Just had lunch there, amazed how lousy the service and cleanliness is in regards to the booths and tables, even the floor. As far as the food quality goes my black bean soup was stone cold and then they never brought a new serving of it back, my wife had to go it get. $23 for a lunch i could of passed on, least the lemonaide was good. I eat here all the time for lunch being that it is so close to my work. Their food is great! Sometimes it does take a while for food to come out, even when it seems to be slow. The one thing I notice every time I go here, or even go to chili's in the same parking lot, they always have their catering cars parked right up front by the door. That is suppose to be customer parking. They even park their car up front at chili's. Its irritating when its lunch rush and its hard to find parking to see their cars parked right up front all the time. read more

Love Panera Bread!! My favorites when I go for dinner or lunch are the Frontega Chicken with either a bowl of mac and cheese, the French Onion soup or a side salad..the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. Or the Bacon Turkey Bravo with either of the same sides. For breakfast I love getting the Poppy Seed bagel with Chive and Onion cream cheese or the Cinnamon Crunch bagel with Honey Walnut cream cheese. So yummo! read more

9:55am...I tried to order 9 souffles to go but was told they only make three batches for the day and had used the pans for the next morning. I'm from out of town and have never had a problem with my local paneras making extra souffles to satisfy the customer. This panera cannot think out of the box. read more

I'm writing this review because I'm so discontent with my order, I got the blueberry pomegranate smoothie and it doesn't taste like either fruits, it tastes more like air than anything. The coffee dispensers were out of coffee and the tables aren't even clean. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

Everything here is so good. I love the dark roast coffee, it's the only thing comparable to Starbucks. Their bread and breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and tasty. The staff can be a little short at times but always take the order correctly. read more

So I had never ate at a Panera Bread before and decided to get my wife and I lunch a few months ago. I even joined their My Panera Member Card. When we got home, our lunch order was incorrect and I called the manager who was a fair gentleman that remembered us just being there and was kind enough to offer us a free dessert next visit. I went back on May 25th and bought $50.00 worth of gift cards and they gave me a $10.00 bonus card to use in the future. We went to use it today and discovered the bonus card was only good from 1/1/2017 - 1/23/2017. I called the store and requested a manager. 1st we got Amber who identified herself as a manager and I told her what happened. She then said to let her get the manager. I thought she was a manager. That's what she said. Then another woman came on who identified herself as the manager named Robin who I once again had to repeat the entire story of what happened. She basically insinuated that I was not being truthful and that there is just no way I could of got that bonus card with the January expiration date from their store. She said she couldn't do anything for us and asked me if I had a receipt. Guess What! I dug through all my work receipts and found it, dated 5-25-2017 for two gift cards totaling $50.00. I will never go back to this business ever and I am livid that this woman Robin basically said I was lying when I told her what happened. Two visits and two times screwed over. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND A DIME IN THIS RESTAURANT AND SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSE WHERE. PERHAPS SOME PLACE WHO DOESN'T CALL YOU A LIAR IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WHICH BY THE WAY, THEY CAUSED. I WILL BE EXPECTING A CALL FROM A DISTRICT MANAGER, AND GAVE MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER TO MS. Great sandwich, but soup was not hot. Went here today for lunch with some co-workers and was really impressed by my cuban sandwich. I also went for the brocolli cheese soup. This soup was served just slightly warm. It should come out hot as by the time I finished the soup was cold. Please heat the soup to a reasonable temperature before serving it to customers. read more

Let me start by saying that I have never given anyone a 5 start rate! But this owners totally took care of our situation. It wasn't a big deal but gave us a wonderful experience. I don't like to complain especially because I work for a fast food chain main office so I know all about complaints! But I had to let this owners know what was wrong with my order. Within a couple a days Danny Lopez the operator called me and apologized and was the nicest person ever. He totally took care of us! We will continue to eat at this location. I haven't had any issue with the food here. It is always decent and tends to come out in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.. But the two times I have visited this location, they have always left at least one thing off of my order. When I explain that I am missing something, they tell me that they are out of it. At least this time it was just a dinner roll (no big deal). But it is still a bit annoying. If you're out of something, why not send a runner out to tell your customer instead of just leaving it off the plate? Especially when it is part of the meal your customer paid for. read more

Visited this Panera Bread yesterday at 2:30. Enjoyed a delicious Southwest Chile Lime salad. Staff were going around cleaning tables and offered to clean mine before I sat down. A manager took our ordered and was very knowledgeable about the salad ingredients. My mom and I were at this location for two hours and it was very quiet and peaceful. Restrooms were very clean also. I was in the mood for a good breakfast sandwich so I went to Panera. I ordered a Steak, Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich. While the egg and cheese were warm and tasty, that's the end of the positive and things went south from there. I did not get "steak" on my sandwich. What I got was rare roast beef, and cold rare roast beef. I've had laryngitis since yesterday so I couldn't bring it to a managers attention. If I could talk, I would have. I'd suggest you warm up the roast beef and change the name on the menu to Roast beef, egg and cheese sandwich. Then your customers will know what they're getting. I visit this Panera about 5 times per a month. The service is good and I like that they deliver the food to your table. At Panera Breads in Alabama you have to pick you food up when it is ready. My latest favorite lunch items are: Black Bean soup, Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich or the BBQ Chop Salad. This Panera also has packets of hot sauce. The WI-FI is always working. Most times at lunch this Panera is crowded and it may be hard to get a table - so plan ahead! read more
