Background On Visit: Wanted dessert after having a early dinner at Mr. Dragon Noodle house. Credit Cards: They're accepted. Order on self ordering kiosk or in person. Restroom: Available to use. Visitation Rights: Been to this location, but I've been to the Monterey Park location couple of times before. Location/Parking: Located in the small strip mall on the SW corner of Walnut Grove and Valley. Parking can be found in the shared lot. Ambiance/Decor: Neat ambiance with modern furnishings. Entertainment: They have some backdrops and props to take pictures with. Board games to play with your friends, and claw games to win prizes with, and street fighter arcade game. Service: Not much service besides receiving your drink after you order from the kiosk. Drink didn't take that long to come out. Drink Of Choice: I had their Hawaiian fruit with green tea drink. It was quite refreshing and included couple of watermelon pieces, orange, lime and lemon slice. I asked for 25% sweet. R&B Tea For Thought: Wouldn't mind coming back try other drinks on the menu.

Was in the area and in major need of caffeine for my drive back so I ordered the Rose Oolong Milk Tea. It was Saturday around 5:30pm and wanted to order food, but the kitchen was closed. The service was fine and quick. The tea was pretty strong and it did its job. I got the drink unsweetened and the boba wasn't too sweet either. I liked the decor and the shop, especially the cute neon lights. There were toy machines so it felt like a cute little hang out.

Through plenty of visits, R&B Tea remains consistent with their drinks and food. This specific occasion, my wife was ordered me two drinks and their cheese balls as a late night snack. Drinks are just as good as always. Usually drinks/food are less delicious as this is a late night order, nearing the end of the batch/day but the drinks were spectacular. The cheese balls were something new that I've never tried so this was a nice experience as well. Perfect late night snack but certainly not the top choice of snack. Still highly recommend if you like food that's fun size.

My cousins and I went to R&B Tea after a bit of dinner next door on a Monday night. Most of the tables were filled when we went in. There are two screens for ordering, which made the ordering process pretty quick. I would say the drinks are pretty standard for a boba tea shop. The strawberry stormy was icy and refreshing. The Thai tea was a solid Thai milk tea. I ordered the matcha hazelnut because I think that's such a rare combo and was pleasantly surprised it worked together. They have a bunch of mini claw machines that provide a ton of entertainment. It's a dollar a token and we actually won twice (after spending $15 on tokens lol). I like the neon aesthetic of the decorations and the abundance of tables. The staff was really kind too.

Any place that has street fighter has my heart! But back to the drinks... Honey Green Milk Tea was so delicious... and I can't believe it it's dairy free! I can't wait to come back and try its other drinks.

Good spot for tea but the parking is terrible. Rating is based on the quality of tea and service. However, this plaza has too many shops and not enough parking spots so we went around several times before we could park. While the tea is pretty good, probably would not be coming back as there are equally as good tea shops in the area.

Ordered Doordash and it got delivered in less than 30 minutes! They have a promo on Doordash currently - 25% off (up to $8) and minimum of $12 to qualify! Menu had a good variety of milk and fruit teas! Pricing was reasonable and most drinks were $6-$7+ and toppings were +$0.75 each Got the Hawaiian Fruit Green Tea ($7.55) with 50% ice and 25% sugar. It was just the right amount of sweetness and I really enjoyed how refreshing it was! Loved the huge chunks of watermelon, orange, and lemon slices inside! Definitely a must! This was 9/10 The Taro Matcha Latte ($7.90) was just ok. The matcha was not as strong as I was expecting but I really enjoyed how it consisted of real chunks of taro! The taro was very delicious and not too sweet. This was 7/10 The Brown Sugar Boba Milk ($6.90) was a bit too sweet even with sugar adjusted to 25%. The boba was quite soft and chewy. The tea was not too strong so this was 7/10. Overall, I really enjoyed the drinks here and the pricing was pretty reasonable but I'll most likely skip the matcha and milk tea next time. I'll definitely get the fruit tea again!

R&B Tea is a bubble tea shop in SGV. They are located in a large shopping plaza on Wlanut Grove ave. This store has a plethora of drinks and snacks. Moreover, they have two kiosk for fast order. I had an Avocado Smoothie and PC. Both were good. They have indoor seats, a relaxing atmosphere and cordial staff. This is probably one of the best bubble tea in SGV. Parking was easy. Prices seem fair. Overall, I recommend R&B Tea.

First time here but man, the parking in this plaza can be crazy during holidays! Got here when they just barely opened. No greetings from the employees but they have two kiosks to place your drink orders. Drinks were ok. The boba was a bit chewy which I didn't like. Hawaiian tea was interesting with a variety of fruits inside. Spacious and a good place for friends to hang out.

