There's a local and family-owned vibe here, and I recommend it to all my peoples! Our favourite dishes here have been the bbq pork, pad see ew, fried tofu, tom yum, yellow curry, khao soi, drunken noodles, spicy angel wings, green curry, larb, and kra phao eggplant. All of these have never failed to bring out the "oohs," "ahhs," and "yums" from us! Other solid choices include pad thai, pineapple fried rice, boat noodles, thai crispy garlic chicken with orange sauce, and thai bbq chicken. Yes, we've eaten here a lot and have introduced it to a number of people! The service is very fast at Elephant Thai, and the menu has switched to digital since the pandemic. On the plus side, they have also not gotten rid of their healthcare worker discount (10%)! The parking lot is tiny, but there is local street parking available. I sent it back and asked for additional Golden Mountain, oyster, and soy sauce. It returned unchanged. I added the entire dish of prik nam pla myself and still found the noodles lacking the depth those sauces should provide. The only dish that worked was the satay (listed as Satae). The beef was well seasoned and properly grilled; the peanut sauce was merely adequate. I may stop in later for a drink if the hotel bar is expensive, but I will not order food here again and did not take any leftovers.

Anywho, we got the laab and Laos sausage. Laab was pretty good. But the sausage was peculiar. I never seen it the meat with a reddish hue to it. Everyone I tried had a standard color to it. It was also dry as heck. It was so dry, Im like, did I order some jerky or something??? Overall, with the customer service experienced and item being below quality. I probably won't be coming back.
