Classic chain share tea location, with delicious Boba options. I wish there was better parking because it is quite limited in this plaza. Service was okay, and though they weren't too busy, the employees didn't seem happy to help. In both my visits, we ordered delicious milk tea with boba. Been going to share tea since they first opened. Yummy as always! We just stopped by today to pick up some drinks for my girls. Ordered through their online site. One of my kids' favorites, mango QQ happy family milk tea, matcha red bean milk tea, and mango ice blended with ice cream. I appreciate the option to control the level of sugar and ice Options. And I was able to split one of the drinks into two different cup since my little one can't finish the drink all at once. Will keep coming since their drinks are good and their customer service is even better!!! Thanks for staying open so my girls can have their cravings fixed!!! read more

Great milk tea! I got milk tea with boba in the hipster lightbulb. It was so cute. The milk tea is fresh. It comes out of the hot tea warming kettle. I had to go back home and put my drink in the fridge so it was colder but I still thought it was good. The boba was perfect. Not too chew and not too hard. The place itself was so cute. Staff is very friendly. There are so many options to choose from. I can't wait to return to try new things. My favorite part of the store was their tip jar. So glad that Sharetea opened! It's the perfect addition to this little mall full of eateries. They have lots of tea options and they are all absolutely delicious. You can choose the sweetness of your tea. They also have milk teas and the tea that comes in the light bulb cup. They have lots of options to include in your tea- boba, jelly, custard, etc. What makes this place unique is that they have lots of seating options. You'll commonly see people hanging out in there. Glad they joined the community. The milk teas are delicious! read more

The service was fast and the gentleman helping us was very patient with us asking him a bunch of questions. Also a plus, I asked about milk substitute and they said all the milk drinks are soy. Cool! I like. Everyone in our party enjoyed our drinks but I was a little annoyed with the pearls I ordered with my Thai tea, it seem to be very chewy. I've had pearls before and I think the ones I got here were slightly under cook. All good though! Will come back again when I'm in the area. read more

It is alright. Got the wintermelon crema and it was wayy too sweet. After mixing it it tasted a bit better but the tea itself was too sweet. The crema tasted fine though so i'll probably try a different flavor. NOTE: it is super sweet and you cannot change the sugar levek because of the wintermelon.. i thought that was odd. read more

Looks like this place gets a lot of great reviews, but I just wasn't all that impressed. It's location was a little bit tough because of how awkwardly designed the lot is. I got the coffee milk tea half sweetened and it was subpar. Nothing special about it. read more

My new favorite boba place! The best I've ever had! Came here while on vacation from my home state of Utah and ended up coming THREE DAYS in a row because of how amazing it is! (I would have come even more, but we were leaving town) You have to try the Oreo Milk tea! It is OUT of this world! Utah, would you try to do this already? We need a Sharetea! Every drink I had here was amazing. The last one I tried was the Hawaii Fruit Tea. It was amazing even though I realized a prefer just boba in my drink, not fruit and boba which was a little strange (mostly didn't like the mix of textures). Yet, despite this it was still amazing. It was my first time I visited this place 3 weeks ago with my friend and his wife. Their Milk Tea was really Aweesome. My friends also liked their signature drink strawberry Mojito. The place was quiet an very clean. Also The service was good as I met the nicest employees eveer. Usually I like to study in a place like this and that's why it's my new spot when school is open again. This place is definitely my new favorite tea place as I'm a tea person. That day was a great memory for me. I highly recommend this place to students or even for a group of friends to hang out. Hopefully will be back again soon. I'm partial to the Classic Pearl Milk Tea (Black, regular sugar), but others have told me the Coffee Milk Tea and the Iced Teas are yummy too... I just don't like that they open at 11:00... I remember when it was all so simple...I went to a lolicup and got a milk tea with boba. Or if it was hot, I'd get a coconut slush with mini boba. But enter Sharetea and things become so customizable for you that you can make it as sweet or cold as you want. My daughter recently put me on QQ happy family milk tea and it's been a craving of mine daily! Sheeesh it's so perfect and I love how all the different jellies, bubbles, pudding and everything else makes it a dang meal! I usually stay full from the tea for about three hours but that's when the second craving comes along and I'm ready for another one! read more

After trying Sharetea at a different location that ruined my experience and tastebuds, I was pretty convinced that'd be the last time I'd ever go to any Sharetea. Upon moving to SD, I gave this location a chance given that I wasn't too impressed by other shops. This is now my go-to boba shop! LOCATION. It's right across from USD in the same plaza as Ballast Point. As much as people might complain about parking, it's nothing compared to Convoy. The shop itself is next to Domino's. It serves as a great study spot too with their free wifi. This location in particular is definitely the most lit boba shop I know LOL They have after hour events which I didn't even know was a thing until I moved here. WAIT/SERVICE. The staff works extremely efficiently, so I hardly have to wait for my drink even when there is a line. If you're on a real time crunch, I suggest calling in. They're all extremely friendly and welcoming. Whether they're in the store or catering at an event I've attended, they're always willing to answer questions about their drinks. DRINKS. I've had quite a few drinks here, but my favorites include the mango crema and their wintermelon. Sweetness levels aren't an issue for me here versus some other boba shops, but you can customize that. PRICE. It's your standard price for a boba drink, and their drink-to-ice ratio are solid. Definitely doesn't feel like I'm paying for a cup of ice. read more

I used to love this place but not anymore because of both service and the staff. Poor! Like, poor most of the tine. My tea overflowed in the car and they forgot to add boba in my drink. It's not even busy! I regret adding tip as well.. Just go to TEA STATION or KUNG FU TEA! Way more authentic and staff there possess pleasing personalities!! Good vibes and Good drinks! read more

First off just let me say, this specific location out of all the Sharetea's in San Diego has the best staff. They're always so friendly and make our drinks within 5 minutes from placing our order. The location is very convenient and the drinks are AMAZING. My wife and I have been coming to this location for several months now and the couple times we have gone to another Sharetea to try, we have always been let down by either bad drinks, or terribly rude staff. So- thank you to everyone at this location for always being so amazing and giving great customer service. read more

Four stars have been given because I wasnt exactly satisfied with the pudding that came in my drink on the day I ordered it. It was probably just that batch of pudding but it felt kind if hard around the edges but typically when I order pudding from other Shareteas the pudding is perfect. Also parking in this center is terrible just because of the shape and location of the shop. read more

First timer and I have no complaints! It's close to where I live and convenient. Service is good, friendly and fast! I got the Strawberry Ice Cream Blend. I'm a sucker for ice cream so I loved it! I stopped by Sharetea on my way to the airport. I go to a lot of bubble tea shops and consider myself a bit of a snob when it comes to bubble tea; this place hit the SPOT. I got a matcha milk tea with red bean, half sugar. It was pleasantly sweet, maybe a tiny bit too indulgent but what's life if you don't live it up once in a while. Definitely ask for half sugar or less if you're sensitive to sweet things. However what really shone was the excellent service. The young gentleman serving me was so pleasant and positive and genuinely helpful that it improved my day so much. And lord knows I needed some positive vibes. Didn't catch his name but he was wearing a cap backwards and has a very friendly smile! Really great energy. I tasted a chunks or real fruits in it which I appreciated because that means they aren't using anything artificial powders. I also ordered berry chia parfait with strawberries. It came with blueberries and granola. The chia seeds inside are my favorite and it's packed with lots of nutrients. The store here is spotless clean, cozy, with relaxing music to get you in a good mood and it definitely has made my morning better. My server was Samantha and she took care of my orders and made the drinks and my chia seed parfait.
