Decent place, really good ambiance, decent food. Nothing bad but nothing too amazing.

Terrible service. First of all, both bathroom faucets were broken. Which makes me a little uneasy about their cleanliness after the staff goes to the bathroom. Secondly, they took our order and not once did they come back to wait on us. The restaurant was empty so they could have helped us. Then they dropped off the check as soon as we got our food and didn't wait on us again. I put my card down and the waitress immediately grabbed it and charged us. Not once did they ask us if anything was okay. They just walked around with an attitude. I rarely complain but this was terrible. Safe to say I won't ever come again. read more

I tried this place yesterday. I have only had Pho once before so I don't have a lot to compare it with. We chose a beef pho #7 and it was really good. Such a nice flavor, we were impressed. We chose some cheese won tons from the appetizer list and I have to say that they were the best ever! Also one thing I like about the menu here is they have pictures of most of the items. That's really appreciated by me because although I like the food, I am not familiar with what each dish is just by reading the menu. Pictures are good! Always come here for the smoothies with boba. No idea why they are so good but they truly are addicting in the best way possible. Tons of flavors to choose from. Pineapple and strawberry are always a go to, but if you want something different try the taro. It tastes like an Oreo smoothie read more

I have only found one other place for Pho in Rocklin that is awesome. This is top two for sure. The restaurant is clean and the soup is so flavorful and delicious. They have all the best spice option from oil to jalapeños fresh or pickled!! Great and fast service too. Love it!! Overall this is a must eat eatery. read more

We regularly come for the pho because it is excellent! Today we thought we'd try some of the Chinese dishes. We had Mongolian Beef, Pepper Salted Green Beans, and Sweet and Sour Pork. Also excellent! Better than any of the other Chinese restaurants in the area and we've been to a few. And the slushies and smoothies are also great! read more

We just moved to Citrus Heights near Roseville and I am looking for a new pho place. I liked that this place had lots of choices on the menu, it is also clean and spacious with nice decor, especially for being a pho place. However, I was very disappointed in the quality of the pho. I ordered the rare steak pho and the broth did not taste or look well! It looked murky and tasted off. The rice noodles were also soggy! I immediately asked to exchange it for chicken pho but the waiter didn't understand very much English. We were finally able to communicate awkwardly and he said he would ask his boss if he was able to exchange it. He came back pretty quickly with a bowl of chicken pho instead and the noodles were good. However, the broth was not very good on this one either. It smelled a lot like cinnamon and tasted mostly like cinnamon, not very much chicken flavor. The chicken meat was ok. So, if I decide to come back I'll try one of the rice dishes. This place is really suck at service. I order a wor wonton soup and there was a hair in my bowl. The waiters walked away when I called them to order, and the guy who came and took the order looked like he was stupid I had to confirmed with him in both languages and he seem didn't get it at all, and they randomly threw a wrong order at us. Five of us went there for lunch, two did not eat. The three of us that did eat have been sick for 3 days now. I went on the Sacramento County website to check their inspections because I work in restaurants. I was disappointed to find out that they had been shut down twice for Vermin, that means cockroaches. And they found a bunch of food around 65 to 70 degrees. Too bad I can't go back because the food tasted really good. I have worked in restaurants for a long time and have never seen anyone closed down. If your willing to feed people food that you know is possibly bad once, you'll do it again. Updating my Review! My family loves going here. Food is great! Especially their pho soups.. and service got a lot better! I love this place.

Food was cold and when I asked to have warm/hot soup the waitress told me the soup was hot and stuck her nasty finger in my soup. She came back after putting it in the microwave and I told her that my sons soup was cold also. She said she would warm it up in the microwave. I asked her not to and if she could just give us fresh hot soup. She said she won't give my son food and I told her what will he eat? She came back the 3rd time with a bowl out of the microwave and said it was "new". Well it wasn't because the bowl was hot from the microwave and the bowl was the same one. If it was a new bowl the noodles would be grouped together and we would have to separate the noodles. I explained that to her and she said the cooks did that. So she blamed the cooks for putting the same food in the bowl after it being microwaved. I tried to explain to the rest of the staff but they said they couldn't help me. Bad service and microwaved soup. Not a good combo for me. I won't be returning. read more

Great food and extensive menu. Just mind how you tip. When you get the bill, they make a point to show you the total, not the subtotal, and their 'recommended' tipping calculation is based on subtotal + tax. They do provide a proper receipt with the subtotal on it, at the bottom of the stack. It's a bit of a shady practice, but not enough for me to stop going. read more

This is an awesome place to eat. It's very casual and low priced. I love that I can get fried shrimp, pho and boba in the same place. The place looks nice and it's clean. The staff is helpful and if you are a repeat customer they will remember you and what you ordered, which is very cool. I like this one way better then the one in Folsom on East Bidwell. This place is very nice in the inside the food are very authentic taste just like the restaurant in the south. I come here like 3x a week. The portion are huge meaning good size. Keep up the good work Pho ABC on greenback lane. I order Togo one time and they are not skimpy like other places when you order Togo they give you less portion when we are paying the same amount as if we are eating there... I hope they are not related to the one in Folsom because they suck and fuck up my Togo order and skimpy potion. Although aroma of the food was really good on the drive home (curbside pick up due to COVID19), the paper menu handed to us at the restaurant was encrusted with dried food and covered in (unsanitary) smudge marks. A hipster dining outside with his 2 friends not wearing masks (they had finished their meals, and were chatting. The hipster walked over to mist machine, turned his back to it, lifted his t-shirt and stood there cooling down with the mist hitting his bare back, while he chatted with his 2 companions. None of the 4 customers seated outside were wearing masks and all had completed their meals. Got the food for my family home. All containers of broth were luke warm. All the noodles were solid clumps and cold. The duck we received (for one of the the orders) consisted of 6 pieces of neck bones and a leg (but 1/2 of the leg was sheared off. Only 3/4 of the basil leaves were edible, the rest of the leaves were slimy or wilted. The beef broth was tasteless. The golden broth, even cold, was pretty darn tasty! Unfortunately, the mental image of the unsanitary menu, a large fried prawn with a full alimentary canal (poop still there because it's not been deviened), the unhygienic hipster, combined with the negative/outweighing the positive for the overall quality of the meal, we would not order from this restaurant again! read more

Very disappointed since they were not tasty at all, to top it off it has 2 little hairs in different areas. I decided not to complain, I guess it could happen but will never return! Honestly this place has really good food! Their pho has a good flavor and the amount of meat they give you is a pretty good amount (you know how like other places give you like a strand or two of meat). Their Vietnamese sandwich was so delicious!! Like that's what I'm most impressed by because a lot of places half-donkey their sandwiches and only focus on the pho or the plates. Maybe it was an off day for our waitress. No smiles. Just asked "are you to ready " with a glum face. Ordered three dishes: 1) the number 1 pho - basic, the noodles must have been pre made because it was difficult to untwine the noodles and the broth had more of a soy flavor versus a meat flavor, 2) number 52 vermicelli bowl - just ok, the three pieces of shrimp were the size of quarters but the flavor was ok - again nothing to rave about, and 3) asparagus cooked with garlic and salt only- it came with garlic sauce on the side...the waitress did not bring what we requested. Should have known she would have gotten that dish wrong. Her sour unfriendly approach and tried to keep asking us to order a chicken dish. Unfortunately my wife is allergic to soy and I don't think our waitress cared. She is probably more suited working at an assembly plant without interactions with people. However there is some good news.I mentioned this situation to the manager while paying and he immediately took the asparagus dish off our tab. Sorry no pics...not worth the trouble at this place.
