Time for an updated review…read more I bought my 2010 Toyota Corolla from Toyota of Lake City back in August 2009, so coming up on 17 years of reliable, trustworthy, professional service. With the exception of tires, all of my parts & service were via this location. I was due for a routine LOF, perhaps an air filter, headlight replacement, and had a wiper question. However, my weekly emails for a month went unanswered to my long time service advisor and the service online scheduler was wonky. So today (6/25/26) I called his direct line and another individual answered. Upon further inquiry, I was told my service advisor had retired. No wonder, no followup was enabled. First, I recommend to update or disconnect an inactive business email address. Second, check the online service appointment system. Third, provide the courtesy of notifying via email or mailed flyer of this change and give the name & contact information of the new & current Gold Team service advisor. My previous longtime service advisor & team had provided consistent, thorough, professional service that earned my trust. Plus learned that a basic LOF would cost $184.55. Ouch. I switched from a long term tire company to another one earlier this year based on reviews and others testimonials. Guess it's time to also forge ahead and find another place at the minimum for an LOF and for comprehensive service. Aligning with current overall Yelp posts, going from my previous 5 star to a 3 star.

This is the same guy that ran the shop at Express Tire and Auto Services on MLK in Columbia City for like, ever. He was always really fair and the service was always fast. Seems like they brought over some of the mechanics from Express Tire also. So glad to see Danny got his own shop. He deserves it.
