Amazing location! Cakes are delicious! Jkob and CY are the best! They are always friendly and attentive.

Red Ribbon is my go-to merienda. The manager there is Dina. Awesome manager who goes above and beyond her service. I love their cake, which you can put your own personal picture on. There is one occasion where I wanted to send a picture of my brother-in-law on their site, to put on top of the cake. But their site was not working. I tried many times, but to no avail. I needed to have this picture on top of the cake. Dina was kind enough for me to send the picture to her personal cell phone so her team could transfer it to the cake. The picture on the cake was the finishing touch of my brother-in-law's birthday party. Dina made it happen. That is how extraordinary manager Dina is. Also, most importantly, is Dina's team. The attentive service with the smiles of Bianca, Elle, John, Joy, Teris, and Kim gives an inviting atmosphere for you to come back over and over again. Great crew! Thank you all.

Tried it once and completely fell in love... That irresistible Ube cake--I can't stop thinking about it! I can handle about a quarter slice at a time, but I'm scared if I bring home a whole one, I might finish it all in one go. Oh Ube cake, I'm craving you again...

Bought a cake for a friend's birthday and also ordered some empanadas which was a fun addition. They had pork, beef, and chicken. All were good, but the pork one was my favorite with the chicken in 2nd place. The best part is they were dairy free which is a rare treat for me!

It's so soft and creamy and tasty! Best delicious mocha rolls in LA. Icing is not too sweet, good to eat. Highly recommended it.

They have the best Chicken Empanadas in Korea Town and I only buy that item from them & always been very friendly.Haven't try their cakes & other sweet treats so can't give a comprehensive review on those items now!

Ube Overload! It's a cake with a triple dose of ube. Eat too much and you'll get ube-titis. Ube chiffon, ube cream and ube icing with ube crumbs! What's even better is the ube mousse cake! Been going to Red Ribbon at various locations as a kid. This location moved from Sunset & Gower. Regardless, parking sucks at both locations. The other cakes here are good too most especially ube flan, yema caramel, mango, and sans rival cake. Empanadas are delish here specifically the chicken version made up of shredded chicken and potato. Breads (pan de sal), halo halo, coffees and other items here are pretty good. The mamon and ensaymada (sweet bread) here are served in different flavors (ube, mocha, butter. Yum, you heard me, mamon which is a moist and buttery chiffon cake. Ensaymada is a buttery brioche with a shredded cheesey topping. This location is a bit tiny so it's best to take out.

We came right around opening and there were already quite a few people, but thankfully no line. Everything was still available, so we got the strawberry, mango, and lemon desserts, plus a box of ice cream. We tried the lemon one there - and it was really good! The center is super runny, though, so be careful because it can get messy fast The strawberry was definitely my favorite - such an interesting combination with a really bright strawberry flavor. The mango was good too, but I probably should have gone with a different fruit. The ice cream was honestly a 5/10 for me. You can find similar, or even better, ice cream at a dollar store, so I'd skip that The strawberry lemonade, on the other hand, was SO good! Not too sweet, with a nice tart flavor. Definitely recommend it! The café itself was clean, cute, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly. Would I come back? Probably not. I think these desserts are more of a trendy experience that everyone should try at least once. I'm glad we did, and the quality here is definitely great - I just don't think I'm going to become a fan of this type of dessert.

They seemed kind of confused. My Man Go: 2/10. A trompe l'œil pastry designed to look like a mango, filled with fresh mango, mango mousse, and sitting atop a hazelnut praline cookie. For starters, the chocolate shell was soft and lacked the crispness of properly tempered chocolate. Either that, or it had started melting due to improper temperature regulation in the case. The fresh mango was overripe and had no texture; the mousse was similarly made of overripe mango and was room temperature. The praline was not made properly, and had zero structure. I don't really understand how all of these things can be true when it appears as though the pastries are sitting in a refrigerated case. What a waste of mango. Interior was standard, no decorations. TVs playing Tik Tok reviews. Tables were all dirty, probably because of the lack of structural integrity of the pastries.

The pizza had a nice crispy crust with quality ingredients, especially the pepperoni slices and fresh basil, but overall the flavors didn't stand out as much as I expected. The pesto slice was probably my favorite of the bunch, while the pepperoni was solid but nothing particularly memorable. The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff got our order out quickly. The casual, laid-back atmosphere made it a nice spot to grab a slice, though seating is pretty limited. We also tried the cake for dessert, which was light and enjoyable, but overall the meal left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. It wasn't bad by any means, just not a place I'd go out of my way for.

