This place closed unexpectedly early tonight and left me hanging after a workout. Get your hours straight and actually stick to them. If you can't manage consistent closing times, just shut down so a real poke spot can take your place and serve customers who show up when you say you're open.

Nice poke place in a busy plaza. Ordered a "S&T and burrito" ( salmon and tuna), the fish is pretty fresh, portions are decent too, feeling full after eating it. I like how they put wonton crisp into it so it's crunchy. After tax is around $18 for the burrito. But the rice in that burrito is a little bit cold/ hard. Other than that, everything works. Service is friendly. Inside have a counter table and maybe 3 seats to sit. More like a quick eat place!

Wanted a quick bite to eat before a work out. Sushi burrito sounded like it would hit the spot. The star was the spam fries, so delicious!! Highly recommend heading here and trying it out.

We came for the poke burrito that we saw on a foodie's IG page. The moment we walked in I saw the quality of fish (the color looked a little dull) and this caused me to already lose interest but since we were already there and drove specifically to Fountain Valley for their poke we went ahead and continued ordering. The service was friendly and quick they took our order and gave us a large portion of each ingredient. We took the poke bowl and poke burrito to the park across the street to eat. We both couldn't finish our food. It was difficult for me to enjoy, flavors were really lacking. For about $35 total I expected it to be better.

Fist time trying out this place ! It's hot and wanted something fresh . I ordered online a regular salmon bowl, easy quick pick up ! Lady at the counter was nice The reason of a 4 is because from all 3 sauces chosen my bowl seemed dried ! It was missing extra sauce, Maybe I should have asked for extra sauces but again 1st timer Other than that the bowl was very fresh and well packed ! The price is a little high but it's definitely worth it Just wish I had more sauce on my bowl

I've been here several times and I've always ordered a Poké bowl. The bowls are pretty average pokey bowls. This last time, though I had the pokey burrito and it was so good!! The warm rice, and the crunch of the seaweed wrap around the fresh fish were so satisfying. I might just go back today and have another.

I go to Project Poke for their satisfactory portions and nice variety of toppings. Of course it's not authentic poke, but I like it better than most places. It's in a convenient location with relatively quick service. A regular bowl with three scoops is just under $16 now, but the portion is definitely enough to make you full. The burning mayo sauce that they have is really good. Project Poke seems to offer more toppings than most places. I wish they didn't charge for tamago or masago, but there's plenty more to choose from. I get corn, edamame, seaweed salad, crab meat, and dry toppings like crispy onion and wontons. Overall a really good spot for poke.

Project Poke truly is a hit or miss. Home to a convenient location, Project Poke draws a good amount of locals and even those who are visiting the area. Their portions are generous & satisfying, yet at times, the poke toppings are not fresh. Sometimes, the onions, ginger, and edamame are incredibly watery and dull in color. The fish pieces here are thickly sliced, so it is possibly for customers to taste an overly fishy flavor which can sometimes be unwanted. Project poke is close to me, so that's most likely the best reason for my frequent visits. It fills you up.

Regular size bowl $17.89 in June 2024. Masago extra. Eek.

Small for a lot of money and they charge extra for Masago. No small bowl option. Customer service is friendly and parking is ok. Poke tiki is 10 times better and less expensive. Second time here, will not come back.

They've been around for awhile, but I only had the opportunity to check them out this past week! My first visit was Monday night - I believe - followed by my most recent visit a few days later this past Thursday. What really sets Poke Haus apart from other poke spots is the base options - in addition to your usual go-tos like white rice, brown rice, salad, Poke Haus also offers Somen noodles. Which is served cold - kinda like Japanese soba noodles - but reminds me more of bun (Vietnamese vermicelli noodles). This is a HUGE plus. Sometimes the white rice at poke spots isn't fresh - so it ends up dry and hard. Don't have to worry about that with somen noodles. They are almost the perfect base for poke bowls that I can think of. Portion sizes are great, regardless of whether you get the Small, Medium, or Large (which is enough for two people). Your pick of sauces including my favorites: sesame oil and spicy mayo. Toppings - here's another plus - Poke Haus does not charge extra for your first serving of avocado or masago - most places charge for avocado. There is a fully stocked drinks refrigerator right by the checkout area. Service is awesome - friendly, prompt and efficient. They acknowledged our long wait when I came during the lunch rush on Thursday. There isn't a lot of seating inside - mainly more of a grab and go sorta spot. Parking is messy. It's in a tiny Walgreens parking lot with parking spaces super close to each other, stalls that are too small, and to top all of that - Westminster drivers. Just be on guard and don't assume you've got right of way in this lot cuz driving etiquette goes out the window. Check out my yummy photos!

Pretty strange since I got there right when my order was supposed to be ready. And it just didn't taste right, usually poke just has that delicious combinations of flavor but for what I ordered everything tasted mild without much flavor and maybe the temperature of the food played into it. It's strange because poke is one of my favorite foods and I'm not sure if I've ever not liked a bowl. Maybe I'll give it another shot but first time here and it just wasn't great. I ordered the 2-Piece Boneless Chicken Plate with the spicy garlic sauce, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The chicken was incredibly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The seasoning paired perfectly with the spicy garlic sauce, making every bite delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the creamy mac salad had a nice peppery kick that complemented the meal really well. My only minor complaint was that the chicken was just a tad salty, but it wasn't enough to take away from the overall experience. The two women working the register were friendly, welcoming, and professional, greeting everyone with big smiles. The dining area inside was spotless, there was plenty of indoor seating, and parking was easy with lots of available spaces it was very clean! If you're looking for flavorful Hawaiian BBQ with crispy, juicy chicken and excellent customer service, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'd happily come back again. 9/10!

Ridiculous. When I got the food, they gave me a free spam musubi as an extra for the long wait time. The CPC was really good I think that lived up to the hype. I felt a bit snubbed that it only came with one thigh. I wish it came with two. I was not a big fan of the kalbi. I feel that they put way too much sugar in the marinade. It felt like biting into candy. Garlic butter shrimp was decent. I'm bummed this had to be my first experience. I really wanted to like this place. If I were to come back, I would probably only get the CPC.
