I've always been a fan of Red Lobster and never had had a bad experience. This visit, I ordered the coconut shrimp with a side salad- everything was delish! Service was a bit slow but forgivable since the food was so good. Loved sitting in the dark bar area. Will definitely be back!

First time back in 20 years. I used to go all the time in high school. I went away for college and Red Lobster didnt cross my mind. I came back to try their seafood boil and for prices, cant be beat! $45 mariners seafood boil with a lobster tail, half a pound of crab legs, ton of shrimps, corn and potato. At other seafood places, they would have charged $7 alone for the potato and corn. The cheese biscuits were also a hit! I came during happy hour and they had $2 off appetizers. I got their mushroom stuffed seafood. Everything was delicious. The only down side is they didnt have any crab leg crack tool for me. I was handed the crab meat picker but I couldnt crack the big heavier claws open. I took it home and use the tool I had at home instead. Next time, Im going to come prepared.

The chocolate cake is a must try! So yummy, not too rich, perfectly paired with vanilla ice cream.

My son wanted to go here for his birthday. It a decent place to eat but not spectacular. When I was younger I loved this place but now it's just ordinary

Our servicer, Justin, was great. The food was so yum! Always love going to this location when I'm craving seafood and celebrating life.

Red lobster is like that person that you've dated in your life that treats you real bad and you leave and you don't come back for a long time but then you do and they treat you bad all over again. And that my friends is the story of my love affair with Red Lobster. My grandson turned 13 yesterday and chose red lobster for his birthday dinner. We had gone several times to the vantage point location in Dallas. However, their service is pretty bad so we decided to try the Plano location. I wished out that I could say the Plano location had better service, but I was I can say is that they were friendlier. We were greeted professionally and promptly, and set within about five minutes. Our server came to the table almost immediately, and took our drink order and brought fresh biscuits. She seemed pretty good until she took our order and completely ignored my grandson's order and we had to call her back as she was walking away. Simple mistake, maybe... When the order came out she completely forgot my grandson's side dish. We told her and she said she'd be right back. 20 minutes passed and we flagged down another wait person who said she would get her for us. Another 7 minutes passed and she finally returned and spoke with every other table before she came back to ours. We had all finished eating by then and then she said she had forgotten and would be back. 4 minutes later she came back with his side. Accident? I don't think so. The food was pretty decent, just the service that was horrible.

Waitress tried to tell me these Mozzarella Cheesesticks were enough and cooked correctly- wrong. 4 small overcooked sticks for ten dollars?

Has anybody had any food poisoning problems when eating here at red lobster? We ate here November 3, 2017 approximately 6 pm.

Yes!!! I got food poisoning from the Ocala Red Lobster. Had lobster delivery from Grubhub and soon after eating lobster I was sick with nausea, vomiting, shaking chills. Sick for 2 days. This happened around the Thanksgiving holiday. I am a nurse so… Read more

My double cheeseburger emphasized the meat, well seasoned, right amount of pickles & greens, not overwhelmed with sauce. The tallow fries were as good as it ever gets: crispy, soft inside, must be 2x fried. Outside square had great World Cup fan area. We watched Colombia vs Uzbekistan. My team Croatia lost to England previously, but Haywire soothed my disappointment with an excellent dining experience. BTW: $638.04 with a 20% tip. Great value. I really enjoyed the American cuisine here--great food and a nice atmosphere overall…read more I ordered the French onion soup and the Reuben eggrolls. The French onion soup seems to be popular here, and as soon as I saw that buttery-looking pastry puff baked on top, I knew I had to order it! It was definitely hearty, with plenty of onions (which I love). However, it was a bit saltier than I prefer. I do wish there were an option to substitute the onion soup with a chowder, like clam or corn chowder. The Reuben eggrolls were surprisingly good! I'm used to traditional Asian eggrolls, so I really liked this creative twist. The house-smoked pastrami, sauerkraut, and melted Gruyère cheese worked so well together. They tasted amazing with the spicy Russian dipping sauce (which I appreciated wasn't too spicy). It was such a flavorful and memorable dish! I'm glad I gave it a try.

We ordered the Boss Hog flatbread, chips and queso, and two margaritas the Skinny Bear on the rocks and the Caddy frozen margarita. We definitely enjoyed the happy hour discounts, which made the visit even better. We started with our drinks, and both margaritas were mixed very well. The Skinny Bear did seem a little stronger, but both had great flavor and were easy to enjoy. For appetizers, we ordered the chips and queso. The chips were thin, crispy, and had a nice dash of seasoning on them, but we do wish they had been served hot. The queso was warm, but not piping hot, and the texture was a little gritty, almost powder-like. We were expecting a creamier cheese, so it was good, but not our favorite part of the meal. Now, the star of the show was definitely the Boss Hog flatbread. It was cooked to perfection, baked really well, and had that nice crispy texture. The toppings were generous, and every bite had great flavor. I would absolutely order it again. The ambiance was also amazing. We loved being able to see the brewery, and the dim lighting set a cool, relaxed tone. The employees were nice, friendly, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely come back to try more menu items, and I recommend Union Bear for a cute date night, happy hour, or a laid back evening with good drinks and food.

There was plenty of seating at the restaurant with long tables, sit down tables, and outdoor seating. After choosing our table we waited 15 minutes before our waitresses showed up. They were very busy with the lunch rush so it took awhile between everything. It even took awhile to get our waters. One waitress was in training and learning from the other. The positive was that the waitresses were friendly throughout. After looking at the menu and waiting another 15 minutes we finally placed our order. We got our appetizer after waiting another 15 minutes. Thankfully that held us over until we got our burgers and fries. We started with tostada chips and queso. It was good and we ate it up pretty quickly. We requested another basket of chips to finish off the queso. To eat with our burgers we ordered hand punched fries and sweet potato fries. The hand cut fries were nice and thick and you could taste the salt. I enjoyed eating them with ketchup. The sweet potato fries were also thick and salty and you could taste the flavor of the potato. No need for ketchup with these fries unless you want it. For my burger I ordered the HL Hunt cooked medium which comes with white cheese, bacon, blackberry compote and mustard. The burger was filling, the cheese was melted but it had little flavor, and the bacon was chewy. The compote was my favorite part of the burger as it added a slightly sweet flavor. I requested a medium cooked burger but it didn't taste that way but it was still good despite that. Overall Rodeo Goat has lots of seating and friendly staff but I would go at an off peak time so that you don't have to wait a long time for everything. The food was still good despite the wait.