Parking: There's a dedicated parking space available. Plenty of tables and board games if you want to come here and hang out with your friends. Service: There are self kiosks or you can order at the cashier. R&B tea has many unique flavors and toppings like red bean boba or cheese candy milk tea to Brazilian lemonade. Pretty interesting and will come back to try out their other flavors. Kumquat Lemon Thai Tea: Tastes a lot like kumquat than Thai tea so it pretty much tastes like citrus than milky tea. Hard to describe the taste but it's between a guava candy and medicine. read more

The service it pretty great! The staff is friendly and calls out your number when your order is Ready. The Ambiance is relaxed they play a variety of music and have a free arcade game machine in the corner of the room near the entrance. It's free to play their arcade games. As for the food I have only tried their popcorn chicken and it really good and you can adjust the spice level. Recently they haven't had the popcorn chicken for aome reason. It was my first time trying R&B Tea and I had the mango matcha latte. This drink tastes more like a dessert than a latte since the matcha was very thick and creamy. It reminded me of mango ice cream, so the mango definitely overpowered the matcha. They have a self order kiosk right in the front when you walk in. I always stop by at R&B after dining at the noodle house next door. There is plenty of parking spots in the plaza, but availability depends on business. I love the extensive menu, and I want to try everything. You order at the touch screens which stand right in front of the door upon entering. I'm not sure if you can order at the counter. This time, I got a Hazelnut Matcha with boba and it was absolutely delicious. It was also really strong, I didn't sleep until 6am the following day haha. The store is located in a busy plaza so it's hard to find parking sometimes. There are a few tables and chairs in the store so it's a nice place to hang out with friends. Ordering is super simple through their tablet and drinks come out in a couple minutes. We got the Oreo Storm w/ 75% sweetness and Mango Green Tea w/ 75% sweetness (took out the aloe topping). The Oreo Storm was alright, just a little too much chocolate and not much Oreo flavor so I wouldn't get this again but the mango green tea was nice and refreshing! read more

My new favorite Boba Tea place! Came here on a Saturday afternoon with a friend for a quick snack and loved that we found this place. When you walk in, you're greeted by the staff. You can either put your order in via the ordering machines in front or with the stuff that's at the front counter. I ordered the chocolate Boba tea. It was delicious and had a great flavor to it. I enjoyed the decor of the place. There were multiple places you could sit with each a group or a couple. The decor is definitely modern and gave a great hang out vibe. I will def be back! read more

Highly recommend this little tea spot. Tried their classic milk tea and it was perfect. Not too sweet at 25%. The crystal Boba itself was also mildly sweet. Got great service, felt welcomed, and had for service. Overall interior is clean and modern. Plenty of seating for Small group or up to 20 people. Had some fun claw games. Of course I wanna play but, I know I would never win! Also ordered additional snacks. It takes a while for everything to come out fresh. Mild Popcorn chicken with extra spice on the side, as well as crispy cheeseballs were recommended over the mozzarella sticks. I loved how the cheese balls were mildly sweet and doughy with that cheese pool. The mild spicy was still spicy! If you're not a spice person, get no spice. If you want a little spice, I would suggest getting the spice with spice on the side. I will be definitely coming back again! read more

Established in 2006.

Bruce, the founder of R&B Tea, came to Suzhou, China in 2005. At that time, he was working in the IT industry. The heavy work load and high pressure constantly made Bruce think of and crave for delicious food and different beverages, especially the tea from his homeland, Taiwan. Despite going places and trying different types that were available, his cravings weren't satisfied because it was hard to find good quality milk tea in Suzhou then. Seeing this gap in the market led Bruce to identify an opportunity where he made a life-changing decision. Bruce decided to start a business by himself, offering various tea beverages concocted with ingredients of the highest quality. Through his perseverance and determination, the first tea outlet was opened in Suzhou in 2006. That's how and when the R&B Tea story began!

I spent a minute looking at the menu while Jenny C stood there texting and eating French fries. When I was ready to order, she told me to use the kiosk. I asked, "I can't order with you?" She reluctantly took my order, but continued eating while I was speaking. I ordered two drinks, read everything slowly, and still had to repeat myself. After taking my order, she simply walked away, and I had to grab my own receipt. While waiting, I overheard another employee tell Jenny C to go make my drinks. When she finally did, one of the cups had osmanthus rice mochi smeared on the outside, which should have been cleaned before being handed to a customer. Management should review this transaction using the date, time, and order number above. This wasn't professional and reflected someone who clearly didn't want to be there. Whether it's a training or management issue, something needs to improve. I was actually planning to meet a friend here next week, but after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because while the tea is pretty good, customer service is what keeps people coming back.
