We stopped by for the view and got the cheeseboard and it was phenomenal. The 5 stars is just for the cheeseboard as that is all we had! But it had 5 different cheeses and they did NOT skimp on the cheeses at all. I love cheese and have had my fair share of cheese/charcuterie boards and this is by far one of the best ones I've had. read more

Wow! Showed up for sunset, and it was amazing. Cocktails, and Apps were amazing. Redfish and shrimp ceviche were great, maybe two crackers vs one, but great app. Had tuna sushi sashimi in a ponzu it was good.. Two red wines were very good, sorry forgot names one was from Paso Robles. Okay, so for dinner we ordered the Chateuabriand. There were three of us, and it was enough and more the Demi glaze on a perfectly cooked medium rare filet sliced .25-.5 inch thick was cooked perfectly and it was amazing. We took 3 pieces home with broccolini and gratin potato's for breakfast. The potato's are good but enough for like 6 people. Service was great..she knew her menu and was giving options as a server should. Thank you Pescado our first but not our last experience. read more

Owner is unrealistic and unsympathetic. I've never had a bad meal in 30A and have been regulars for years. Owner acted like we were lucky to be there as guests. Never had a experience like that.... I will never be back. If they didn't have that location, they would be out of business. read more

The staff was very rude. So sad because this place used to be awesome but now the whole experience is terrible. People go to nice restaurants for the whole experience while on vacation and they will ruin your whole night with the attitude. The manager was awful when we tried to explain our experience. We used to be regulars and this would be our first choice when we would come in town. We will never be back. I hate to leave bad reviews but I felt the need to warn people.... read more

Such a cool rooftop its hard to find this ambience and views anywhere else in 30a! The reservation & waitlist system they have makes it very impossible to make it here spontaneously you really have to plan ahead. Everything tasted great! COVID- there is absolutely no precaution for covid. No1 wears mask all tables are very close especially the bar seating. They use same menus with everyone. Upon arrival, we were upset to find out that reserved tables don't come with a view, even though the restaurant is always booked a month out! Walk-ins were given the tables outside with the view, while we were inside without one. I can see how air conditioning could seem like the better option for some, however, we were expecting to see the beautiful water. Would have been nice to have the option, as we would not have made a reservation otherwise! We got the Strawberry Dreamin', which was absolutely delicious! That was followed by Jalapeño scallops that were really good, but only 2 came on the small plate. We ordered the Lobster platter to share for our main course. While the Yaki Soba noodles were probably the best I have ever had, the Lobster tail was burnt! The other pieces were great, however, the largest and best part of the lobster was honestly barely edible. My husband finished his portion, only because of the price we paid for it, but I couldn't force myself to eat anymore of it. You would expect that quality of seafood to be cooked to perfection, but ultimately, we were let down. On top of that, our service was lacking. Our waitress immediately saw that we were a younger couple and completely changed her demeanor when she came over to our table. This also resulted in basically being ignored the remainder of our time at the restaurant, as 2 other tables with older couples sat down after us. Overall, would definitely get the Yaki Soba noodles to-go if that was offered, but wouldn't recommend making reservations for this restaurant to family or friends. My family and I came late on a weeknight. We were seated at the bar in about 20 minutes, but it was at the end of tourist season. After hearing so many good things about this place, I was really excited to try it, but sadly, I was disappointed. We ordered the spicy grilled octopus, the scallop bruschetta, the tuna rolls, the fish of the day, and the whole roasted lobster. Upon glancing at the menu, I saw that there was a lot of asian inspired menu items. As someone who grew up eating authentic asian food, I typically steer away from "asian inspired" restaurants--especially if the chefs aren't studied in it. This place is a perfect example of why I avoid those kinds of restaurants. The whole roasted lobster was the Market Price of $180 on the evening that we ate here. It took about 45 minutes after ordering to come out. When it was served, the presentation looked nice and the lobster was cooked well--I actually quite enjoyed the roasted taste of it. The one thing I could not stand was the noodles underneath. They were way too sweet (seriously, why does every Americanized "asian" restaurant put so much sugar in their sauces???), and they were also just soooo sad. I could've made better noodles myself for $2. I was expecting a spicy butter to glaze the lobster too, but I didn't get any of that. The lady next to us even had to order a separate dish of butter to dip her lobster in. As for the other smaller dishes, they were below average. The spicy grilled octopus was just fine, I've much better elsewhere, the tuna rolls were just fine, and the scallop on the scallop bruschetta was good, but small. Overall, the food scene in 30a is not a good one, but this spot doesn't measure up to the low bar that is already set. read more

The rooftop patio is pretty cool. You can get a great view of the ocean. That said, they were completely out of several entrees (the ones that made my wife and I choose to dine there). The food was decent but it is expensive, and for that price you'd like to get the entree that you actually want. My advice: grab some pizza at Amici 30a for dinner and come to Pescado for cocktails. read more

A party of 6 on a Friday night at 6ish....sat in the bar area, hot and sticky. Music was way too loud for such a small room. Waiter was johnny on the spot for our first round, but as soon as some of us stopped drinking waiting for a cheese plate to arrive, our waiter also stopped coming by. No refills on water. When the cheese plate did arrive, there was barely anything on the plate. a hunk of hard cheese that wasn't cut and no silverware was offered to cut or spread the other cheese (brie). Bill was left on table before our food was even there. Perhaps sitting in the restaurant would have been better, but for the prices....one expects better attention to detail. Four out of the 6 at our table were locals...so....doubt we will be sending any of our friends there. read more

