Fantastic! Alright so my review is a little bit late they moved me back in February but better late than never! I can't say enough good things about these guys! Dan, Cody and Chris moved me and they were awesome!! they handled my stuff with a lot of care and were SO QUICK!! I was so impressed! My mom was haggling them about stuff because i was moving out of her house and they handled it really well. They spoke English which was a huge plus! They didnt smell like pot or seem intoxicated at all when they moved me. (I had heard horror stories of my friends movers showing up drunk or stoned so I was a little worried). But they were just fantastic and their rates were very reasonable. They were also exactly on time and followed right behind me to my apt. Not a single thing was lost or broken either. Let me say, if you need to move, do not get a UHaul, do not trust another company, go with these guys, they are totally fantastic. First of all, when they arrived, we realized that I had not communicated my items effectively, I had WAY more than they anticipated. However, despite my mistake, the owner, Daniel, was SO nice about it. He just said, "No problem! We got this!" and the guys immediately and I mean IMMEDIATELY started working. Some workers who get paid by the hour have a bad reputation because the workers slack off; if they move slower, they get paid more. This is NOT the case with Reliable Movers. These guys worked so hard! I had three storage units (yes, three) and one bedroom in a house to move, and these guys ran around for three hours straight! I could not believe they finished in three hours! To move all of that stuff, it would have taken my friends and I three days! I am not kidding, I had so much stuff (nearly hoarder status), and these guys were efficient, effective, fast, and they took care of my old antique chest of drawers, 2 bookshelves, and queen-sized bed! Despite moving at a rapid pace, all of my items are in an impeccable condition after the move! Not a scratch in sight! I cannot believe the amazingness, I am still in awe. If you want to move, pick these guys. They make the awful, stressful, annoying experience called moving into a fun, non-stressful, and overall positive experience! (Wow?! The reliable delivery crew was polite, on time and hard working. They moved difficult (large and odd shaped) pieces of furniture like pros. If pieces didn't fit through doors, it went over balcony's. First of all there is personal service, not just a form online that you fill in with your information. Dan came to the house to see exactly what would be moved and assured me they have moved antique pieces and that they will be well protected. We used Reliable Delivery a couple weeks ago for moving a ~2.5 BR house. Seth and Gil showed up on time and got right to work. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They treated everything with respect, fully wrapping every piece of furniture, and took great care to avoid damage to walls and doors. Unloading was quick, and helped me place some of the larger furniture after getting everything inside. Seth and Gil were very friendly and accommodating to all of my requests. The $30 fuel charge and 15-minute minimum driving time were a little excessive for a move 4 blocks away, but when I consider the entire cost of the move and the value they provided, I am extremely happy with the Reliable Delivery. When the owner Daniel gave me a total estimate I started to back out saying I had seen a lower price elsewhere. He explained to me charges and minimums that all companies have to charge, and that even with the 'deal' it would end up being similar to his quote. I am glad I trusted him. I was in a time crunch to get out of my other place. Reliable Delivery was able to work within my time frame and give me a far more reasonable quote than other companies I talk to. They were even early to my appointment! Daniel and Gil were very personable. They were very quick and efficient, brought all the supplies to wrap my furniture, and even wardrobe boxes for me to transport my clothes. They disassembled my bed and reassembled it at my new place. More than anything, they were patient while I decided where I wanted certain pieces to go in my new apartment. They went above and beyond, even helping me adjust the positioning of a TV already mounted to the wall. They moved it so I could have my furniture how I wanted it. My only very small complaint would be that I moved 2 miles from where I was living and they charged me 50.00 for gas- it wasn't the workers fault, so I still tipped them. read more
