Can't even give this what it deserves... a zero. Called ahead to get put on a waitlist since it was an hour wait. Got there, still waited an hour and a half. And don't get me started with the waiter. Waiter would come by and we would ask for refills (twice!) and then after the meal and waiting for the ticket (asking not once, twice but three times for the ticket) was then when the waiter ASKED if we needed a refill. This has been the worst service EVER. Not to mention someone a SEAFOOD restaurant ran out of shrimp when I ordered, but saw it on someone else's plate that was at MY TABLE! Completely awful and in shock on how awful of an experience we had. read more

Every now and then, we want Walt's Dozen fried shrimp. This Red Lobster is mediocre, at best (not that Red Lobster is all that fabulous) but you usually know what you will get. I like to get those incredible biscuits with our salads with extra blue cheese dressing - our server forgot the extra dressing for each of us and the biscuits came out with the entree. The shrimp were a bit mushy. The baked potato was great but they use margarine instead of real butter....WHY?! Hasn't margarine been outlawed at this point? Anyway, if you bring your own butter and maybe some chopped chives for your potato, and if they bring you everything you ask for, it is an ok Red Lobster. However, if there is another one not far from this one, we will try that one instead. Perhaps I will let you know! I don't know what Apple Pay is and don't care. Whoever was managing tonight should be fired. Worst red lobster experience ever. Do not think we will ever return. We walk in and the temperature in the entrance and lobby was below 50. First sign. Restaurant area temp was ok but smelled like a dish rag. We should have left. But it was my dad's birthday and he loves this place. We ordered drinks. No straws for at least 20 mins. Salad came out wilted. Soup came out warm after main dishes. Service overall terrible but I perceive that this was due to poor management. Our server was humping for 3 busy tables while 5-6 others were just hanging out. No teamwork whatsoever. This was clearly a management problem. If this doesn't get fixed, this location will lose big time. read more

Came in for crab fest. Customer service all around was not good. Ordered drinks and appetizer, lobster dip. Not very flavorful. Salads came soon after then the meals. Never got to finish appetizer. When I ordered main course, ultimate feast with crab legs and lobster. Got the plate and had to wait for the lobster. Also didn't get the correct shrimp requested so had to wait for my coconut shrimp. Had to ask for my side of tomato caperese. When the final bill came it was $71.00. Paid with 50.00 in gift cards and credit card. Credit card should have been billed for 21.00. Got a bill for 57.00. Asked for the manager and a copy of itemized bill again. From the time I got my bill until I paid for it they doubled charged me for my entree listing 3 guests instead of the two sitting at the table. Manager blamed waiter and waiter blamed manager. Bad customer service. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes while they refunded my card and dug the gift cards from the trash. After all of this, simply got a sorry. I have worked in the food industry. You always offer some gesture of compensation. Nothing. I guess that is because this is a corporate chain, so no personal connection to the local community the restaurant wants to build. Will only return if friends give me gift cards. Not my restaurant of choice. read more

I've been here plenty of times and used to love coming with my family. The food is reasonably priced/portioned so this is not a review for the food. The past 3 times, yes I waited 3 times before deciding to leave a review, I've had mediocre/terrible service. It seems that every time we come to this location we get paired with waiters and waitresses who don't care for us. I understand we are a large party (usually 8-12 of us) but that is no reason to act careless and rude. This past time alone we spent so much time waiting on everything (bread, refills, getting checked on, etc) even though we were practically the only ones at the restaurant... we didn't even get our starter bread until after we got our salads and we kept having to ask for refills or ask other waiters/waitresses our questions since our waitress never really checked on us. Needless to say, that was our last straw and we'll be trying to go to a different location from now on. read more

My family and I had a pleasant, post Thanksgiving dinner. Isaiah our server, was courteous and extremely patient as our party of five ordered our meals. In fact, he helped mom and dad chose the best dish for what their appetite called for! He even packed fresh biscuits for us to bring home. Love Red Lobster but will not go back to that location. Father's Day lunch, folks waiting 30+ minutes. Requested a table, was taken to a booth, then back to waiting for a table, though multiple empty tables were visible. Ordered lunch. Wood grilled shrimp were not done (still translucent). Sent back to kitchen, plate returned to table, and it was obvious nothing had been touched, so I refused the dish. Not going to eat raw shrimp. My partner ordered an appetizer that never showed up. Manager was busy clearing dishes from tables, apparently did not have bus persons to do that. So sad that such a nice location has such terrible problems read more

Absolutely the worse seafood I have ever eaten. When we walked into the restaurant, should have walked right out, with the musty nasty smell. The seafood platter we got, was horrible, no taste to the seafood, and overcooked. Could not find one thing good about the meal. Maybe the baked potato, but so small, hardly there. Get better food at Long John Silvers, and half the price. It had been years since we tried Red Lobster, and I wish I had not given them a second chance. Will never do that again. Very disappointed. Started with the garden salad, lettuce was wilted and uninviting. Some of us order seafood, it was ok, not great. The steaks were horrible cuts, very chewy and one was raw in the center. The restaurant does not appear to be clean. The table was sticky. Will never visit this location again. read more

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed w our meals here. We ordered the potato bacon soup as a starter bc we thought it would be rich & creamy, but instead, it was just chunks of potato in a watery cream broth with very little bacon. Instead, it had these rubbery pieces of something that maybe were clams? At least the texture was clamlike. It was also very salty, considering it had little if any bacon in it. My partner had spicy shrimp linguine and it was not spicy at all. The sauce was very oily, like shiny oily on the plate. I had the fried shrimp and they were also very greasy. I know they use frozen shrimp which a lot of restaurants do inland, or chains. But these tasted frozen. No effort to disguise the flavor. The saving grace was the biscuit and baked potato, which were fine. We won't be back. read more

Cheese Biscuits are on point. The sea food is like 3 stars. But mostly because I've had seafood in San Francisco.

Our 18th wedding anniversary dinner. We were sat by the host next to a huge family of screaming,running,crying,playing kids with armchair parents. The drinking glasses when wiped on the inside rim produced a brown streak on the white napkin. My silverware had what I thought was lipstick on the fork,was told by the table bussing manager I was WRONG it's crayon. The table had a film from the wash cloth and the menus were nasty. NOW TO THE FOOD AND SERVICE. our server Leo was polite and apologize for everything but we knew it was not her doing. The appetizer never even came was told the manager gave it to some one else. The crab should have a crisp shell NOT BEND LIKE A STRAW. THE SHRIMP WAS OVERCOOKED. my wife's mojito was 90% chopped limes. I didn't even eat my meal and my wife fought through her rubber crab legs. No salt on the potatoes. The biscuits were fine and the front entrance didn't smell like rotten seafood so that's a plus. I had a horrible experience at this location. I went for a late lunch (~2pm) because I thought it would not be as busy. Not so. I was sat near the kitchen (where all the wait staff hang out). I got to sit and watch the high school wait staff for about 10 minutes before my waiter showed up to ask for my drink order. That was fine since I was still looking at the menu. My drink came and biscuits. I sat and waited for the waiter another 10 minutes before he showed up again?? Not sure where he went. Gave him my order (he was not very friendly). Then I got up and went to the bathroom to wash my hands. While I'm in the restroom, someone cleared my drink and biscuits. I finally grabbed another wait person and complained. At this point I was so frustrated and felt like everyone in the place was staring at me that I told her I was leaving. She tried to talk me into staying but I just couldn't. She also brought me up to the "manager" (I guess?) who really didn't seem to care much. I will never return to this location again. I can make better seafood at home for a hell of alot cheaper!!
