(Throw a fried egg on top and it would remind me of my mom's Sunday Filipino breakfast rice). The lumpia was lihht, crispy, and tasty and filled with well seasoned pork. I cannot wait to return and try other dishes, like pancit, for our next party or event.

I've had Filipino food many times and it was never this hard. It's a shame because the peanut sauce with the veggies and eggplant were delicious. -bbq pork belly (liempo) with garlic rice and lumpia 5 - I really liked the BBQ pork belly. Very easy to cut with a spoon. Meat was well seasoned. It is fatty, so it's best to eat it with rice. -aristocrat chicken 5 - highly recommended. Chicken is extremely flavorful even for leftovers. Meat is very moist and juicy. Nice balance of sweet and salty. I should have gotten the 10 pieces.

I got kung pao beef and a couple of other things. The "beef" in the kung pao was so fatty and chewy I could literally not eat it. I kept trying, but it was EVERY PIECE in the container. A total loss. I called to let the restaurant know. The woman who took the call assured me my card would be credited the amount of the item. This was outright FRAUD, as my card was never credited for this food I could not eat. She also said the manager would call me back, which also did not happen. Bad enough the food was inedible, but blatantly lying to me was way over the line. The rest of the items were on the bland side, and I'm not sure if I would have come back. But after what happened, I'm avoiding this place like the plague. I cannot afford to literally throw my money in the garbage.

Since I am a coffee lover I purchased a pack of coffee. It was called Kopiko brown coffee. It is coffee plus brown sugar and it comes in individual packets which is very convenient. I was concerned that the coffee may be too sweet but it actually wasn't. It is very tasty! I wanted to try some of the food so I got a combo platter. This came with rice or noodles and 2 meats. I got rice with some adobo chicken and some type of pork shoulder. (I should have written the name down), and I purchased 2 lumpia. Everything was delicious. I really loved the lumpia. I was so excited to try the food that I didn't take a picture. So to fix that, I went back another day and had to get more lumpia. I also bought a package of chicken lumpia from the frozen section to have some at home for a snack. I got another combo platter as well. This time I got the noodles (which I believe is called pancit), steak and a different type of pork shoulder. I totally fell in love with the pancit. SO yummy. The beef and pork were tender and flavorful. I like that the food is prepared fresh and that there are different options every time which allows you to try a variety of things. On their social media, they apologized and said that everything is better now. I called today to see if they are open. I purposely called an hour after their opening time to see what is available (10 am). A woman told me they opened up an hour late so they only have milkfish and nothing else. They should change their hours so that they have food available when they open. I like to support small, local businesses but this is unacceptable. Not sure I'll try again, given their current track record.

I walked in because i was getting an ice cream cake next door…read more I'm pretty familiar with filipino cuisine and saw they have halo halo, which is one of my favorite childhood desserts. It was $7.99 and it was delicious! I've never had one with frosted flakes and I was pleasantly surprised. It never got soggy. It's always such a fun dessert to eat. I'll need come back and try some of their other foods as well! Also, the workers seemed very sweet.
