The chicken pho was very tasty, it had a lot of meat and the portion was very large. The com tam was also very good and the cha (quiche) was super fresh and was one of the best I've had even compared to what I've had in garden grove! You have to order online even if you are in the restaurant and the service fee (tip) is included. Service was fast and their ordering system is very convenient since you pay ahead so you are free to leave as soon as you finish your food. They open and close as they like. No fixed business hours. They claimed they are short of staff and had a new payment system where you scan the barcode at your table and look through the menu from your phone. It's such a hassle and no one will serve you. They also charge a service fee of $2.10 just for an order of pho by using the new payment system and they don't inform you upfront. So you will pay more than $17 for a bowl of pho. What a rip off. This is a really good Asian spot. The food is consistent and service is prompt. You order and pay before food comes but I'm totally okay with that. The pork rolls and shrimp rolls are great. If you see a group go in, expect about a 2 hour wait. Pho place charges for chili oil that tasted and smells spoiled. If it's not spoiled, that's sad then because it smells like stinky socks. If you got a big group, don't sit together. 1/3 of the group will get their order and finish eating while you're still waiting on your hot tea or side dishes for pho. You have to pay before you eat, so you can't even leave after waiting an hour for your food. Since you have to pay first, they want tip before your get the full experience. I recommend tips in cash, this way you can get the full service and tip at the table. Customers waiting to be seated, waited for more than 10 minutes while there were 5+ tables available. Customer service representative was having a full conversation instead of seating the customers. Some even walked out while waiting longer than that. There was favoritism for who we assume are regulars. They were able to order and get their food in less than 20 minutes. The guy even told them with a smile about how fast he was getting their food. Food was okay. Not worth that wait though. Go during extremely slow times if you want to try the place. One size of everything and pricey also. read more

WOW what a pleasant surprise...went there on New Year's Day...went for a late lunch at the small spot in a funky shopping center about 7 minutes from the strip...when we got there, we put our name on the list and we waited for about 15 minutes but got inside to this cozy little restaurant....I ordered the ox tail pho and we ordered two brisket pho and beef brisket banh mi and some fried spring rolls and a Vietnamese coffee....everything was on point with the flavors and the broth for the noodles was absolutely delicious and fresh....socially distancing and adhering to the Covid virus guidelines was very good and safe...Service was pleasant & because it was New Year's Day, it was very busy so the food took a little while but it's OK because the quality of the food was perfect....everything included cost $66 and we left a $13 tip so $79.00 for a party of four with this quality was well worth every single penny so thank you for the great service and the great delicious food and have a happy new year and be safe.... hope to see you soon...:))) read more

He checked in with us, explained how to order with the phones and even comped our egg rolls when there was an issue with cooking them. Everything was yummy and served fast. The things I didn't really like was the order process... if you forget something you have to put in another order, if you ask for a condiment like Chili oil there is a charge so you gotta order it too. I don't see the point in the robot if the server moves with the robot. And my sugar cane drink was super sour but the server didn't come back since the initial order he just remained in the back. I agree with Karissa V. this place has bad customer service and needs to work on their work flow. The manager is rude and combative. Our group of 15 came in and there was 1 group (party of 2) ahead of us. When we came in, the manager told us to sign in because he was busy (on what idk because no one in the half-full restaurant had their food). More parties came after us but after 40 minutes of no check in or welcome from the "busy" manager and busser, the party of 2 in front of us left and so did everyone else. Somehow the manager decides that he needs to seat the party of 1 (who came after us) at the only part of the restaurant that can hold 15 people. After seating them and we asked for a ETA, did he check the sign-in list and realized he messed up. He offers to seat us but splits our group at opposite end of the restaurant. When we told him we would wait for a table to be seated together, he checks in the party of 9 who had just arrived standing next to us. After checking them in as the party 9, he then asked them "Are you the party of 15?" The lady looks at me confused and replies "no" to manager who walks out of the restaurant to look for all the parties that have already left. I walked out and clarified that we were the party of 15. Obviously he made a mistake by asking the party of 9 that he had just checked if they were the party of 15 but acted like he was correct and rudely kept repeating to me that he needed to check if they were part of my party and basically I was dumb to tell him he made a mistake and he couldn't own up to it. Btw, he ends up seating the group of 9 ahead of us at the section that he should've seated us but couldn't because half the section was taken by the party of 1. The food took forever to come and mediocre at best. I have tasted better at restaurants with good business work flow. Honesty, if my family wasn't dead hungry and didn't want to drive to another place, I wouldn't patron a restaurant with a manager that thinks he above everyone. If a restaurant that has "pho" in its name takes 1 hour to seat and 1 hour to make the noodle for a half seated restaurant, then it's a failure. read more
