This was a poor choice to eat at. We had non existent coffee. It's really not that difficult to make. I do it at home every day. Water is a poor substitute when you order coffee that you get charged for and never receive. Food would have been good I imagine if we actually received it after it was cooked. It's bad to receive cold food on hot plates. Tired of hearing server's bitch and complain at each other both on the floor and from within the kitchen. Tired of hearing server's talk crap about cooks when it was their fault for not bringing out fresh food. I know the difference. Tired of server's thinking I'm too dumb not to know the difference. Poor quality of service here and not worth the amount of money the food costs. Hope management gets on top of this. What a lackluster and disappointing experience, which has NOT been my experience in OTHER Red Lobsters. Mid afternoon visit (after the lunch rush), but plenty of "workers" wondering about. BIGGEST COMPLAINT: for over 30 minutes in well traveled isle laid a lemon wedge kicked occasionally, stepped on for sure. Not a bus, or wait-person would pick it up. NEXT Biggest Complaint: Asked for the Manger to voice my concerns of the "appearance" of attention to the obvious.... He did not even make an attempt to "right the wrong". Hardly a heart-felt apology, no "hey, have an appetizer on us", no "is there anything we can do to ensure a more pleasant experience next time?" After placing an on-line order I went to pick it up and the server asked what were my special instructions. Well it was too late for that now but the server, Trina was so nice I said no big deal. Get back to work and my lobster tacos were fish. Called and waited for over 13 minutes to speak with the manager Phillip only to go no apology or acknowledgment of any wrong doing. I have been enjoying Red Lobster's "Endless Shrimp" for over 10 years, but after going to the Restaurant yesterday I have had my last endless " Fried" Shrimp".. the Shrimp size has decreased over the years, the "Taste" there is none..the batter falls off the shrimp. So either Red Lobster has changed vendors to minimize cost or they just don't give a damn but I am over it..I have had better tasting frozen shrimp fried at home from Sams.. therefore I will no longer be participating in the "Endless Shrimp" feast. read more

Hubby & I went there last night (Friday). Wait time acceptable. Service: good. Food: salad -plenty; entree size proportion - horrible. The 1/2 steamed lobster I had was a little bigger than a hotdog & literally missing part of the meat. I sent it back & received one somewhat better. The size of the shrimp were about 2 1/2" long & 3/4" wide. I only received about 5 pieces of broccoli & a small scoop of over cooked rice. Plus, the flavor of the food was highly bland. My husband's plate was just as bad. He ended up complaining to the manager who told us they haven't changed the portion size in all the 10 years she's been with the company. She claimed the lobster was 5 oz..she obviously didn't see the hacked up piece I initially received. My husband told her we will never come back to that location. When we were paying our bill, the waitress came back and said the manager covered it for us. We spoke again to the manager telling her we weren't trying to get a free meal at all. She said she didn't want us to be unhappy if we didn't like the meal. Nice gesture - still sad to see that location falling like the one on Halls Ferry did. read more

We absolutely love the Chesterfield location but because of the drive, we decided to do the St Charles Rock Road location. I will admit that today this place was fairly empty and service was prompt and pleasing. We thought for sure that it was not going to be a great experience looking at the parking lot as it seemed crowded, we walked right in and we seated immediately. Not sure why they closed the Florissant location as that one would have been ideal as we live closer to New Halls Ferry, but good job Bridgeton location! read more

Best Red Lobster I I've ever been to. Tracy is amazing and the food was excellent. Do not underestimate this restaurant!

We dined on a Thursday night about 6:30pm, had a 20 minute wait. Very nice and attentive waitress. Crystal M. She kept checking on us and letting us know the status of our order. The only complaint I would have is that the girl who was bussing tables was very rude and loud, slamming dishes as she cleaned and speaking loudly into her mic to comunicate with the hostess. read more

Okay so my husband loves Red Lobster and wanted to go there for dinner. We'll it had been a couple of months since our last visit so I was hoping for better food and service.............."wait for it!!!!! The service was horrible, and the food was not good. First I'd like to say is that I eat at this location often and order take out. I came here Saturday March 24 with my friend. Our waiter Dante was really nice and sweet good customer service even tho he was super busy he manged to make sure our needs were met. Our food comes out I ordered the shrimp side trio and she ordered well I'm not sure the name of the dish but it came with a lobster tail, salmon, grilled shrimp with rice pilaf. She was not pleased with the food presentation, the salmon and lobster tail looked dry and over cooked. She expressed that to the waiter and he called for the manager to come up. So the manger comes up not even knowing at the time he was the General Manger she told him the same thing and asked for something new. He came and asked what was going on she told him and even said it doesn't look like the picture on the menu which it didn't. He walks away and talks to her from a distance and says well you can order something else but YOU will pay for that food too. She says what and then I tell him why would she pay for something she does not want and all she is asking you to do is make her something else? I also said you act like she want something for free and not order something else, he then walks back up and takes her food he walks away. About 10 mins pass and we asked Dante could she order something else, he said he was waiting on Steve to tell him the ok basically. So we expressed to him that he was really rude and asked for another manager he said that was the general manager. So Steve the GM walks back up to the bar completely ignoring the fact that he haven't told her she can order another plate of food. I asked him so will she be able to order something he said she never told him what she wanted. I told him no you didn't tell her anything you walked away and were quiet rude, naturally he denied it and even the customer sitting next us was like that's not how you do things. I advised him I was going to report his behavior. He said sarcastically my name is Steve and my name is right out there on the front of the building. I never experienced any kind of poor service like this in my life very disappointing that this the face of your company. He represented you all in a poorly manner and I am sure this isnt the first time anyone has experienced this type of behavior. He had no compassion, no empathy, none apologetic, rude and a little snotty. Even after her new food came out he still never came back to her to check on her food to make sure she was satisfied. Very disappointing and I will never eat her again. read more

They should really shut this location down. Terrible service across all staff. Have had a lot of bad experiences, but my favorite is this: was once there, waited 15 minutes to order, and had barely gotten out the first drink order when a lady across the room yelled "excuse me!" and started asking about something. Our server left us without a word and went to address the woman. He then came back five minutes later. We again started to order, when he saw another server and called to him; he left without saying anything AGAIN and they both went to talk to the woman. We left at that point, as we were clearly not going to get to order, and were cheerfully told "thanks, see you again!" to a hostess who had sat us not a full twenty minutes before. When I called to complain, the manager told me that someone at another table entirely told him about what happened to us and that I "have to give them another chance" but did nothing to rectify the situation. read more

I can sum this up in 4 words. FAST, FRIENDLY, FANTASTIC, PHENOMENAL!!! We had the best Service and Food I have had ever at Red Lobster. When you go to this location ask for Kendra as a server.. she went over and above the call of duty!! I wanted to try the scallops and she gave me some choices, and her choices were SPOT ON!! The lobster bisque soup was so tasteful and the mushrooms were the best. My husband had the pop corn Shrimp and they were almost too hot to eat, they didn't last on his plate. So we were in and out of there in less than a hour. I even asked the manager to come to the table, I wanted to praise the server and food. The manager was just as friendly and inviting as the server. Our table was clean, and so was the bathroom. Only wish I wasn't over stuffed, I would have ordered everything all over again.. It was outstanding of a visit!!
