The food here is quite good when you're looking for something quick and a bit different from the usual Panda Express. I ordered the Kung Pao and opted to upgrade to fried rice instead of white rice. The dish was flavorful and satisfying.

It was okay, just. Clean Food was plentiful but best thing was the peas, rice was dry. Chicken was gummy, not crunchy or tender. Service was good and friendly!

I haven't been to this pei wei in a while. Probably 8 years. The reason, they never really carry anything I must have. Plus there are always a bunch of other amazing places to to try every time we want to eat out. But my husband remembered really liking their food at one point and we were next door to them, grabbing some batteries. I walk in and look at the menu. Not much for me to pick from that's not seafood or that looks appealing. I go with noodles and steak. I don't think I'll try it again

This is the cup you get for small drink. Granted you can refill, but this is ridiculous

Pre Covid, we frequented this Pei Wei often. Not sure what has happened but we will not return. Used to be better than it's sister store, PF ..., but not now. Took Hot and Sour soup of menu!?!? Dirty everywhere. Slow service. Seems like servings are smaller, main course served in plastic to go plates. Another victim of, Private Equity take over? Take the profits and not reinvest in business. So disappointing, especially considering how good it used to be.

Today we ordered a large order of different types of meat for a Mother's Day lunch at our house... this is RAW. Completely unsafe and unacceptable on Pei Wei's part to be that careless. How do you not cook the steak at all??? Disgusting. You could definitely get someone seriously sick. Won't ever be going back to this location!

The food was burnt and tasted terrible. I probably won't come back again. Sucks because the inside is nice, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast.

Their food is consistently the same no matter how busy it is, most recently during a heavy dinner hour - prime time. Yes, expect to wait, we started the 30 plus wait time out side and then inside in the small waiting area. It's not fancy by any means. TVs with a game on, servers moving about, and a steady stream of to go orders. We had King Pao Chicken, Beef with broccoli and Mongolian Beef. Also Wongs fried rice & appetizer plate and soups. I had hot & sour soup, absolutely delicious, a little spicy as it should be. My Mongolian Beef was probably the best prepared, very tender beef and flavorful I've had, and always consistently the same each visit. The other entrees severed were equally flavorful, tender meats and served fresh & hot. Servers are kind and knowledgeable of each dish and offer suggestions of their favorites. The seating area is in need of updating but very clean, as are the restrooms. But it's about the quality, quantity & consistency that keeps me returning. Just go!

The restaurant across the street on the Fry's plaza used to have the best hot and sour soup until they changed owners so it was going to be hard for them to beat regardless. Orange Chicken - I don't think any of us expected it to come out this way so it was a surprise. Was a pleasant surprise? Ehh. It's probably my least favorite orange Chicken in the valley. A true one‑star experience is foreign objects in the food, cold meals, or no service at all -- and that's not what I experienced. I ordered takeout, and when I got home the food was still hot. I had the shrimp egg foo young and BBQ pork fried rice. The egg foo young was excellent, and the portion size of the fried rice -- along with the amount of BBQ pork -- was generous. This is easily a solid four‑star experience, maybe higher depending on what you order. I've lived on the west side for years, and I still haven't found a better Chinese takeout spot in the area. One last note: I'm a veteran, and they gave me a military discount, which I appreciated.

I couldn't tell you the timeframe of when the current ownership took it over from the previous owner when I first started frequenting Eest. The change was immediately felt. The level of customer care and taste of food changed. Not for the worst, but different. My last visit this month for an order of shrimp fried rice was my final straw and I will find somewhere else to find some food. It has been a very slow spiral downward with the quality of food. I am talking years where the consistency was slipping. Then last month it was as if they forgot what they were doing. What was served to me was edible, but nowhere near what I have been given in the past. I hope it was a bad day for the kitchen for the establishment's sake! Call in takeout orders have been a speed bump. You call in and you're quoted a time of when your order will be ready. You pay for your order when you get there. Then the clock starts. It totally defeats the purpose of the original quoted timeframe.

Flavor is honestly getting harder to find lately, but this place delivers BIG on flavor and especially on spice. They actually have spice levels from 2 all the way up to 15 (yes, fifteen ). I ordered a level 5 and my mouth was definitely on fire -- in a good way. Next time I might go even hotter because the heat didn't overpower the flavor, it enhanced it. Solid vegan options . My husband tried the Cambodian pho, which was a totally new experience for us since we've only ever had Vietnamese pho., Super comforting, really well balanced. Also huge shoutout to our server -- phenomenal service from start to finish. The restaurant itself is adorable too, with handmade art pieces and even beautiful purses imported from Cambodia for sale. Casual vibe, not fancy, but the food, spice, and service absolutely make it worth coming back. First Cambodian experience = a success. We'll definitely be back for more .

And will try other things. I'll just make sure to check the order before I leave if taking it away. I normally don't like the rice paper egg roll. But they were well done and super fresh tasting here. My pad see ew came out perfect and was delicious. The Thai wings looked pale and I wasn't optimistic until I bit into them. Dropping a 5-star review to help this little hole-in-the-wall!…read more I've seen this place a few times when shopping in the area and always wondered what it was all about. Today, I decided to give it a chance, and I'm so glad I did. I'm giving this place its flowers mostly because of the hospitality I received. From the moment I walked in, the employee working front of house was SO NICE. We were greeted with warmth and promptly seated. Waters came out quickly, and after ordering, aforementioned employee offered us complimentary soup. Throughout our dining experience, the way he treated us told me, "I'm glad you're dining with us, and I want to make sure you come back." He thanked us profusely for coming in and said goodbye a couple times. I just love when the customer service shines. The interior is super clean. All the furniture is in good condition, tables and floors were immaculate, and the decor was tasteful. There's enough seating for probably 12 groups, maybe more. Each table has napkins, soy sauce, and Sriracha, which I appreciated. The most expensive dish I saw on the menu was $16.95. Considering we're living in a time when you can easily spend that much in a drive-thru, I knew I was going to be happy with whatever I chose. I got two entrees: Mongolian beef and orange tofu. We were served complimentary egg drop soup, which was delicious. We were also provided a generous amount of white rice, and I'm assuming since I ordered the beef extra spicy, he also brought a side of chili oil, which made me extremely happy. When the entrees came out, they were hot off the wok (or flat top... who knows) and ab-so-lutely delicious. The Mongolian beef had a lovely sauce and lots of onions, both white and scallions. My only criticism is that the beef itself didn't have the trademark crispy texture. Maybe they didn't use enough cornstarch or didn't let it crisp up enough before adding the other ingredients. Even so, it was good and tender. The orange tofu stole the show, though. They successfully got the outside nice and crispy, and it held up in the amazing orange sauce. I didn't choose this dish, but I will absolutely get it again. For less than $30 before tax and gratuity, two people ate until full AND we left with two heaping boxes of leftovers. Our waiter even offered us additional rice to make sure we had enough to go with our leftovers. We had plenty, but it's another great example of the abundant hospitality. This wasn't the most amazing pan Asian cuisine I've ever had. However, it surprised and delighted me that it was so good for the value. That coupled with the service will absolutely ensure I go back.

The chicken in it was just gross. The house chow mein was decent. The sauce was good. The noodles were good. The shrimp was good. The chicken was good, but the beef was very lackluster. It was big chunks of hard beef that you could not chew on. I had to throw those out. It just wasn't a good either choice. I'll give them another shot, but it's very lackluster and disappointing for the price.
