other people had better luck with the service but I saw at least one other person say that the service was bad. The food is 5 star but the service is 2 star so I gave it a 4 overall.

The staff were friendly and answered our questions. Everything we ordered was delicious! We tried the shrimp stuffed eggplants, salted fish fried rice, turnip dumplings, and scallion pancakes. The star of the show was the salted fish fried rice! I genuinely cannot stop thinking about it! Every dish was flavorful abd it left me excited to come back. I will absolutely return for that fried rice and to try more of their dim sum menu!

Besides that I really loved the chee cheong fun with xo sauce and the fried shrimp balls. Maybe because we went on a Monday they didn't do the dim sum carts which I love. But then again, the restaurant isn't too big so I feel like they usually don't do the carts. But this is a way to ensure all the food you're getting is fresh though! I do wish the dim sum menu was a little more varied. I feel like a few staples that I normally gravitate towards weren't there. But there was still enough to have a good filling meal.

The BBQ meat combo plates are also delicious. The roasted duck and crispy pork is also delicious here. As you can tell from my order they have delicious food. The food here is consistent with the taste and flavors and this is why Tasty Wok imo is ranked #1 in Cantonese chinese eats here in Orlando. Customer service here is ok, But its what the taste of the food that matters so you tend to brush it off LOL. You can request hot chili oil because they tend to forget that when you pick up take out. Also the duck sauce they supply when you order roasted duck is delicious on rice and to dip meats in. I usually request that to dip my ducks, crispy pork skin and char siu. The sauteed greens here is also delicious - anything market price on the menu is delicious. They offer wall specials like Cantonese Lobster - I heard its a good choice to try out sometime.

Each time I order it, they tell me that shrimp dumplings are extra. They are very much worth it, by the way! The noodles in this soup are egg noodles. The tender bite draws you back. The chinese spinach is nourishing and offers iron to give you strength. The crispy pork is amazing. But it is really crunchy. At this restaurant they sell it by the pound, right along side the hanging duck which is by the pound as well. They sell so many dishes that are well-loved, but I tend to get the soup. It's so nourishing and flavorful. Top tip for parking...you can park in the back, but there are many restaurants on the same aisle so you sometimes have to wait for people to leave.

These legends welcomed our whole crew with zero wait like it was just another Tuesday--talk about VIP service. Now let's talk food. First up, the tofu and veggie stir-fry--a glorious mix of crispy tofu cubes with perfectly sautéed broccoli, carrots, and bok choy in a savory brown sauce that hugged every bite like a warm hug from a Chinese grandma. The beef with broccoli? Tender, flavorful, and bathed in rich umami goodness. Honestly, if I could bottle that sauce, I'd put it on everything--maybe even my cereal (don't judge). The Honey Walnut Shrimp was love at first crunch. Perfectly crispy shrimp in a creamy, sweet glaze topped with candied walnuts and nestled on a bed of fresh steamed broccoli. This dish was the Beyoncé of the table--everyone wanted a piece. Those crispy, golden Shrimp Ball Fritters? Imagine a crunchy sea urchin made of joy. Light, airy, and addictive--basically the potato chip of appetizers. The pan-fried dumplings were thick, juicy, and had the perfect crispy sear. No sad, soggy dumplings here. Then came the crispy duck--dark, rich, and bursting with deep roasted flavor. It had that satisfying crunch you want, and the meat melted in your mouth. A must for meat lovers. But the real MVP? Those soup dumplings. Steamy little flavor bombs that explode in your mouth like a culinary fireworks show. Served in their own mini tins like royalty--juicy, delicate, and impossible to eat just one. The table went silent the second they landed. That's how you know it's real. With quick service, huge portions, and a menu that hits every craving from noodles to dumplings to sizzling plates of joy, Peter's Kitchen China Bistro was the unexpected gem we didn't know we needed. Cozy, authentic, and efficient--this place made our group dinner easy, delicious, and downright memorable.
