I cannot say enough good things about Sam. He went above and beyond. When we called about our broken dishwasher (during stay at home when everyone is eating and making dirty dishes all the time), he came out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and apologized that he needed to order a part and that it would take a week. The next day, he was in the neighborhood and called, texted, and stopped by to make sure we were home - because was able to get the part sent overnight and came over to install it right away. These guys are as good as it gets. If I could give six stars I would. I was very sceptical because they came through a warranty company and my previous technician from another company was awful. I had two weeks with my dishwasher and washing machine broken with the first technician saying they needed new parts. Prosam came, turned up at short notice, got my supposedly irrepairable washing machine working and helped sort the dishwasher with the warranty company. They were responsive to calls and texts and told me to call them at any time with questions even after the repair. If all customer service was this good life would be way easier. Sam knows what he is doing. He was very prompt and fixed the problem with the microwave in my microwave and oven combo. He had all the parts that needed to be replaced in the microwave. His labor charge was ok, on checking later I did feel like the parts pricing was close to ridiculous. But that's the price you pay for urgent service. I would suggest that if you had time you could procure parts yourself and provide it. Still give him 4stars for polite quick service. read more

Sam saved us. We had refrigerator stuck in the middle of our kitchen that was going to the utility room. He called quickly and offered to come after his last job, later in the evening. Sam and his company were the second technician sent out by the home warranty company to fix our Dacor Stove. Bear in mind, the first one took our money and never came back. We were 2 months without 5 of the 6 burners on our stove. Not only was Sam knowledgeable. He was gracious, timely in setting arrival expectations and extremely knowledgable. We bought a new house a couple of months ago and as soon as we moved in things started breaking. We used our home warranty company for the microwave but didn't have the best experience with them. Sam was assigned to fix it and came out right away. He did his best to fix our microwave but unfortunately it would cost more to fix it then buy a new one. We asked him to come back out to fix our washer & dryer. Had them purring like new in no time at all. He is super nice and very experienced and knowledgeable about appliances. Beware! If you are assigned Prosam by your home warranty company, the service company works for them, not for you. If there is a way to invalidate your warranty, they will report it and you will be forced to argue your case. I suggest that you get approval to use a reputable service company that you trust and then get reimbursement from your warranty company. read more

Excellent service from an honest and trustworthy expert! I texted Sam a problem with my dishwasher on a Sunday afternoon. He texted me back quickly, had me run some at home tests to diagnose the issue and then advised he would order the part needed and see me in a few days with the part to fix the issue. He did all of this via the phone at no charge. He could have made an appointment to come out, then charge me for the visit then have to come back with a part. Instead, he diagnosed and will be here to fix the issue in a few days. He has also repaired a built-in ice maker for us as well as diagnosed a washing machine issue. Another company came to review the washing machine and said it was fixed. It was not...Sam came in and immediately said I needed a new machine. He does not sell machines and tried to assist me with great advice on what to purchase as my next machine. He is very professional, honest and has a world of expertise! My front loading washing machine was leaking, so I called Prosam last night after hours expecting to leave a voice mail. Imagine my surprise when he picked up. My washer had stopped working due to computer communications issues. Sam came out that day and fixed it. Since my washer is external to my house, Sam was able to do all of this while I was busy at work - which made it so convenient.
