Off the beaten path for sure, but what a great experience. Walk in the door and greeted by Mo, what a fun energetic soul. He asked if we had been in before and once he found out we were new he quickly explained that you order from your phone and the food would come out of the kitchen. We ordered Pho for the 5 of us and a fresh roll appetizer. The appetizer came out and you had to build it with the Vegas and the lettuce, he made the dipping sauce for us to get the perfect flavor mix. It made the picky eaters rethink their decision for sure as there was nothing left. Then we hear a commotion and the Pho is delivered to your table by robot! Not a drop spilled of our soup. The soup came out in basically a trough. It was super hot, and had an amazing beef broth. The portion was huge and a great value! The place filled up from what seemed to be locals, but I hope the word gets out to get off the strip nd try these eateries. Thanks to Mo for creating a great experience. read more

The food was ok, but definitely not what I'm used to at any Vietnamese restaurant. It seems like a build your own, everything is an add on and has an add on price. Even things like cucumbers and chili oil. Isn't chili oil usually free? Prices seemed a bit higher than other places. The ordering system: Man oh man!!! Definitely not a place to send someone who will have trouble placing their food order through their system. You do not order food with a server, it's done online. If you don't have t mobile you have to connect to their wifi. You also have to pay online ahead of time and pay a mandatory service fee. The only reason we decided to stay even after that was because we were starving from being on the road. I don't think I will go back. Been a loyal customer of this family-owned/operated eatery since their first location on Jones over a decade ago. They offer fantastic quality food, friendly service, and the best rice plates and bun bo hue/bun rieu in the city, hands down! Sadly they had to close temporarily for a few months due to staffing shortages during Covid, but now they've finally reopened (yay!) with a QR self-ordering system, and your food will be delivered to your table. The gratuity is self-administered (possibly autograt for larger parties?), and yes the prices have gone up, but the cost of EVERYTHING has gone up nationwide, so this is understandable. If a truck stop in a residential neighborhood is your idea of a cool place, then Pho Bosa is for you as well. Screw that, Pho Bosa is great whether you like the surroundings or not. The first thing you'll notice is that they try to fully automate the experience of ordering and receiving food. They don't want you to go to the counter, whether it's take out or stay in, order via the QR code. This was our first visit and we were a little nervous because we have a favorite Vietnamese Pho place. However, our trepidation was quickly replaced with, "maybe we should go back for dinner" once we tasted the food. One of the higher bars I have for a restaurant is whether they offer decent options for vegetarians as I like my wife to enjoy her food just as much as I do and they didn't disappoint here either. We ordered the following: Grilled chicken with broken rice. BBQ pork Banh mi Tofu banh mi Pork Egg rolls Vegetarian egg rolls The chicken was tender and the grill marks as well as the flavor were perfect. The bread for both sandwiches was fresh with a good crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. The pork was very tender and super tasty. I was ready to cry when I got to the last bite. My wife raved over the tofu banh mi. The tofu was meaty, veggies fresh and the sauce terrific. The pork egg rolls were about an 8 out of 10. You won't stop eating them because they are great, I'm just spoiled by the home made lumpia my wife makes. My wife really liked the tofu egg rolls, they were crunchy and not greasy. However, similar to me, she thought "not quite as good as home made". We are definitely going back. I can't wait to try the Pho and Bun selections! I have never received worst customer service. We ordered pick up at 3pm with an hour estimate for pick up. Showed up in an hour and stood at the door while multiple workers (including the manager) ignored us. They were busy which I completely understand, however, not even acknowledging us plus 4 other people had walked in and was waiting for 20 minutes is just unacceptable. After having to walk to the kitchen to be acknowledged - the busser told me she would get the manager. He shows up, telling me he doesn't know when the order would be ready.... And then proceeded to tell me he would cancel my order if I asked for another estimate. I'm not sure what type of customer service you think you're providing but if I could give this 0 stars I would - and haven't even tried the food yet. Looking for Vietnamese food? Mo is the man, an amazing server, very funny, warm and personable. The food was great especially the smoked oxtail pho. The broth was golden hued, crystal clear and packed with flavor. The oxtail was meltingly tender and so succulent. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was next level and Mo graced us with two free shots of Vietnamese coffee and it was some of the best I ever had. The only complaint would be get rid of the robot "servers" and complicated online ordering system, personally I say let Mo do his do!!!! read more

