Kids all ages visit Santa after breakfast!

Get ready for a big breakfast! I had a hard time choosing because there were so many good options. I got the potato pancakes and they did not disappoint. Next time I will get the cinnamon roll pancakes, they looked delicious. The servers were all very sweet and took care of my 4 y.o. Nephew. They were also Johnny-on-the-spot when it came to coffee refills. Lastly, Santa was there! It was a joy to see him on a chair in the back smiling and keeping the kids excited. Great experience, can't wait to go back.

    Scrambled with cheese and toast

Rustic restaurant with a wide selection of breakfast items. Our first visit here was for breakfast. I ordered a sausage and cheese omelet with hash browns. The sausage was tasty but there was hardly any cheese. I believe this has been the first cheese omelet I've had that I couldn't taste any actual cheese. I could see it inside, but it was completely tasteless. I was bummed. The hubby had scrambled with cheese and toast and said it was decent. Service was was fast and friendly. Overall first impression was average. No complaints, but nothing outstanding.

    Sad little ketchup packet.

I haven't been to Reichold's since Covid started. It was always my favorite breakfast place since it was in Gibsonia before moving to Butler. I stopped for a takeout lunch and was sadly disappointed. I had a bacon cheeseburger that had raw bacon on it after peeling off the bacon the cheese was negligible as it followed the bacon. It was nice and hot as were the fries. I requested ketchup and received one small Heinz packet. I saw the sign that they wanted to sell the restaurant. Maybe if the food returns to their prior quality it will be purchased by someone who wants to keep it in the community.

Great lunch spot with grist house beers available....pretty much enough said. Had the buffalo…read morechicken wrap. Clearly using quality chicken with a nice crunch and traditional sauce. Bonus is a full grist house tap room and great indoor and outdoor seating. The service on both the food and tap room was friendly and quick. The set up is kind of like a food hall but with one food option. Order food, get a buzzer, have a beer, then pick up your food when buzzed (no pun intended). Anyway, this is a great option for fresh quality sandwiches and fresh quality beer. Plus you can walk 25 yards to the freedom farm market for seasonal goods and fantastic local provisions. Jump in the car on a beautiful Saturday and take a drive to Butler and freedom farms. There's also plenty of other country market, food and fun in the surrounding area.

Everything we have had here has been really good! On our last trip to gristhouse's beer crib we got…read morethe tomato mozzarella flatbread and it was divine with huge creamy chunks of cheese and fresh tomatoes. It was also a very large portion for the price. A while back I had gotten a burger and I recall it being one of the best burgers I've ever had. Everything that comes out of the kitchen looks great. Looking forward to the next time my husband and I can get out to the beer crib and try more of their food.