These are gourmet cookies very unique very delicious. Very big and amazing. I tried the café salon, which is espresso with dark chocolate, the midnight sesame, the scarlet velvet, which is red velvet with cream cheese, the Verde Zen, which is Matcha with white chocolate chip the violet Verde, which is Matcha and Ube fusion, and the walnut noir, which is dark chocolate chip with walnuts. Their pastries are top notch, always made with seasonal ingredients. Breakfast is amazing. Vibes are immaculate, lots of seating. You can park in the neighborhoods nearby, but be respectful and aware of locals. - Doubtless breakfast burrito: 12/10. Get this if you can only get one thing. Braised pork shoulder, potatoes, white cheddar, smoked chili, cilantro, onion, eggs, tomatillo salsa. I need to reiterate that I don't like breakfast burritos because they're usually greasy and heavy, and one-note. But this has such a wonderful variety of tastes and textures -- the pork shoulder is juicy and flavorful, not heavy or greasy. Tomatillo is house-made, zesty and refreshing. - Bread + jam: seasonal jam (blueberry) and sprouted rye. 7.5/10 because the portion was so small, but everything is housemade and it tastes that way. - Passionfruit pie: 10/10. Macadamia graham crust, passionfruit custard, house whipped cream, fresh passionfruit. On par with the passionfruit pies I had in Hawaii. Wonderfully tart, not too sweet, whipped cream is clearly fresh. Crust is nutty and not too buttery. - Matcha latte: 3/10. Matcha is low quality, tasted bland and weak.

2/8/2026 ATELIER…read morePETITES Taken from Dōmi website: "Atelier Petites are individually crafted, single-serve mousse cakes designed with the precision and balance of fine-dining desserts. Each piece features smooth, sculptural finishes, layered flavors, and seasonal components--elegant in appearance and delicate in texture." Each cake serves one and is 2.75" in size. Love that there were mini versions of these mousse cakes. All of the glazes were done well and the cakes were moist. Earl Grey Strawberry - Light Earl Grey and strawberry flavor. However, I prefer the Jasmine and Strawberry combo. The Earl Grey Strawberry combo did not taste harmonious like the Jasmine Strawberry. The glaze is beautiful. Not only aethetically-pleasing, but the light jelly-like consistency, creamy and smooth glaze brings a beautiful texture. The cake is moist, but you mostly get the glaze. It is a mini-cake, but you can taste everything in one bite. It is small enough where you can eat it by yourself or share with someone if you want half. Sobacha - Good nutty flavor of sobacha, buttery flavor at the end. Yet still light texturally. Overall beautifully done! Hojicha - Beautiful, strong hojicha flavor. Any hojicha lover would love this! Espresso Cookie Butter - Really good strong flavors of the biscoff. But did not detect nor taste any espresso flavor anywhere. Matcha - Light in matcha flavor. Vanilla sponge cake. Buttery flavor at the end. Chocolate Black Sesame - Very strong black sesame flavor. Has a caramel layer between. Buttery, nutty deliciousness! However, I prefer the signature cake slab version. Favorites: Espresso Cookie Butter, Hojicha, Chocolate Black Sesame. SIGNATURE CAKE SLABS Taken from Dōmi website: "Cake Slabs are sliced portions of our signature whipped ganache cakes, crafted for effortless enjoyment without compromising on quality. Each slab features soft, balanced layers finished with light whipped ganache made using Valrhona chocolates--refined, indulgent, and true to our fine-dining-inspired approach to cake." Before consuming always bring to room temperature or the swiss meringue buttercream will be hard and the cake will be a bit more dense. Yuzu - Very good yuzu curd with light tartness and sweetness in balance. Creamy buttercream. Vanilla cake was soft and moist. London Fog Birthday - Love the overall look! Moist vanilla cake. Light Earl Grey flavor in cake. Vanilla buttercream is thick and creamy. Overall tastes like light Earl Grey. Love the rainbow sprinkles throughout the cake! Chocolate Black Sesame - The black sesame whipped ganache and vanilla buttercream is so good! Moist, rich cocoa cake. Not dense like the last time I've tried it. The thin layer of caramel between the cocoa cake really brings the nutty black sesame and buttery caramel flavors together. Without the dark, buttery caramel flavor, this cake would not be as fantastic as it should! The cocoa cake was slightly dry when eaten separately, but with the buttercream, I could not tell and it was delicious! Hazelnut Blood Orange - Tasted a bit of hazelnut flavor. Cannot detect the blood orange. Had to double check my order to see if I got the right cake. Can only taste cocoa cake. A little bit of deep tea flavor or caramel. Hard to detect. Some kind of dried yuzu or blood orange peel on top. It was a bit hard and unpleasant to chew on. This was my least favorite. Favorites: Chocolate Black Sesame, London Fog Birthday. I'm glad I've got to try both types of cakes, but I love the signature cake slabs! The marbleization design of the cake was stunningly beautiful and the flavor was robust in Japanese Hochija tea flavor - just how I like it. The mousse part is where the Hojicha flavor is at and the texture was nice and smooth. I liked that it was not too sweet. The base is a thin layer of dark cocoa cake, which contrasted the Hojicha perfectly. Chocolatey and roasted tea flavor ... just warms my heart and soul.
