The #1 had a huge portion of meat and was more of your typical bowl of pho with the steak, flank, tripe, and other accompaniments. The #3 had three huge short ribs that weren't fall-off-the-bone but with a little pull they came off clean. I dipped them in the broth to make them softer which helped. Also, it was steaming hot!