So the view and the drinks here are decent. Everything else was terrible. The food was terrible, the food portions were small, the price for the terrible food was outrageous and the service was HORRIBLE. The red fish ceviche had 1 Tiny little piece of red fish. Like I'm sorry but iv had WAY WAYYYY better ceviche for half the price this place charges. Definitely skip this place. The restaurant needs to send the staff to get some hospitality training read more

Lovely location. Elevator to upstairs with a view over the town and the beach. We went for brunch and I had the chicken and waffles. My wife had duck confit hash. He food was too salty and had no flavor. Our drinks were good and very strong so that made things better. My chicken and waffles were done with meat bone in and with skin, which is not my thing but waffles were good. Underwhelming and overpriced. But lovely location. read more

Stopped here for lunch since we couldn't get a dinner reservation. The view is amazing front the rooftop. We order the crab cakes and fried Brussels for an appetizer. The crab cakes were amazing. Went here on a recent trip to Rosemary Beach. We were hoping for some yummy seafood with a nice atmosphere to celebrate a couple family members birthdays. This place was such a let down!! The food was WAAAYYY OVERPRICED and subpar to say the least! We've eaten at Michelin star restaurants around the world for 1/2 the price and had absolutely AMAZING food. The food here was nothing to write home about... the paella and the châteaubriand meehhh... When I made the reservations I let them know we were celebrating birthdays, the waiter did not even mention it or anything!! He was very inattentive and just not a good waiter overall! This place was incredible. We came here for dinner on a Wednesday night and had the best time and dishes. My boyfriend and I decided to eat a few starters rather than getting an entrée and I am so glad we did. We enjoyed the complementary bread service, a starter Caesar salad, the charred octopus and my absolute favorite, the clams and mussels dish. The flavor was immaculate. We weren't able to secure a reservation, but wanted to give it a shot. We were in luck as a group canceled soon after our arrival! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that was so helpful but I would like to give credit to Mary for her assistance. Phenomenal food! Best meal of our vacation. We had a 4:15pm reservation on a Thursday and got there at 4pm. It was very slow until around 5pm. Next time I would almost risk walking up around 4:45 for a later meal time. Views were stunning but it was pouring down rain when we got there so we opted for an inside table. Beautiful decor and still could see rooftops from the side windows. Our waitress was very friendly and provided good service. We went all out and ordered small plates, entrees and dessert - would recommend as everything was delicious. My husband tried two cocktails and enjoyed both. Meal with tip was around $220. read more

I absolutely loved the burrata salad, but I thought the fish dip was a tad too fishy for me. For our entrees, most of the table got the red fish and the other two got the steak and the pasta. We all devoured the red fish! It was so delicious and a good portion. Others in my pastry weren't fans of the pasta, but the steak was one of the best I've ever tasted. From the service to the food to the ambiance, this place is one of my favorites I've ever dined at! I can't wait to come back!

When we finally were sat the waitress was short and dismissive with us. She had forgotten a drink I had ordered and I politely asked about it and she did not respond. She rather she just walked away and eventually walked back with a drink, but she was snappy and rude overall. Most recently, we were seated inside in a cold draft that made the evening uncomfortable, and I regret not speaking up at the time. Additionally, the service on both visits felt intrusive and inattentive--waitstaff repeatedly interrupted conversations mid-sentence, which detracted from the overall dining experience. On a prior visit, my pork chop was overwhelmingly salty. While they did offer to replace it, the follow-up felt pushy rather than gracious. The waiters and other staff members we dealt with were extremely rude, unwelcoming, and made the entire night uncomfortable. We came here expecting to have a nice family dinner, and instead we were treated with disrespect for absolutely no reason. For a restaurant that presents itself as an upscale place, the level of hospitality was embarrassing. I would NOT recommend Pescado to anyone looking for an enjoyable family night. She genuinely enjoyed talking with us, made great conversation, and set the tone for a fantastic visit. Our waitress, Jen, was hands down a 10/10--the best waitress we've ever had! I seriously wish I could clone her. The kitchen was taking a very long time to get our food out, but Jen never let it affect our experience. She took matters into her own hands by bringing us fresh hush puppies while we waited. Even though a food runner was supposed to deliver our meals, she personally brought everything out herself because she cared about making sure we were taken care of. The kitchen delay wasn't her fault, but she handled it with professionalism, kindness, and a smile the entire time. To top it all off, she surprised us with a variety of complimentary desserts to take home because she felt so bad about the wait. That's exceptional customer service! And one more thing... try the gumbo! It was the best I've ever had. Thank you, Jen, for turning what could have been a frustrating wait into such a memorable dining experience. Parking can be a bit difficult when some of the other stores are still open. They were definitely busy but our server was on it. Food and drinks came out quick. We sat outside and the view was great. They had fans blowing, but it was still pretty muggy. I had the fried shrimp basket. The breading was a little bit thicker than what I would normally like, but delicious nonetheless.

The service was great at first, waiter was sociable, almost too much as we were trying to enjoy our own company and dinner. It became obtrusive after this 3rd time of continuous personal convo. Filet was great, peppercorn sauce was not worth $7.00 from a portion standpoint. Came in a 1oz dish. Mashed potatoes were good, fries were fine. Guest with tuna enjoyed it, pasta was also a hit. Ala Carte sides but not big enough to share. The only reason we did not get dessert as we knew it would be high price and unsharable or small due to perception of other courses. We probably would not return, nor really recommend as a must try.
