They have very good food, just make sure you check your food before you leave if you do take out. You get home and you want have any sauce for your dinner. I've only eaten their chicken fried rice, beef pepper steak, beef and broccoli and shrimp fried rice. read more

Ordered twice through Postmates (now Uber eats). They got the order wrong both times. The first time, they forgot an eggroll, so someone went without an appetizer. Everyone else shared a little of theirs. The second time, they completed eliminated my wife's entire meal. I called, and they said they have no control over it and I had to complain to Uber. Uber charged me $30 to bring $45 worth of food from 3 miles away, and they're recommendation was to leave a bad review for the restaurant. You read that right. Uber said I should give the Red Pepper Asian a bad review because Uber itself didn't bother to check my order before they brought it to me. After all, the delivery person saw I had already given her a $10 tip, so what's her incentive to make sure the order is right? What does she care if my wife gets to eat with the rest of her family? Uber offered to refund the $12 for the missing dish, but nothing off the delivery fees or tip - both of which are directly based on the cost of the entire meal by percentage. That missing $12 dish was 1/3 of my family's dinner, but I still had to pay the same $30 in delivery fees and tip I would have had to for the entire thing. It's a scam. I had to throw the Postmates delivery away and go out and get my family a new, hot meal we could all sit down to together. I won't be ordering from them again. Peace China is close by, and they've never gotten our order wrong once. They had my order ready before I got there, and as usual, it was 100% correct. And I won't ever be using Uber Eats again, ever. It's one thing to royally screw up an order, but it's another thing to tell your customer to go pound rocks because they have literally no recourse. They took hours to respond by email (there's no phone number to call), by which time I had to get an entire replacement meal on my own right after I paid Uber $30 to get it for me and another $45 for only $30 worth of food. $75 in the garbage, lesson learned. read more

This humble little eatery with just a few tables for dining in at lunch is some of the best Thai food I have had in years. Everything is made fresh and they will customize your order if you have food allergies. I enjoyed the food so much the first time, I went back for more the very next day. Don't sleep on this spot. On the expensive side for the location and portion sizes. Some of the staff is nice and one person there is always a little snippy. My family really likes the food and I think it is OK. They have a lot to choose from and the service is quick. Good veggie options. I love hot and sour soup and it isn't great here but the fried wonton strips are. Pay upon pickup. No hitches. The food here is great... you won't be disappointed. Yes... it's a little hole in the wall restaurant, located in a strip mall... but don't let that sway your opinion of the quality. I had the House Lo Mein, an array of shrimp, chicken and beef with lo mein noodles ($9.95). The components were cooked just right, the portion generous and the price low. My wife was not too hungry so she had the steamed dumpling appetizer ($7.50) as her main course along with an egg roll. As it turned out the portion was more than enough and I ended up eating a few of them and we both did enjoy them. The restaurant is quite small. While we did not try them, the wide variety of spicy dishes is probably what attracts most regulars to this restaurant. read more

They are timely with their food orders which I LOVE. Close to home and the food is good. The Singaporean noodles is more of a soy sauce than curry-based sauce that I'm use to. Really good Asian food and it's close proximity to me makes it a usual landing spot when I'm craving Asian. Have tried several different dishes and they're all yummy! We decided to try them out since Chinese takeout spots in the area get notoriously low ratings on Yelp and Red Pepper Asian had great reviews, probably because they are way more than your standard Chinese takeout. First off they also offer Thai dishes along with other varieties and it's not a total dive inside. We ordered our usual crab rangoons, beef lo mein, and sesame chicken. Of the dishes the beef lo mein was the stand out favorite for us, the noodles were thick and tender and the dish was just overall tasty. The crab rangoons weren't my favorite, they had a little too much cream cheese for me. The sesame chicken was a little tough, but the flavor was there. Overall for takeout I would order from Red Pepper Asian again, but I'd like to try out some other spots first! read more

Highly, Highly recommend! We eat here at least once a week! This is the only place I will eat Chinese food from- it is not the normal fast food Chinese. The owners and staff go the extra mile and appreciate your business. Some people complain it is pricey but the food is very high quality. You get what you pay for and portion size is really enough for 2 people. When our family comes to town, we always have to go to Red Pepper because they agree it is the best and they don't have a place that is this good! This is by far my favorite fast casual Asian restaurant in the Triangle. The food is always fresh and delicious. And they always have a great health inspection score. I highly recommend anything from their chef's speciality menu. Their pad thai, pad see ew, and chow fun are some of my favorites. I walked in and ordered Carry Out... the Chicken Curry Noodle Soup was prepared with the Spicy Flavorful Broth in one container, and the Noodles, Chicken, Tofu and veggies in a separate container. That was awesome and shows they take pride in their food and care for the customers. I also brought home the Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables... WOW the shrimp were big, plump, and flavorful, and the Veggies were perfectly steamed, still brightly colored with a little bite to them. The broth they were sitting in was amazing. I give no star I never had horrible Chinese or whatever they claim to be. I just had an Togo order of chicken and broccoli the chicken was mushy and the sauce was red which it's suppose to be brown. They pork dumplings were so old and idk what meat they are putting in the dumplings but it's not pork and it was brown liquid running out of the dumplings.. the chicken wings were old and the fried rice was so bland and hard. They soy sauce and duck sauce smelled like mildew it was just nasty over all they deserve no stars I will never eat there again I wasted $32 on food me and my family never ate we will never eat here again and I suggest no one to eat here! read more

Food was on POINT! My husband and I were crazing some Asian food (just me really) and this came up on Google as being nearby. The restaurant was smaller than I expected but very clean and well staffed. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was casual. They have tons of options on the menu however I chose Szechuan Chicken. Portions we're bigger than I expected for the price!!
