Love that there were mini versions of these mousse cakes. All of the glazes were done well and the cakes were moist. Earl Grey Strawberry - Light Earl Grey and strawberry flavor. However, I prefer the Jasmine and Strawberry combo. The Earl Grey Strawberry combo did not taste harmonious like the Jasmine Strawberry. The glaze is beautiful. Not only aethetically-pleasing, but the light jelly-like consistency, creamy and smooth glaze brings a beautiful texture. The cake is moist, but you mostly get the glaze. It is a mini-cake, but you can taste everything in one bite. It is small enough where you can eat it by yourself or share with someone if you want half. The marbleization design of the cake was stunningly beautiful and the flavor was robust in Japanese Hochija tea flavor - just how I like it. The mousse part is where the Hojicha flavor is at and the texture was nice and smooth. I liked that it was not too sweet. The base is a thin layer of dark cocoa cake, which contrasted the Hojicha perfectly. Chocolatey and roasted tea flavor ... just warms my heart and soul.