At one point, despite the ups and downs of the business from it's previous location off of Spring Mountain, I would have told you that Pho Bosa had some of the best Pho and products in town. Seriously. Excellent flavor, well-prepared appetizers, thought out menu. Now?? This whole pandemic has been extremely difficult for businesses, and Pho Bosa, as someone who has driven past it to see the sign on the door go up and down, up and down... knows they're having trouble staying afloat. Understandable. We all are doing our best. However. I walked in, greeted by a server to whom I exclaim how happy they're open again, can't wait to dig into some Pho - he explains they have an app that I use to order and he would bring it out and wait on me. Okay, sounds good. I know this is a thing in Japan where you use some type of system and it gets delivered by the server, cool. I choose a table, pull up the app, order a Pho, an appetizer, and a drink. I add tip, and then BAM! SERVICE FEE. What on earth? How did my meal go to FIFTY DOLLARS for what should be a $24 meal??? I'm in shock and not wishing to cause a scene, I get up and leave. The server asks what's wrong and I tell him politely I was just not feeling it, the service fee, etc, I would come back when things were back to normal and I would see them then. He then tells me that the service fee pays for a lot, including his tip. WAIT WAIT WAIT. So I already filled out the field for your tip before it hit me with that service fee so you would have gotten tipped TWICE for around 40%? When were you going to disclose this?? Or were you ever planning on telling me this? At this shock of dishonesty, I unnecessarily thank him for his time and walk out to my car still trying to pick my jaw up that they had the audacity to offer inadequate service, pay extra for this inconvenience, and THEN tip the server twice. We've come here multiple times now and each we've been greatly kindly and warmly. They are always very helpful when ordering food and will answer any questions patiently. Service is fantastic. They are attentive and continuously make sure your dining experience is great. The food is also top notch. Now... don't let their new system deter you from coming in, it's actually quite convenient. You sit down, scan a QR code, order from one phone and pay right then and there. Great food! Got the plain pho with beef broth, which was very good. I also got the broken rice with shrimp cake and nem nuong, which was also very good. My only complaint is the shrimp cake didn't have its usual shrimpy taste, it seemed like it was made with pork instead. It was still good though. I liked that the broken rice came with pickled daikon and carrot. Ordering was easy, you scan the QR code menu at the table and select what you want from the menu, then pay through the website. A little robot brings your food when it ready and the servers serve you. The servers were very friendly and served us well. Parking was easy, a pretty empty lot for lunch. Our favorite pho place in Vegas with awesome food and awesome people. The owners are really nice and they're also great with our kids. The pho and egg rolls are our favorite in town. The broth in the pho is really flavorful and the meat portion is generous. Ordering isn't the most convenient through a link from a QR code on the table but a lot of restaurants are doing this now and there's always someone checking to make sure you're having no problem ordering. It's very understandable with the staffing issues restaurants everywhere have been having. The robot that delivers the food is fun for our kids every time. Soda refills are free and they always refill it quickly. Definitely would recommend. read more

The food is very overpriced for Vietnamese food with a below average quality. Bánh mì thịt was not good, dripping with mayo, the meat was extremely chewy for $11. You have to order, tip and pay on their website. Some people may like this but I found it hard to use, the PayPal option was available to select but it didn't work, etc. All the soup noodles we ordered (one chicken and one beef) are very salty. I could only eat the noodles and left most of the soup. I'm from West LA where everything is mostly overpriced and I'm still shocked how much this place charge and still get over 3 stars reviews. Beware when you come here if you expect the reasonable price that Vietnamese food usually costs. read more
