Service is super fast!!! Very big and spacious inside with plenty of parking in the plaza. Like that they have more than just pho on their menu.

First time coming here with co-workers and it was a good experience. First off, do the waitlist as this place gets really busy or better yet come early and ejoy their eggrolls for appetizers and truffle fries. I had the large bowl of Pho with well done brisket and extra order of meat balls. Broth was good and just the right flavor for my taste. Parking is ample and noise level is average. Will come again!

I've been to three Pho Red Bo locations, and this place has been the best experience of the three. Let's start off with discussing the food- pho combo and fries. The broth is delicious, the quantity/quality of the various types of the meats, to amount of noodles, and soup ratio...all perfection! The truffles fries were also so delicious! The fries are chewy on the inside while being crispy/ crunchy on the outside. Who would have thought that fries and pho would go together?! The service was quick, fast and friendly. There's ample seating for small to large groups and the parking was very easy. When im on the area, will come again!

Just as good as the original in Garden Grove! Parking and indoor seating is also very spacious, enough for large parties or families :) Broth was flavor packed, and one of the bigger portion sizes I've seen in OC as far as meat and noodle ratio. Great service, and holds true to the OG!

I went here for my friends birthday party and the service was wonderful they made sure to refill our waters promptly and checked to make sure to check on us multiple times! I loved the thick flat noodles it was so delicious and perfect portion size I finished the whole serving! The brisket was well done and the pho was so delicious. Parking is shared with a plaza with other establishments so there were plenty of spots on a Saturday evening. Lots of seating indoors and we were seated right away!

Just as solid as their Garden Grove location! Got the pho combo which came with all the meats! The brisket is probably my favorite here, more so than the steak! Brisket is so soft and melty! Broth is what makes this place a 5/5, it's so meaty and flavorful! Kids also get a free bowl of pho with broth (No meat). Service were super nice and accommodating!

Their pho broth is so good! I've visited their location in LA and am so glad there are closer ones in OC. We also got their last Viet coffee as well. For apps, we shared the eggrolls. They were nice and crispy. Their shaking beef is also very flavorful and tender and comes with a side of broth as well.

    Pho Wagyu Oxtail

Vietnamese restaurant in Westminster serving lots of delicious dishes! My friends and I shared a variety of dishes: - Flaming Wagyu: Tender and delicious. The flame show was fun. The staff also asks you what cook preference you like on the wagyu before they torch it. I also liked the tangy dipping sauce it came with which added so much flavor. - Crispy Egg Roll: Crispy and tasty. They also came with lettuce wraps to wrap them in to provide extra crunch and freshness. - Pho Wagyu Oxtail: Tender oxtail meat and tasty broth. You also can choose between thin and thick noodles. - Wagyu Beef Stew: Highly recommend getting the crispy bread to dip in the rich broth. The wagyu beef was nice and tender as well. - Wagyu Fried Rice: One of my favorite dishes here. Flavorful and full of wagyu beef. Comes with pho broth as well. - Shaken Beef: Loved the sweet beef pieces. Also came with pho broth which was nice. - Lychee and Passionfruit Teas: Sweet and refreshing. The staff here was very friendly and attentive. The interior is nice, great for groups and sharing dishes. For parking, they have a big and free lot out in front.

The pho here is FIRE! I got the rare steak and omg it was so tender. Like the melt-in-your-mouth type. The service was awesome: my server Huy was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The vibe is great, with upbeat music and plenty of tables, including a bar-like area. Can't wait to return!

This was my first time trying this Pho place. Loved it a lot !!! I ordered their Raw meat Pho... large size $23 The broth was full of flavor.. loved how the bowl of pho was served boiling hot !!! The soup was not salty and the meat's sweetness was perfect with the soup. I also added a side of meatballs. Overall. I had a great lunch here. The guy who was taking care of the tables was attentive and friendly I was tempted to go over their Wagyu pho... but it was $50 which I felt somewhat steep for a bowl of pho. Will definitely be back

I was very excited to try out this pho place and really liking it. We came around 11:15 AM and were quickly seated. Service was good and pretty fast. I got the pho with rare steak, regular size. The meat was really good, a little fatty here and there, and broth was flavorful. It definitely hit the spot. I do wish the portions were bigger but other than that, very good!

