Anyway, the hubby had to ask if we needed to seat ourselves before being acknowledged. However, once seated, they were on it. Now, the scanned menu is blurry. You'll do better either looking on Yelp, or the website. We ordered pepper steak and the Singapore noodles (I couldn't tell by the blurry pics, but they're Mei fun noodles). The chicken in the noodles was a little dry, but both dishes were very tasty. The soy sauce comes out like a river, but it's super tasty and not real salty. I hate to do 1 star reviews and if you don't believe me check my history. I just had the worst beef fried rice in my long life. It had zero flavor and had very little beef or even veggies. I am a Chinese food lover and eat at as many as possible. I know we should lower our food expectations at airports but darn this was really disappointing and for $25 I expected at least panda quality. The restaurant is clean. The to go service was slow imo. Although I'm not a fan of chain restaurants my bestie and I had limited options at the airport in Tampa, so we chose the devil we know lol. PF Chang's usually is a great meal though. This trip wasn't a bad experience at all, just an okay one. We had a very nice, attentive server, that's always a plus. He did tell us though, that our meal would be so much food we should probably share and probably won't even finish it. We ordered separate meals anyway and thank God we did. Each entree had about 8 - 10 small pieces of chicken a small bowl of rice and I had to pay extra money to add 6 pieces of broccoli. Ate it all and was still hungry. That was a little disappointing. While waiting for my connecting flight back to Phoenix, my mom and I stopped here inside of the Tampa airport just so I could grab a bite to eat before she went home because she lives in Tampa. Everything was really good hot and fresh. I wish the lo mein noodles came with more than just plain noodles like maybe vegetables or something, but it was still fine. No complaints about that my Mongolian beef, not sure if that's what it was called, but it was so good like I had leftovers and I was so happy that I did. They also had the best hot Sriracha stuff. The airport PF Chang's has been on my list for a long time because why not? The big stone statues beckoned. Our server David was very attentive and friendly. The food can only be adequately described as "mid". The veggie spring rolls were light on flavor except for the excessively sour dipping sauce. The fried rice was even more bland. The Singapore noodles were good, with plenty of chicken and shrimp, but very oily. The lettuce wraps were ok, though the dominant flavor was "salt". The tab was paid by United Airlines for cancelling our flight the night before. If I'd paid out of pocket I would have been somewhat annoyed at the price tag. read more

Had my birthday dinner here with about 5 other girls in September. We requested a large round table and they gave us one. They were flexible on the reservation since the hurricane canceled the original. Their food was SO fresh, everything we ordered from start to finish was delicious. Our server was so kind and even gave me a slice of the chocolate wall for my birthday. Dine at your own risk. Overall the food was meh, but not horrible. The one thing which caused me to give such a low score is that the edamame we ordered came to the table with quite a bit of foreign food detritus mixed in it, such as a piece of mushroom, some small pieces of dumpling dough and whatever else happen to be in the steamer before our edamame. Ordered food in the kiosk to save time. They wouldn't let me wait in the tables even though I was a paid customer and paid a tip. Even the fast food restaurants offer seating areas for their clients regardless of whether they dine in or take out. Terrible service for overpriced food. read more

Ate here going through for work. Had the shrimp w lobster sauce. Server asked if i wanted lo mein, white, or brown rice. I got the lo main and then she said I could also still get white or brown so i chose white rice. The bull charged me for both. I was actually quite impressed with PF Chang's Tampa International Airport location. The renovation brought about new and modern structures including a compact version of PF Chang's. It may be small but the outside windows give it a spacious feel with natural light. They also have patio seating! The bar is pretty long and has comfy seats. They offer so many liquor choices, more so than the main menu. Smaller location means smaller menu, which is my reason for four stars instead of five. I really wanted sushi during my visit. Luckily the Lettuce Wraps with chicken were an option, and my party shared that and enjoyed our drinks while awaiting an arrival. Service was great, and I really dug the downtempo playlist. I frequent TPA and will definitely snack here again during long flight delays. read more

You can meet people here who are not flying out and thus not going through security. You could tell that this is an airport restaurant since every table had a pile of luggage. We chose to eat outside in an open spacious patio. We were sitting next to the horse's backside as evidenced by the picture. Great food and authentic chop sticks. My flight was delayed so I decided to have lunch here. Unfortunately for me I wasn't aware that I should be seated. So I ordered at the kiosk. After I realized my mistake I asked a hostess to sit inside, to which she rudely told me to take my food and go eat somewhere else. Which was disappointing but still ok. My food though was not what was on the menu. It missed the protein. I came back and told her that. She didn't even apologize. Said that she doesn't cook the food, took my bag and went into the kitchen. Came back and told me they don't put tofu anymore in this particular dish. I can reorder and wait again. I asked her whether I can stay at the bar and she told me no. At this point I simply asked for a manager. The manager was extremely polite, apologized, offered to mend the situation and obviously allowed me to sit at the bar. The food was ok. Nothing special but I was hungry. Tough review. The food tonight at the airport was pretty good but ordering it was a serious challenge. I wanted to order to go but the staff said "We can't take your order. You have to use our local airport website." Ok. Fine. I got to their site and found it didn't have many items. I got one item in the shopping cart and then the site locked up. Ok. I don't give up easily... I tried again. Same problem. Ok. Plan B... I asked for help and they said "Connect to our wifi!" Of course, that didn't work either. Ok. Plan C... I asked for help and she started to put my order in a machine. Progress! One item double clicked and was accidentally ordered twice. The poor waitress had to admit, I'm not allowed to delete an item without a manager's approval. She left to get the manager. 10 minutes later, she comes back and says the manager is not available. Ok. I will take two... I just said, look I will pay. I will take two. My wife is hungry and so am I. She accepted my card and then when I asked, explained they are not allowed to accept tips. Ok. I tipped cash. Then, I waited. And waited. And waited some more. Victory! Got the food back to our room. Life is good but this was ridiculous. read more

Flavors were right in the middle of the road. They weren't flat, but neither were they bold! I asked for chili oil to kick up the heat. The chili oil was what I consider mild. It was helpful, but I was looking for extra heat. The Brussels sprouts were nicely done, but nothing I'd write home about. Same for the Mongolian beef. Nice presentation and quantity. Airport P.F. Chang's for the win. All of us were flying out after a conference in December and they had outdoor seating to accommodate a large crowd. The service was spectacular. Outdoor bar as well and the only dock of a star is due to the fact that the drinks are about $20 each. So be warned! Food was a more limited menu than your full fledged Pf Chang outside of an airport, but their popular dishes were available (lettuce wraps, Buddha bowl, Kung pao etc). They do sepearate checks even for a large group. There's no hurry to leave and there are tv monitors to let you watch the status of your flight in case it changes. Indoors you can sit at the bar or eat at a table/booth. Perfect spot to enjoy the last bit of sunshine in December for those of us headed back to a northern cold winter! read more

They brought my guest's soup first, but not my appetizer, which was brought with my meal. Very annoying to sit there with no food while my guest had soup!!! Food was so sugary my guest couldn't even eat her meal. they offered to bring her something else ,and did, but it was also very sugary. Had to wipe the sauce off with the napkin to make it edible!
