Love that Pret has innovative stuff like lemon curd toast!
Kamila K.

The staff ruins this Pret for me. On two separate occasions, I have ordered an Iced Mocha Latte and was given a Hot Mocha Latte. I even put emphasis on "Iced", because I always ask for "not that much ice". The ladies have been rude both times in remaking my drink for me and made me wait up to 10 minutes. Today, there was a line forming almost out the door, and one cashier, but multiple employees. I was second in line so I found out that the wait was due to the fact that the cashier was having a full blown 5 minute conversation with the group of 2 customers in front of me. She kept talking about how interesting it was that the customers are from Europe, and it just went on and on for a full 5 minutes. The customer who was behind me even began cussing under his breath and mostly everyone looked clearly frustrated that the cashier was not moving the line. To add, every time I have been here, the employees are always muttering and not making eye contact. I can hardly every hear what they are saying. The attitudes are horrible! So bad that this I felt compelled to post on Yelp for the first time. 2 Stars because the coffee and food are pretty decent. Will be going to other Prets for better customer service though.

Every now and then I enjoy a fresh tasting sanwich that is not overwhelming with filling of it contents. Albeit I must agree with other Yelpers that Pret A Manger is ridiculously overpriced for a measly Smoked ham and Parmesan sandwich that is not plentiful at $5.99. At this Financial District location, service is attentive and courteous as I always request a sales receipt to track my notes to write my Yelp reviews should business cards or take-out menu are not available. Note to laptop and tablet device junkies: Free Wi-Fi connection where password is noted on sales receipt available upon request.

Silly detail I noticed... Pret uses a form of Kanban (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanban). The sticker is a clock.

After 3 years of Wall Street area lunch burn out I gave up. I started going to Pret every single day. Everything else was poop. Pret has predictable sandwiches that aren't half bad and that I don't have to wait for. The ice coffee sucks but has caffeine. The chocolate chip cookie is awesome and warm and Serious Eats approves. There's a nice girl who must be the manager who's the most sincerely courteous person I've ever run into in New York City. It really makes my lunch. Also, I appreciate that they've taken a line out of Taiichi Ono's philosophy and use kanban (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanban) on their sandwiches. The sticker that seals the sandwiches and salads is actually a clock. The sticker is marked at the time that the sandwich is made (for internal use). Here's a pic: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/QDWWhYd571INh669LuPNQQ?select=2KVJSpdxPygz6rPrpduHIA. Note the mark at 5 o'clock (probably AM). But alas, I don't work in Financial Dist anymore so.... see ya suckers!

I'm in love with the salmon avocado salad!!! And after that, go with the hazelnut chocolate croissant! Omg. Always fresh.

It's Healthy , Yummie , soups are soooo good and the hot wraps are delicious . They have the brownie bits which is heavenly good , their prices are fair , you can grab a few snacks to go , or to stay over , the place is so cute and located in the heart of the city , actually they have so many stores in the city , whenever I'm in manhatten and feeling a bit hungry I'm grabbing a bite and off to the train .

Can always count on Pret to get a good, quick lunch at a decent price. They have a wide variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, juices, some baked goods and coffee. The food is all prepackaged made that day and ready to grab and go. My favorites are the mac n cheese (both the butternut squash one and the spinach tomato one are delicious), the spinach artichoke grilled cheese and the classic grilled cheese are also a good choice as well as the quinoa salads.

Pret is a solid choice for a quick lunch in this busy area. Just pick what you want from off the shelves whether you want cold food or hot. Plenty of healthy options to choose from. Some seating in this branch which can get pretty crowded during the lunch rush. Plenty of cashier's so the wait is never too long to pay. Overall, good branch

Just found out that they donate all un-sold perishable food to the soup kitchen at the end of the day! Nice!

Amazing Creme (Croux) Puffs!!!…read more I got the green tea, black sesame, & earl grey. The cream filling is very generous and the pastry isn't too thick. Loved the outside flavoring. Each one was perfectly made and absolutely delicious. Would come back if ever in New York to try everything else! I still think of these cream puffs often!

