Ordered via Yelp application through GrubHub. Arrived 5 minutes early to pick up order and ended up having to wait 45 minutes. Got home with order and had to heat up the order that was extremely cold with a thin layer of oil already congealed above the broth after a short 8 minute drive. We wanted to hydrate properly after being out in the heat, and this pho really hit the spot. I got a Taro smoothie (which tasted somehow like buttered popcorn, in a sweet way) and the veggie pho, which had a large assortment of all super fresh vegetables. Carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, green onion, bok choy, sprouts and thai basil with jalapeño slices. And homemade chili oil at the table meant that I was able to perfectly spice my broth to my liking, which made for a perfect experience. The vegetable potstickers weren't my favorite but still tasted fresh and well-made, just had a little odd flavor. I've been eating pho pretty much all my life ! One night I wasn't feeling well and decided to order some pho but staying on the lower Summerlin area I didn't find one that I loved ! Until I stumbled across this place on Uber eats ! I ordered a combination with beef balls , brisket & flank I believe . I also got the fried egg rolls as well which were a huge reason why I loved this place even more! They give you all the fixings and the fish sauce was the best ! My food was bland even after trying to add more sauce and seasoning to it which isn't the worst thing but my issue is the server (probably owner) saw my disappointment with the food that I didn't eat and did not bother to make things right at all. They didn't check to see how the food was, didn't check if we needed anything else, definitely did not ask me if I would like to have something else and even left the bad food item on the bill. There wasn't even a thank you when dropping off the bill and I know it has nothing to do with language barriers as we had no issues speaking both English and Vietnamese together beforehand. I was going back and forth on how many stars I would leave here but the reason why I only left 3 stars is because of how little the portion of their meat in their pho soup. Their spring rolls were good, the broth is really tasty but like I mentioned, the meat portion is super stingy, we ordered 3 pho's via postmates and when it arrived the 2 orders probably just have each 3-4 small pieces of meat and one order has missing meat balls, the oxtail only has 1 oxtail in it. I guess they make up to fill your belly to drink up all the broth since they aren't generous with their meat. I want to try them again but I'm still deciding to give them a second chance. Why is this place at 4 star rating ..: Rediculous ... We were at this place for lunch .. Craving for Ox Tail soup ../ We did order 1 Ox Tail & 1 Seafood Pho ... When it was served, we got appalled w/ 2 small piece of bone inside OX Tail soup nevertheless it's pricey for $ 19 dollars ... Seafood has very limited options in regards to seafood condiments ... a piece of shrimp & small portion of crab imitation .... We were forced to order extra Ox Tail & what they gave us is a small (1) piece of meat not even a real Ox Tail & we got charge extra $ 12.00 totaling to $ 31.00 for a large bowl of Ox Tail but barely had any meat ... We've been eating all around the area & this place is a RIPPED OFF ... Lots of very good Vietnamese PHO place in a radius of 5 miles with reasonable price ... Terrible customer service!! There's ONE asian lady that runs the front (she must be the owner or something) she's so RUDE! She huffs and puffs when you ask her for things AND she does everything with an attitude. She won't check in on you to see how everything is or anything. I ordered through post mates. But the restaurant forgot our meat for our pho. My hubby and I had a tummy bug and didn't wanna leave the house. So we paid stupid fees over 10$ to get this delivered. We both open our pho broth and the meat is missing. I call them right away to fix everything. And they said they would replace both meals. The lady on the phone wasn't very nice - and she sent just the broth no noodles, After we had poured our broth over the noodles thinking there would be meat. The noodles they originally sent were done and lacked bite by the time my husband drove there and back. Smh terrible customer service. This could've been such an easy fix and we would've stayed loyal to Pho OC. They have good food. It's closer to our house then the others we go to. They lost a loyal customer. The broth was that good and the garnish fresh. - The spring rolls were also 5 stars. Fresh soft rolls and vegetables. - The peanut sauce - thin. - Shrimp, eggroll vermicelli - 3 stars. The Shrimps (exactly 4) were overgrilled and dry. The eggrolls (2 in the bowl) were more like lumpias and not the fat, juicy thai kind. I love lumpias but not when I want thai eggrolls. The overall experience is a 4. The place is very clean, the service not too attentive but friendly enough (I don't go to mom and pop places for 5 star service).
