I'm so glad I decided to give this place a try tonight. I wanted to try their Bo Kho/ Vietnamese stew that I saw pictures of and it did not disappoint. The beef stew comes with a side of french bread for dipping. Wow, it was incredibly delicious. The beef was so tender that it falls apart with just using a spoon. The broth and carrots goes so well tying all the flavors together. Bread was toasted perfectly, giving it that flaky and soft texture for the broth as you dip. The restaurant is pretty big with a lot of seating. I called in for my order to go and everything went smooth. I saw they had chicken congee on their menu and I'll save that for my next visit! read more

The best PHO on the Westside!! The broth is amazing. They also have a full menu of other unique asian dishes. The service is great! They remember our order and just bring it out!! If you like tea they have a full water treatment station used for full selection of gourmet tea. The restaurant is very clean with open air kitchen. Highly recommend this place!! read more

I gave them an extra star because the customer service was nice... And it's a new place for me and the surrounding area so I'll give them a small chance... LOL I ordered should chicken pho with extra vegetables I don't mind paying... The cashier told me that they put a lot of vegetables in my box and she was not going to charge me I did not double check behind her as I usually don't want to go pho and most to go food... When I got home to put my bowl of soup together there was no vegetables other than bok choy, a few onions and a dried out lime...oh and a large handful of jalapeños... also the mint leaves were old and looked freeze burnt. As do you see in the photo I also received one chicken leg and thigh fully intact (I typically keep to white meat and if I'm paying $15 for a bowl of soup I don't want to fight with my meat lol).. The base bath was fine... Actually pretty tasty but I just ate the noodles in the broth left everything else in the box... They have good tea and service is the only nice thing I can say! Finally a good vegan pho!!! I knew this was going to be good as there were Asians eating there! The Vietnamese hot tea is so delicious! I just wish they would serve it in a cute tea cup or something not a styrofoam to go cup as it's just ecologically unnecessary. The vegetarian fried rice I don't have to get again. The food is just okay here. We went to Pho So 1 the day before coming here and the pho was so much better and had bigger portions there as well. My mom asked for $1 more of noodles for the bun thit nuong (she spoke to them in Vietnamese so there is no language barrier) and they literally gave us a small bowl with just a few strands of noodles (I'm not exaggerating) and they charged us $2 for it. I feel bad leaving any reviews that can hurt a business but I would just recommend going to another pho place. The pho was bland and the beef stew was so watered down and tasted nothing like stew. Everything is really good but this fresh spring roll was very shocking to me! Usually I only know boiled tasteless pork in ever I knew in Vietnamese but at this restaurant, they flavored pork. So yummy! You've got to try this! And plus owner is soooo sweet that you just want to tip more even though you are broke. LoL read more

This place is hands down my favorite Pho spot. I have tried MANY places & to me, this broth wins them all. That's not even the best part! They care so much about their quality, that they serve Kangen water to their customers. That's right! A full size machine right in their server station! Wonderful customer service. I had a dr appt run very late and was not able to pick up my Pho'. When I arrived almost 3 hours later, they were more than kind enough to make my order again for me. You know a restaurant is good when you keep coming back after they mess up your order half the time. That's the case with this place- incredibly delicious food when they get it right. I always order the same thing; pho with meatballs and rare steak on the side, extra lime & jalapeno. Today I didn't get my meatballs with my takeout order, but I'm not upset. It's THAT good. At other pho places I've been to, I always find myself spending the first 5 mins. of the soup's arrival adding condiments to get it to the desired flavor. The broth here is so flavorful as-is that I hardly need to add anything before diving in. I really love that this place doesn't skimp on add-ins for the soup; it comes with a TON of onion, and the basil, lime, bean sprouts & jalapenos on the side are always super fresh. There's also this lemongrass sauce that they make that's UNBELIEVABLE. I never had anything like it prior to coming here, and the first time I tried it I was hooked. The staff here is really nice- There's one woman who is always there and she always does her best to make sure my order is right. If you're looking for a DELICIOUS restaurant for pho, this is it. Honestly , the food is BEYOND great. The problem here is the one woman who answers the phone every evening. She always has an attitude, always hangs up the phone on customers, and always rushes you while skimping on the condiments (ie. ONE sriracha for a whole pho). I get the shortage but we pay $17 a bowl, where is one sauce or one packet going to add any flavor for all of that broth? I do not understand why these people are so stingy with product we pay for, but I hope it stops soon. This is definitely a trend among Vietnamese owners. I wish I could stop eating here but I can't . The order came with very limited herbs, only Thai basil and bean sprouts were offered no cilantro, no onion, no lemon or lime. I asked for cilantro and lemon, none were brought out. Ordered egg rolls, four rolls two tiny lettuce leaves - no basil, cilantro, or pickled radish. The rolls tasted freezer burnt. BEST VIETNAMESE IN LAS VEGAS!!!! I'm vegan, it's so hard to find shops with vegan egg rolls and bun bo sauce. They put fried garlic on the noodle bowls tooo. So many tiny things about their recipes that just take it above/beyond other viet spots in Vegas.