The café has a cozy atmosphere with playful alpaca-themed décor that gives it plenty of character without feeling overdone. Even with the constant activity outside in the Theater District, it feels like a nice place to step inside and enjoy a quiet break. The cream puffs were easily the highlight of my visit. I tried the Matcha Cream Puff, which had a crisp, cookie-like shell filled with a generous amount of smooth matcha cream. The matcha flavor was rich and earthy without being overly sweet, making it feel well balanced from the first bite to the last. I also liked that they rotate seasonal flavors, giving me a reason to come back and try something different. The pastry selection extends well beyond the cream puffs, with beautifully prepared cakes, tarts, and colorful macarons on display. Everything looked thoughtfully made, and pairing a pastry with one of their specialty drinks made for a great combination. The matcha latte complemented the desserts well, while options like the lavender latte offer something a little different if you are looking to branch out. The ordering process was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly throughout my visit. Seating inside is fairly limited because of the café's smaller size, so it can be difficult to find a table during busy hours. Even so, it works just as well as a place to grab a pastry and drink to enjoy while exploring the neighborhood. Overall, Bibble & Sip is a great stop for anyone looking for high-quality pastries in a welcoming setting. The cream puffs, creative drinks, and unique atmosphere make it a place I would happily return to whenever I am near the Theater District.

The Jeju Green Tangerine Matcha honestly just tastes like a tangerine selter drink but in the best way, because I don't typically enjoy seltzer or carbonated beverages. I really enjoy the flavor and the carbonation isn't too strong, probably because I brought it home to drink. I don't really taste the matcha but I would definitely still order this again. 2. Matcha Einspanner. This is my first time having an Einspanner so I have no idea what I was expecting but this is DELICIOUS. It's so silky and smooth and the TASTE is just right up my alley. The matcha is light but you can still taste it. Absolutely, would drink this all the time if I could. 3. Purple Sweet Potato Latte. This. This. Omg, why haven't I tried this sooner?! The first sip and initial taste, I almost tasted nothing, just milk. And then all of a sudden, there's an explosion of flavor in your mouth. As a sweet potato lover, I was in heaven. I have absolutely no words for this drink, just try it. 100/10 recommend. This is probably my favorite one out of the 3 that I bought. I went around ... 2:45PM on a Friday and most of the seats were taken, if I remember correctly. There were a decent amount of seats and the space was decent. I liked the minimal aesthetic they had for the design of the interior. Not to forget, the staff at the register was absolutely wonderful, she answered all my questions, she's so sweet. I think I'm disappointed that I haven't tried this place sooner. Y'all get out of your comfort zone and try the Purple Sweet Potato Latte !! Or if not, just try this place out. I will definitely be recommending the Purple Sweet Potato Latte to all my family and friends.

While it was a fun and unique drink, I probably should have opted for something else. The topping was literally like actual tiramisu rather than just tiramisu flavoring, and it felt like there was more ice and tiramisu than latte. Personally, I would have preferred more of the tiramisu flavor without the full tiramisu texture mixed into the drink. That said, it was an interesting concept and I'm glad I tried it. I'd definitely be open to coming back and trying another latte on a future visit.

It happened to be 787 Coffee which I have visited plenty of times on the island and enjoy. With excitement and in Spanish I tell the cashier that I was happy to come across this place as I have tried them out in PR. How is it that this "jibara" apparently from Maricao, spoke to me in broken English while I am talking to her in our native language, total fail. Anyhow, I ordered the coquito hot latte with an extra shot of rum and oat milk, fine, I paid $11 for a very small coffee. Now what I can't believe is that the quesito pastry was $8. I really wanted it but it was not until I paid that I then noticed the price. I sat to eat it while I waited for my name to be called as mentioned by the cashier. I walked around looking at everything, the music very loud and hard for people sitting to have conversations, the place is very colorful and with many PR sayings, however the place also feels very Americanized with the music and layout. I still awaited my name to be called minutes later, but nothing. I approached the cashier, who was just standing there, to ask about my coffee and she wasn't able to tell me so she asked the barista steps away from her. He pointed to a cofre sitting on their counter, it had my name, and when I pointed out that I was waiting for my name to be called, she shrugged her shoulders and smiled like she didn't care. The coffee by now was not all that hot, I never tasted any rum or coquito flavor and felt I wasted my time at this place. What's more upsetting is that I left a nice tip for a service that was not provided. They couldn't even bring the coffee ti my table once they realized it was sitting there and they forgot to call my name. You can find better service elsewhere.
