I stopped in, and the place was pretty mellow for the ambiance, there was a bit fewer people than I expected, as it was around 9 am, so I had anticipated a rush, but there was no line, so I had no complaints there! Walked up to the counter, looked at the coffee options and ordered the first (totally forgot the name) item under the coffee section. The barista asked if I wanted the pre-made coffee or pour-over, and I said whichever was more convenient. The Barista ended up doing a pour-over as the ready-to-go pre-made coffee was out, but the time to make the pour-over wasn't too long at all, maybe about a minute or so. He also asked if I wanted creamer, and I 100% did, let him know that 3/4 of the coffee cup was good, the rest was creamer as I like it a bit more brown than black. Coffee came out great, grabbed a lid, and headed back over to my work for the meeting, kept me going strong for the next 2 hours!
