Honestly, i haven't had good poke like this in such a long time! I didn't expect the quality to be so good and fresh especially because we went a hour or two before they closed. I got the albacore and tuna (melted in my mouth) and my fiancée got the tuna and spicy salmon (the spicy salmon was another level of mouth watering) The owner was so nice and the service was on point. This has become my favorite poke place in Burbank. They're poke is prepared in small batches, so it doesn't feels old the great majority of the time. Their portions are off the chart and their willingness to do whatever you want is amazing. Only downside is they turn off their ordering apps from time to time so you have to pick it up, which is understandable when you're trying to give good costumer service when it's busy. The parking lot is very limited at 1PM. There are only 5 spots on the restaurant side. The inside is kept very clean, literally sterile. The young girl who helped me with my order was very nice and explained certain items on the menu. It's very straightforward and simple, select the size, choose a carbohydrate or salad, select your fish depending on the size you'll get a portion, add a bunch of toppings and sauces. Boom!
