They had both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor space wasn't too big. We had to put in the order at the register before sitting down. The menu had both sweet and savory pies, alongside some soups, salads and appetizers. We ordered the lamb curry pie and Shepard s pie with tots. It took them about 15 minutes to make the pies. I loved the lamb curry pie. The meat had lots of flavor. The outside crust was fluffy and crispy, complimented the lamb a lot. Shepard's pie was also good. The tots were good too. The staff members were friendly. There was one person working at the register, taking orders, bringing out the orders to tables and also cleaning the tables afterwards. This shop is in a prime location, especially if you're trying to kill some time before the ferry and is a better option for food than some nearby spots. I really enjoyed the PSL here too. However, every time we visit, it's always nearly empty. The first time I went, I thought the pies were amazing and came out steaming hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the last time, we ordered a shepherd pie and it tasted reheated and uneven at some parts and the crust was a little hard rather than buttery and flakey. The food has always been about 4 stars (depending on if you love pot pies), but they don't always have everything in stock or ready to be served when you order so the wait time for your pie can vary from about 5 minutes to 40 minutes. We were basic and got it as is but our waiter suggested some mashed potatoes and gravy and I couldn't say no! It was really good altogether.
