Went back for more since this is one of our favorite spots! The Rigatoni Bolognese is a work of art and delicious! The pizza left a little to be wanted, but was still delicious. All the bar drinks we had were refreshing, well made, and delicious!

Super cute restaurant tucked just off the St. Mary's Strip with a modern Italian vibe. Reservations are definitely recommended if you want to sit inside since they only have about 20 tables plus bar seating. We had reservations and were seated right away. The appetizers were so good that we couldn't decide, so we ordered three to share! I originally came for the pan-seared steak after seeing it featured on Texas Eats, but unfortunately they were sold out. Instead, we ordered the steak and the double pepperoni pizza, and both were absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to our waitress, Serena, who provided amazing service and made our experience even better. After watching Texas Eats this morning, we knew we had to give this place a try, and we're so glad we did. We'll definitely be back!

Came here for brunch Saturday morning and it was superb! Every food item we got was very fresh and delicious, our server was very attentive and friendly. I'm sad I was so full after eating because there many more items on the menu to try! Very nice little home style interior that makes you feel welcomed, definitely will be coming back

Food: love that the menu is simple and straight to the point. Almost wanted to try multiple food item but went with the Prawn Linguine and husband went with the roasted chicken. Price is decent for the quality of food. Pasta is made fresh! We also tried the Burrata appetizer, bread was delicious, and flavor was there. Service: awesome, our waiter made some recommendations such as the rigatoni bolognese. I'll have to get that next time. Ambiance: cozy, clean and intimate. Perfect for date night. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Mushrooms - not a fan. The in-house made tagliatelle was loaded with them and in a lemon cream sauce. Not sure what kind of magic they used in that sauce because those pinche mushrooms didn't stand a chance - they, and the entire dish we're pretty phenomenal: rich and creamy sauce, tender, lemony shrooms, and perfect tagliatelle. Also had thei spicy salami pizza. I don't know where to start as it was friggin stupid delicious, a work of art really. To start, it's easily one of the best crusts I've had hands down: crunchy yet soft - I was amazed as i couldn't figure out how they did that without a wood oven. The crust had a great flavor too. Now for their toppings: spicy salami, hot honey, caramelized onion puree and ricotta. Man, this was such a great and unforgettable pizza. Want a pizza you'll always remember, get this one! Garlic knots - such a incredibly, tasty starter. Subtle garlic flavor on that butter bread, man, what a treat. And their marinara sauce was so good. We downed all this with a bottle of wine. We didn't fonish the bottle vefore our meal so we went inside to the bar and finished it there. We discovered they made carajillo and had one of those AND ordered tiramisu so the carajillo wouldn't be lonely. Both were pretty fantastic. The staff was super helpful and polite. They had really good insights into the dishes and ingredients as well as the wine list. Turns out, this was one of the best dinners I've had this year.

Fantastic night at primos they had a delightful setting and each plate came at the right time. Service was excellent their entrees were so tasty. I will definitely come back to get their tiramisu again.

Nice place. Staff was very nice. Indoor outdoor seating. Upscale vibe. Also had a brunch vibe. Ordered the bolognese. It was a miss. I've been to tre trattoria many times for their bolognese and Primos doesn't even come close. Not to mention it's 1-2 dollars more expensive. It tastes like the spaghetti and meat sauce I make at the house for under 10 bucks and feeds the whole family. Would recommend this place for the vibe. But not the bolognese unfortunately.

The atmosphere, vibe, hospitality, and service was a 10/10 don't get me wrong. However, the food was very bland for the price tag of it. We didn't try any alcoholic drinks so I can't say anything about that. For the limited selection of food it wasn't that great, back to the flavor of the dishes, it felt as if there wasn't any seasoning not even salt. The ravioli with the lemon paste tasted, as if they put lemon concentrate for baking inside of it and boiled it. The pizza wasn't bad can't complain, but since the execution of the rest of the food wasn't the bar was low. Come here for just the pizza and/or garlic nots to be honest and get tipsy.

Came here for a birthday dinner for a friend and had a great night. We got the garlic rolls, mussels, burrata, and 3 different pizzas - pepperoni, margherita, and spicy salami. The garlic rolls are amazing. We had to keep ordering more and more for the table. The mussels were delicious and the soup they were in was even better. The burrata was okay in my opinion, but the bread that came with it was sooooo good. All of the pizzas were great. My favorite was the margherita. Our server kept our waters full and checked on us, but the wait was about 30 minutes for the pizzas, which sucked a little. We were seated outside, which was pretty cold. I think if they added heating elements outside it would have made it more enjoyable. All in all, we still had a great time and the food was great. I would come back here.

