NEVER order from this Wingstop…read more This is by far the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. The only person who was actually helpful was the young woman working at the front. I placed an order through the Wingstop app and received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was told my order wasn't in their system. I showed them my confirmation email, but the older gentleman in the back kept asking if I had the correct location--even after seeing the confirmation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they repeatedly told me they couldn't make my order because it wasn't showing in their system. They even asked for a receipt, despite my confirmation email clearly showing my order details and payment method. I asked to speak with the manager. After explaining everything, his response was simply, "I don't know. You'll have to call customer service. Maybe it was a system error." I asked, "So Wingstop is just randomly sending customers order confirmations and telling them their food is ready when no order exists?" His only response was, "Yeah... I don't know." To make matters worse, when I asked for the customer service number, no one could even provide it. At that point, I had already paid for my food and wasn't leaving without a resolution. Thankfully, the young woman at the front took the initiative to call the owner. Within minutes, the owner confirmed that my order was in their system the entire time. Suddenly, they were able to make my food. The issue wasn't the app--it was the complete lack of competence and problem-solving from the staff and manager. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled is what matters. Instead of investigating or trying to help, they dismissed me, gave me the runaround, and acted like it wasn't their problem. WTF!!!!
