Each soup tasted different, as each meat tasted like it was infused into the broth (unlike other pho's where the soups are all generic). Tried this place bc of the high ratings- food was terrible. Service was fast and courteous but again, food was bad. My daughter LOVES pho and didn't eat her food. Something about the broth tasted off to me. I mentioned it to the owner and she said every place is different. We frequent many pho places and I've never tasted such terrible broth. I had the vermicelli with chicken, egg rolls and shrimp- the chicken was very salty and hard (didn't eat it), the egg rolls were good, and the 2 shrimp were just okay. First of all, the service here is terrific! They'll constantly check up on you to see if you need more water or veggies on the side. So far I have only tried their rice with diced beef and pho brisket & rare steak. Both were delicious, specially the diced beef. They cook to order and arrive at the table sizzling. Price is a bit higher than a lot of Vietnamese restaurants I've been to but I'm willing to pay for it to be able to study in the restaurant. It's usually not that busy and fairly quiet. I'm not a huge on pho, but this place has really impressed me. My better half must have pho during cold days, so of course I tag along. To my surprise their broth here is like PERFECT. I played it safe and stuck to meatballs and it was delish. This place is small but super cute, and the girls working there are a delight. Nice decor. Cozy ambiance. I went there for pho, and I was disappointed. I'd like to love this place. I ordered a spring roll but the shell broke apart even before I tried to grab it. And the wrap was sticky, and eventually, all of them broke, making the filling and all ingredients lump together on the plate. I have never had spring rolls breaking apart like this. The server asked if I'd like it to be redone. It came back better. What's worse was the bean sprout and the basil leaves that were served on a side dish were pretty much dark and rotten. I wish I had taken a photo but at the time, my face must have shown my reaction towards these veggies. The staff asked if I'd like a new branch of basil leaves. The new one was better but not fresh. The bean sprout and the basil are not expensive ingredients. When they are not fresh, it shows. The pho broth was lackluster. I had to put the sauce and hot sauce to add flavors. I am not sure if this is a new owner. I went there before the pandemic, and I didn't think it was this bad. I'd like to love this place since it's close to my neighborhood. It's a pho with the traditional eye round steak and brisket, but with the addition of shrimp which is a twist that I've never had before. Make sure to do the Yelp check-in if you want an extra order of pho noodles added to your bowl. It was a tasty bowl of soup. Everything was cooked well and the broth was tasty. It's is my first ordering from Pho A'mie. When I open the food I found hair which really disappointed. However, I still continue to eat. When I tried to put the noodle together with the soup the noodle won't separate it just stuck together. Overall the soup tasted great but the noodle and the hair really disappointed me. First time here! Ordered online and everything was really really good! I ordered Beef Pho, Oxtail Soup, Beef Baguette, Pork Baguette and the Fresh Roll. My favorite was the fresh roll. My beef pho was really good! The broth is a lot more sweet than my other go to pho places. I really enjoyed it. My father enjoyed his Oxtail soup too! Only thing that I might not order again were the baguettes. They were really dry :( But other than that everything was great. Definitely will be back! read more

I've been to this location a few times and every time I come, customer service is always so impeccable. The manager (owner?) always greets me with a welcoming smile and always small talks with me when I'm there. The pho here is AMAZING. There aren't many pho or Vietnamese restaurants that I actually recommend going to just based on the fact that I feel there aren't much a difference between most of them. But the flavor of Pho A'mie's broth makes it definitely something to try out. The one time I actually recommended this place to a coworker and HE LOVED IT. Try out the pho. I ordered through Uber Eats. One of the items I ordered apparently they ran out of, so when my food arrived it wasn't there- they called me later to explain, but I wish they had contacted me before my food got delivered so I could have ordered something else! Ugh. The pho I ordered was really good though. The chicken was tasty, but it was in pretty big pieces which made it a little harder to eat. The noodles were good, the jalapeño was fresh, and the extra wontons I ordered basically melted in my mouth after soaking in the beef broth- so delicious! And the Thai tea was good as well. I'm still newish to pho so I don't have a good frame of reference, but I did like what I ordered. There is nothing "wrong" that is done with the take here, however, if you are established on calling Westminster as the standard, this portion will be modest. This isn't the first time I've had pho, so I definitely had certain expectations. I ordered takeout - pho with well-done steak and egg rolls. Despite telling them my name, they still asked exactly what I ordered before they would hand me my order. I've never experienced that before. Not sure how many random strangers walk in, happen to know the person's name and grab someone else's order? But maybe it has happened here. Pho was packed to the brim, definitely not shy with their toppings. Loved all the veggies. I'd skip the wontons next time - the wonton skin was soggy and gross. Not tasty at all. Pho was pretty decent, broth was good, but I tried the shaken sizzling beef and that was a mistake. Maybe it's just because I ordered it to-go, but the beef was completely raw on the inside and only lightly brown on the outsides. It was as if they steamed the cubes of meat for a minute, instead of searing it on a hot grill. I like my meat medium rare, but this was disgusting, almost inedible. Unfortunately, we became deeply disappointed with the noodle dishes as they lacked flavor, especially for the $20 paid for the Surf and Turf. The garlic noodle was plain. There was no vegetables and no sauces were provided, even though I requested for extra.