Been eyeing Primo's for lunch for a while and finally got to try it out. There's no dedicated parking spots for Primo's so you'll have to park on the street. Keep that in mind if visiting during busy weekends. We came Wednesday around 1pm and it was not busy. Service was friendly and quick. They don't have fountain drinks , just cans and bottles. They have a lunch special which includes a 12" pizza with a salad. Both were huge- I was shocked at the size of both. Salad was good, pizza was good. Ok flavor- not the best pizza ever but still good. Wish I had gotten one of their pasta dishes instead but next time for sure. The restaurant is small but quaint. Enjoyed our visit, would like to try different menu items. Give it a try.

My boyfriend took me here for dinner, and it was such a wonderful experience! For appetizers we got the calamari and a Caesar salad. Amazing and so delicious. For the dinner portion, he ordered the rigatoni bolognese, and I had the roasted chicken; both were absolutely amazing. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, rich, and savory, and you could tell a lot of care went into every dish. The atmosphere was cozy, the service was kind, and it made for a really special evening. We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

I have been wanting to try this place out for a while now. We went in a group of four girls. We enjoyed brunch on a Sunday. It wasn't busy, but they do take reservations. We shared all of our food. I started off with their limoncello Margarita. It was citrusy and refreshing. We shared the calamari and the burrata. The calamari was seasoned well. It comes with a garlic aïoli. The burrata was delicious. We all loved it. It came with tomatoes, Peruvian, teardrops, and salami. The bread that it came with was delicious. For our meal, we shared the margarita pizza, the Parmesan chicken sandwich, the Primo's breakfast and the lemon ricotta pancakes. The Margarita pizza had a thin crust and was cheesy and tasty. The Primo's breakfast was excellent with sausage, eggs made your way in breakfast potatoes. Everyone thought the chicken Parmesan sandwich was the best. The mozzarella was gooey and it had enough marinara, but not too much to make it soggy. The lemon ricotta pancakes were a hit. We ate them as our dessert. They came with blueberries. No syrup needed for these pancakes. We were celebrating Galentine so we ended up staying to share a bottle of Prosecco after our lunch. We didn't feel like we were rushed and our waiter was very nice. Parking is available as street parking, but they do not have a designated parking lot.

This was our first time here. Cute place! The drinks were very flavorful as well as the pizza. I am not usually a fan of the calamari that is like sticks but these were cut small and so very tender. The aioli was delicious. This restaurant will definitely go in our rotation. Staff was amazing and attentive.

It seems like reservations are encouraged. At every visit, the servers greeted me with water and asked for my dietary preferences. You can tell that the servers all work together as I had other servers stop by to pack up my food and refill my water. I do love how they offer to pack up my leftovers and do so very nicely. 1st visit: My server was a sweetheart, very attentive, and super nice! I made reservations for 5PM on a Friday. I was one of the first to arrive, but the restaurant quickly filled up. I opted for the Mezas De Alegria, the server brought out Tirshi, Roasted Cabbage, Steamed Red Snapper, and Olive Oil Cake! All were very tasty, my favorites being the Tirshi and Steamed Red Snapped! I also ordered the Greek Wine flight, I enjoyed the Troupis wine best! Out of all of my dining experiences, this was by far my favorite! 2nd visit: My server was also attentive and kind. This time, I didn't make a reservation, I just walked in but was able to be seated at 11AM on a Sunday. I opted the for Turkish Brunch and the Mint Limonada, and they were able to accommodate my dietary preference! Everything was good once again, my favorites were the Grilled Olive and Tomato Salad, Fire Roasted Peppers, and Shakshuka. The Mint Limonada was too sweet for my preference, I had to water it down with some water. 3rd visit: My most recent server was very sweet and kind but wasn't as attentive. I made reservations for 5PM on Friday. She got held up by a table nearby a couple of times. I tried items from the Culinaria Restaurant Week Menu (Armenian Salad, Texas Waygu Kebabs, and Local Fruit Sorbet) Everything was soo good and flavorful. I really enjoyed the Armenian Salad. The Texas Waygu Kebabs were good, but a little chewy for my preference. They were cooked about Med-Well/Well done, though I prefer my beef to be cooked Medium, but I wasn't asked about my preference. I also wasn't given a steak knife and tried to wait for my server, but she was with another table for a while. I had to use my butter knife... The Local fruit sorbet was very refreshing and a light dessert to end my evening. Overall, great experiences, flavor-packed food! I enjoy Mediterranean food, so I'll be back to try more items off their menu!
