There was an abundance of flavorful spices and vegetables that absorbed the chili aroma wonderfully. Lamb chops were fall off the bone tender and the skin had a nice crispy texture. Then they served what seemed like a simple dish, but the steaming hot fresh braised shrimp and cabbage blended into really surprisingly delicious flavors. Their freshly fried wings were steaming hot, crispy, and perfectly salty and spicey. And for me the star of the show was their Hong Kong Style Crispy Chow Mein.
