Jay showed me the exhaust problem (corrosion and rust) and told me that he didn't do that kind of work and I needed to go to a muffler/exhaust place. Jay was thorough and efficient. Their prices are much more reasonable, and the service is always better than the dealership. I highly recommend them and have sent multiple people to them for repairs. The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop.