We were super grateful for their accommodation for our large party of 25, without a reservation ahead of time. Luckily, the restaurant was at half-capacity at about 11am on a Saturday morning. The pho is always super fragrant, a rich broth with tender rare steak that melts in your mouth! I would say the bowl is kinda pricey but every once in a while, it hits the spot! For our size party, I was very content with the food still coming out about 20-25 minutes after ordering. The waiting staff handled the large party split up into three tables as best as they could given the large demands of all the bowls to be served.

They were just amazing, their service, the food. The two guys who served us were just amazing, very good service and really went out of their way. Im just really impressed with the food and service. Andd the meat was halal! The thicker noodles were good with the pho.

Looking at the menu it says pho combo , does that mean anything like oxtail is extra or is there a specific combo for that?

The fish is perfectly seasoned, and the aroma from the dill and scallions alone is enough to make your mouth water. I also highly recommend their selection of congee. Each version is made to order with your choice of meats, and the porridge has that silky-smooth, creamy consistency that makes it the ultimate comfort food. Rich, hearty, and incredibly satisfying, it's one of those dishes that keeps you coming back for another spoonful.

When we arrived, we were seated right away since it wasn't very busy. The waitress was really nice and answered any questions we had about the menu. Thank you! Here's what we ordered: Mi Sui Cao Kho (5/5): I really liked how they served the wontons on the side so they didn't make my noodles all soggy. Mi Vit Quay (4.5/5): I think my dad really liked this one. I forgot to ask for his opinion, but he definitely devoured everything in that bowl LOL. Chinese Donut (5/5): Fried fresh, so it was perfectly crispy and honestly so addicting to eat! Steamed Pork Kidneys (3/5): Not bad, but I felt like it was missing something to complete the flavor. Overall, a really good experience! P.S. They also sell banh bao on the side!

Hue Ky Mi Gia - Food and Service Appear to Be Declining…read more My wife and I decided to try Hue Ky Mi Gia. The restaurant is located in a busy plaza, and the parking lot is shared with several other businesses, so finding a parking space can be difficult. Location and Parking -- 2/5 The location is convenient, but parking can be challenging because many businesses share the same parking lot. Atmosphere and Comfort -- 2/5 The air-conditioning was weak, and the front door remained open, so the restaurant felt warmer than expected. Service -- 3/5 The service was only okay. The waiters were not especially friendly or welcoming. Food -- 2/5 I ordered the mì vịt tiềm. As everyone can see from my picture, my bowl came with only one small piece of bok choy. In comparison, pictures posted by other customers show the same dish served with several pieces of fresh vegetables. The noodles were okay but much too oily. The broth served on the side was not hot enough, and the duck was dry and tough instead of tender. The pickled vegetables were also too sour. Restaurants can change over time. Based on the difference between my meal and the meals shown in other customers' pictures, the portions and food quality appear to be inconsistent and declining. Cleanliness -- 2/5 The dining area was acceptable, but the restroom needed more attention and cleaning. Overall -- 2/5 Stars Overall, our experience was below average. Hue Ky Mi Gia may be worth trying once if you want something different, but the food, service, comfort, and cleanliness all need improvement.

Grandpa's Kitchen…read more I've been a longtime customer because their Phnom Penh-style hu tieu has always been very good. They were actually one of the first places around to serve this style of noodles, and I've enjoyed it for many years. However, over time, I feel like the quality isn't quite the same as it used to be. Maybe the prices are a little lower now, but the portions also seem noticeably smaller. I recently stopped by in the evening for some snacks. The atmosphere was open, casual, and lively, although both the service and the food seemed a little slow coming out. The balut was way too big for me, so I honestly couldn't really eat it. But the grilled blood cockles were large, fresh, and very juicy, which I really enjoyed. The restaurant itself is small, but it feels airy and comfortable. They also have outdoor seating, which is especially nice in the evening when the weather is cool. Overall, I still have a soft spot for Grandpa's Kitchen because I've been coming here for a long time. I just wish the food quality and portions were more like they used to be.

My husband's hu tieu nam vang kho, dry Phenh Penh noodles- this was decent. 3/5. We have had much better and this was just decent. The celery in it was a little weird, but it was the excessive amount of celery that ruined the bowl. It wasn't as flavorful as you'd imagine this type of entree to be. Service was ok.
