Fantastic pizza in the area. Friendly chef too. Fun area near the food truck to relax at a picnic table and enjoy. Awesome hill country ambience.

Great pizza and convenient location to Main St in Fredricksburg. We ordered two pizzas for pick up and they were ready on time, as quoted. We tried the potato pizza (without olives) and the pepperoni. The pepperoni was a little greasy, but overall great! The potato pizza was generously topped with potatoes and had the perfect proportion of cheese to potato. You can see some onions and sausage on our pepperoni pizza. This was not something we ordered, but it turned out great so I'm not complaining :) Overall, great pizza and I highly recommend for a simple dinner in Fredricksburg! The white pizza was

The food is fairly decent but rather expensive for its portion The service was extremely subpar and lacked attention to detail. The staff seemed to lack a refined sense of their own culinary offerings. When we placed our order, we specifically inquired about the spice level of the sausage, and the gentleman who took our order assured us it was not spicy at all, but rather earthy due to the sage used. However, when we received the pizza for our children, we were surprised to find the sausage was extremely spicy. The gentleman who took our order did not seem to monitor the progress of our order, and the appetizer arrived in a timely manner, but the pizza was nowhere to be found 29 minutes after ordering. We had to request his attention to inquire about the status of our order, at which point we discovered that the pizza had just been prepared in the back. Furthermore, another guest who arrived 24 minutes after us received their pizza before we did, which was unacceptable and indicative of a lack of attention to detail.

Prometheus Pizza is tucked behind Fredericksburg's busy Main Street with convenient parking right outside. Upon walking in the minimalist ambiance speaks to the focus they take on their food. We ordered the bruschetta app and enjoyed their take with soft bread bits tossed with bruschetta. The flavor of the olive oil, spices and vinegar made the app a winner. For entrees we ordered the mushroom pizza and steak frites. The steak was cooked to perfection and accompanied with three different suave options pesto, aioli and a jous. The fries were crisp and paired well with the aioli. The pizza was a winner. Visually I hesitated as their pizza crust has a bit of a wheat tone and the pesto was thick but with the first bite it all went away. This pizza is big enough to share between 2-3 people especially if you get an appetizer. We were to full to try dessert but look forward to trying the next time we visit.

Wow I had no idea we had ordered from a food truck on toast tab but so glad we did! The pepperoni pizza is delish and bison pizza has a kick to it. Both have thin and crispy crust and so aromatic! Ny style foldable pizza, the kind you find in Brooklyn. The salad was packed well. It's on a corner with a big sign that says PEACHES. Great value and great dinner! Highly recommended!

Wow just wow. Had the margarita (added sausage) and it was incredible!!! I'm a big fan of crispy thin crust and this was perfection. The toppings and overall quality of ingredients seemed top notch. Excited to have a new pizza spot this good right down the street. Will be back to try more!

Yelp led us here and we enjoyed it! My friend and I split a "Hey Bob" pizza. It was really tasty, not too greasy, and the crust was perfect (not too thin and not too thick). We really liked the pickled red onions and the slight spice of the calabrian chili. We liked their picnic tables as the weather was great that day.

Small brick and mortar location with indoor-outdoor seating at this new location. When we called they lacked information regarding hours/operation and address. Ordered two pizzas, both had an awesome crispy crust, topping lacked some flavor, adding seasoning helped. Prices are high for pizza but few options in the area. Will return based on the crust with hope they improve topping flavor.

The pizza was good but for me the game changer was the red chili flake sauce that they have. I asked for chili flakes and the guy said they have something better. And it definitely was! He also brought the pizza to our vehicle while we waited.

You know it l was weird when I searched for food and this food truck had the best rating nearby! Of course I had to give a try and fortunately they had a cool 18" special going on. Ordered ahead online which made it a breeze to just pick up when ready especially in this Texas heat! Got their special with bacon and pancetta and enjoyed it thoroughly. Also ordered their Cesar salad, enjoyed it as well! Very pleasantly surprised by their croutons, cute little touch to stand out. I would definitely come back after a day of wine drinking.

Vibe is euro-bistro and the staff is perfectly attentive. Prices are high, but honestly aligned to the quality of the food, at least the dishes we had were worth the prices. Food: Buttermilk Fried Chicken, with Onion/Bacon flash fried collard greens, whipped potatoes and house gravy and Jalapeno Cornbread for $32 Reuben on Marble Rye for $24 16oz Stella Artois for $10 We agreed that the fried chicken (5/5) was the best we could remember having. Whipped potatoes (5/5) were light, fluffy and perfect taste/texture. The gravy was like brown butter (5/5). The collard greens (5/5) were flash fried and if you've never had them like this, it's like eating collard green potato chips. Cornbread (3/4) was a bit too delicate and sweet for our taste. You couldn't pick it up without it falling apart. The Ruben (3/5). My wife loves a good Ruben sandwich. This one had the makings of a good one, but they use a Thousand Island sauce (too much of it) on the sandwich, and it hides the flavor of the meat. Next time we would ask for the sandwich without the TI sauce, see if that improves the rating. The sandwich came with house made potato chips (5/5), a small house salad with vinaigrette (5/5) and a large, pickled cucumber. I know, that's a pickle, but these are cucumbers that have gone maybe a third of the way through the process, so the cucumber taste is really prevalent. Lastly, we had the Creme Brulé (3/5) for dessert. It was nice, but the custard was coffee and caramel flavored, and we prefer the standard custard look and flavor. The caramel should come from the top layer, not the custard. The top layer was a bit too thick as well. We liked it, just didn't love it. Overall, quality food, service and vibe with prices that are aligned to more special occasions than everyday eating out. We'll be back to try the Monday Crawfish Etoufee and the Tuesday Duck Confit daily specials...look too good to pass up.

Unfortunately, this experience felt less like a restaurant opening and more like a dress rehearsal no one stopped. First problem: location confusion. We went to what turned out to be their second spot--which, crucially, was not called Nurys on the sign. Same ownership, new space, old identity crisis. Walking in felt like entering a building that hadn't yet decided what it wanted to be when it grew up. The lingering aroma? A strange duet of fish, antiseptic, and industrial cleaning agents. Not hunger-inducing. More "urgent care with a fryer." There was no one there, which made sense--it was between brunch and lunch--but somehow the wait for food felt disproportionately long for what arrived. What arrived, sadly, was mediocrity wearing a Tex-Mex costume. They seemed to be aiming for Tex-Mex but landed somewhere closer to Tex-Flex--stretching flavors thin until they snapped. The barbacoa was fatty in a way that suggested less "slow-cooked tradition" and more "glistening regret." It didn't taste authentic, or even especially intentional. Just heavy. The guacamole--perhaps the most unforgivable offense--was bad. Guacamole is avocados, salt, lime, and love. That's it. This had none of the above. The waitstaff wasn't rude, exactly--just possessed by the clear energy of people who would prefer you to finish quickly so they could resume their real lives. Hospitality should feel like an invitation, not a countdown. Now, maybe the original Nurys is wonderful. I hope it is. But if that's the case, why open a second location only to phone it in? Expansion should mean excellence multiplied, not care divided. There are too many good places in Fredericksburg doing things right to settle for something half-hearted. This one wasn't terrible--it was worse. It was forgettable. And that's the real disappointment.

The fried potatoes that came with the au gratin schnitzel were left largely untouched on my companion's plate.
