I love my neighborhood Red Lobster . Today I stopped in for lunch, just my luck it's LobsterFest (my second favorite holiday). Adam the server should teach a Master Class. He juggled several tables and made it look easy (hint: it's NOT). He was so very attentive to all of the tables; the food arrived at the right pace and my tea glass never got empty. I got the Lobster Duo. Whomever invented the 'Lobster Chop' is doing the Lord's work. Food was hot, fresh, great. Service exceptional. Of COURSE I'll be back, I visit at least twice per month.

So walking in and we were greeted, with a wait. Not bad, 5-10 minutes. So far so good! We were seated at a table, and our waitress arrived shortly after to take our drink orders. I'm not fond of low volume talkers, but I guess you can't fault someone for that. Our drinks arrived and the waitress gave us a few more minutes to decide. Which turned into quite a few minutes. Minus 1. Our orders arrived in a reasonable amount of time, brought to our table by another server. Food was very good. Not great, but very good. The lobster bisque was fair, not as good as it used to be. No refills on my drink. Minus again. Overall, I would rate this experience as middle of the road, not bad, but not all that impressive either. I'll give it a 3 star since I can't do a 2.5 which is probably more appropriate. Red Lobster needs to step up if they want to attract people back and avoid bankruptcy again. If their food and service continues at this pace it won't be missed when they go down.

Outdated, not well kept ceilings and flooring I noticed---but the food was great! Service was awesome and it was a quiet date I'd recommend. The food made up for the review overall which was what's important!

The lobster & shrimp tacos were good but I was otherwise disappointed. The lobster pizza was cold and I kinda expected it to be cut into slices. It didn't have a whole lot of flavor. The crab dip was good but I wouldn't get it again. It also didn't have much flavor. The description said "Cheesy crab dip with jalapeños and pico de gallo, served with crispy tortilla chips." I don't think the dip had any jalapeños in it. I also feel like they should've given me more tortilla chips. I only got a handful of chips. I ordered curbside online for the convenience but when I got there I called and they said they don't do curbside. You should really fix your website because I was not dressed to go out in public. When I placed my order I chose the pickup time of 6 but my food was not ready until 6:15. I mean 15 minutes isn't that long but still. It took a while.

Our server was Leo and he was fabulous! He made sure all of our food was accurate and did an exercise job serving us! As you can see, we ordered a lot of food! The jumbo shrimp cocktail was fresh! The flavors were there and was a great appetizer! We ordered Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Walt's Fried Shrimp, chicken tenders, clam strips, and the coconut shrimp. Nothing was wrong with our meals! Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection and service was excellent! Red Lobster will always be a fan favorite of mine! The biscuits are the best and had a great time! If you return, then make sure to ask if Leo is working! He will not disappoint!

Fabulous dish with noodles garlicky and buttery topped by lobster, scallops shrimp and mussels--absolutely wonderful! Of course cheddar biscuits are always freshly baked and mouth watering! Garden Side salad a la cart was huge and great variety of green, spinach, cherry tomatoes and green onion with just right touch of ranch dressing. Had a sip of my daughter's watermelon mint martini that was so refreshing and light! Son-in-law got lobster tacos he said were very good. My daughter loved the crab special! The potatoes were a little salty but crunchy and tasty! My granddaughter loved her kids meal of grilled shrimp! My sister-in-law said her spicy shrimp appetizer was very good, also.

This is a small chain of restaurants in San Antonio with an upscale look with a big menu and fair prices. I started our meal with their Blackberry Old Fashion. Wow this was an excellent drink. My wife had the Shimp Tacos and I had the Smash Burger. Fries come with the burger and these guys have shoestring fries! I highly recommend those. This is a big burger and it will fill you up. We really enjoyed our meal. But the Werks is not a burger place. Their menu is impressive. There is something for everyone. Steaks, rib eye, fish, pasta, pizza, salads and a great list of sandwiches. Great service, classy interior with comfortable seating makes this restaurant a good choice for a nice date night.

The restaurant itself is lovely inside perfect for small celebrations or family dinners and the service is almost always excellent. I had a strawberry margarita, which was sweet and delicious, just the way I like it! One of my guests ordered a blueberry mixed drink, but they were accidentally served a peach drink. We notified the server immediately, and when he returned, it was the same drink with no straw or cherry. He mentioned the bartender had added blueberry mix into the peach drink rather than bringing the correct one. That felt odd and inconsiderate. If the drink couldn't be swapped or refunded, it would have been much better to simply be informed instead of receiving this unusual workaround. For my meal, I ordered the ribeye steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes as usual. Disappointingly, the entire plate felt bland. The seasoning was minimal, and it didn't taste like the Stone Werks meals I know and love. Steak and mashed potatoes should be a guaranteed win, especially for this restaurant. On the bright side, the calamari was perfect, crispy and flavorful. I'll still be visiting this location because I genuinely enjoy the restaurant. Hopefully this was just an off day, and things will be back to their usual high standard next time.

We arrived kind of early for lunch, I think it was around 11:30a on a random weekday. The parking lot was kind of full but I found a space. Make sure to inquire about getting parking validation, as my license plate was recognized by the parking service company even though I didn't get any kind of paper ticket. The menu was clubhouse fare, nothing too fancy, which was fine. We shared a Caesar salad, which they split for us into two bowls. The bowls were high sided like soup bowls. Not ideal but it was fine. I really liked the cornbread croutons, and I'm usually not a crouton eater. For my meal I got a cheeseburger with upgraded sweet potato waffle fries. I think my daughter got a grilled chicken burger, I can't recall. Service was great as we were the only people in the restaurant for a while. Or crazy about the country music pumped right at us, but I guess they think that's the kind of music that should be played for the setting? Overall a decent experience and I'll be back for my next quarterly Surpass credit.

The roasted salsa is also really good and not spicy at all! For entree I got the poke bowl, and the tuna was 10/10. Only thing I disliked was the sushi rice. The vinegar was unevenly mixed in the rice and there was too much vinegar it tasted so strong I couldn't eat it. The smokehouse bacon burger was good. I loved the fried onions on there. We tried the Whiskey-Soy BBQ wings and the sauce was just delectable and the wings nicely-sized. We tried the garlic knots and they were savory and practically melted in your mouth. And we tried the pizza and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and it's well worth the wait. So where do we lose stars? The other consistency is that the service is terrible. Often times there's no one positioned anywhere near the restaurant and you have to go find someone to get the ball rolling (i.e. drinks, silverware, menus). The first time, they explained that they had just opened and a lot of the staff had walked out - ok fine. The second time, there was no staff except the bar tenders so the bartender was out server and she was at the bar 90% of the time and at our table to take orders, drop off food and drop off the check -- other than that we didn't see her. No refills. No follow-up after the food was dropped off to see if everything looked and tasted okay, etc. My friend didn't even want to tip the server, but we've both worked in food services so after some back and forward exchange I was able to convince her to leave a decent amount. Lastly, I wish there was some consistency across the different restaurants inside of Embassy locations. I frequent the one over on the other side of town frequently and that one has a rewards program for frequent diners, yet that rewards program is only valid at that location, which seems weird. If every Embassy has a restaurant, why not just have a universal Embassy Diner's Club kind of thing, why is it that one location offers rewards and the others don't? Or maybe the solution is Hilton Honors club discounts -- I have that as well and if you're not staying in the hotel or trying to use the WiFi in the lobby it seems useless (which its worth noting in some locations even using this the WiFi doesn't connect because you can't get past the captive portal screen not loading).
