Rabano is an interesting place. Their food is extremely fresh and delicious. Their is limited seating and it can feel cramped. Their bathroom is outside and it kind of feels like a gas station bathroom which is unappealing. They do have their own parking Lot. Food: - I ordered the Thai chicken bowl with veggies instead of rice. It was so good but they poured so much Peanut sauce I couldn't even eat my vegetables. It turned into a gross soup of excessive sauce which was uneatable. I would go here again to give them another chance. read more

We've come here a handful of times to enjoy their saltado with tofu, half greens and half rice. It's great that they offer veggie friendly proteins, so I'll leave two stars since we really liked the food... but I don't know if I have it in me to return after today's unfortunate experience. As I was eating the greens of my delicious saltado, I came across something extra chewy and couldn't figure out what it could be. It definitely wasn't meat or fat bc I ordered tofu... I removed it into a napkin and examined what ended up looking like a torn finger of a plastic glove. One of the staff took a look, nervously smiled and said she could remake it for me... are you kidding? When I declined any other food she then tried to refund a portion of the check but for whatever reason could only get approval to give me a gift card... I took it reluctantly though I really don't think I can do it again. I hope they do a better job with inspecting their food before serving, as well as better training on how to handle an unexpected situation that impacts customer experience. read more

BEST VEGGIE BURGER EVER!!! we've been to RABANO numerous times, so i should've written a review sooner. in the past, we've tried the refreshers, bowls, specials, salads, appetizers; you name it, we've tried something in every section. but today for the first time, we tried the green earth burger, and it is literally the best veggie burger i have ever had. from the patty to all of the toppings to the bun, it was amazing. normally, i will order veggie burgers with a lettuce wrap, but when i saw the bun, i couldn't resist the softness and look of it. my husband and i shared one (with the yukon fries included) and we were so full we didn't even touch our other entrée we ordered. some places don't include the fries, so the fact that they're included for the price, makes it well worth it. take my word for it; it's the best. So good! No eater's remorse here. All of the dishes are super fresh and served in large portions. Their profile says good for groups and moderate noise. It was delicious and healthy, a perfect combination of savory flavors. The spices in the curry sauce gave a killer kick to entire dish. My friend had told me about this place, and said I would like it as it seemed like my style. Healthy and comfort fusion. There is a parking lot so usually always plenty available. The inside is small but spacious and clean. Lots of big windows around, so it makes the space look bigger with natural lighting around. As you walk in there is a POS system that you order on. It was a bit confusing for us at first and took a few tries to get the order right. It lists the whole menu and has many options on how you want to order or customize. You can add, take out or sub on almost everything so that's pretty cool and smart, since most people like to made modifications. The bowls were pretty popular on yelp so had to check those out. _La Bamba ($9) Black beans, sweet corn, avocado, sriracha cream sauce, pico de gallo. Choice of free-range chicken breast, organic tofu or pulled pork. For steak, add 2. I love corn so when I saw this I already knew I would like it. The chicken was good, could have been a bit more juicy, but with all the ingredients it gives more flavor. The black beans paired well with the chicken and we added 1/2 grains and half greens so the rice grains soaked it nicely. The cream sauce was way too spicy for me so I got this bowl again but this time without the sauce. Great levels of flavor, simple yet memorable and feels comforting. _Lechon Cubano ($9) Pulled pork Cuban style, mojo criollo, black beans, red pickled onions, sweet plantains. The pulled pork was well cooked, very juicy. For this added 1/2 white rice and 1/2 greens. I took out the beans, but realized it would have tasted better with beans. When I think of beans it makes me think of refried beans so I figured it would be unhealthy. But the black beans were light and added a bit of a stew like feel. I loved the pickled onions. It added a bit of sweetness as well as vinegar flavor that balanced the pork real well. The plantains were well cooked and sweet. _El Koreano ($11) Grilled angus steak or free range chicken, baby bok choy, cucumber, carrot, gochujang, house kimchi, sweet umami glaze. I was skeptic of this at first, being half Korean myself. But I was surprised at how perfectly cooked the steak was. It was cooked medium rare, and the gochujang and sweet sauce paired so well with the meat. Tasted a bit like teriyaki sauce and the gochujang was not too spicy, just enough for a little kick and it too had a lingering sweetness to it. The kimchi was actually pretty good, and of course with the grains and all reminded me of Korean style bibimbap. _Gogi Tacos ($7) Comes in 2. Choice of grilled chicken or steak, kimchi, gochujang, roasted corn, cotija. I love tacos so had to try this out. The taco overall flavor was good. The meat was a bit inconsistent as some were a bit more dry than others. Again love the corn, and I believe there was a sauce of the bottom that is mixed already with gochujang, because I did not taste much of it so asked for a bit of it on the side as well. Overall great service, great food and price, and the dishes are healthy, flavorful and comforting. read more

A few months ago, we ordered take out and realized when we got home, we were missing an order of fish tacos and given a beef burger instead of turkey. We then had to drive back and pick up the missing/correct food. We asked for our meal to be refunded because now we couldn't eat together as a family since everyone else's meal would be cold if they waited for us to return. They refused a full refund and instead offered us a $20 gift certificate which was almost insulting since our dinner for a family of 5 was over $100. Their customer service was appalling and honestly disappointing. We will no longer be eating at their restaurant. *update-the owner, Fernando, promptly reached out and gave us a generous gift card to use at our next visit.
