Recently moved here from Miami, Florida. Being married to a Brazilian for 13 years, dined at many Brazilian steakhouses and restaurants, this place was underwhelming in my experience. Overall, the sides were not very typical of what you would see at other competitors (some, but not many other side items were random additions). What really killed it for me was the quality of cook and seasoning of the meats. Not sure what is Brazilian about chicken wings, you can find that at Pizza Hut, Wingstop, etc. On that note, the caipirinha was very good. We won't be back. read more

Overall, I'm a fan and I'll be back! It's quite pricey, but you do have an endless supply of meat and salad bar choices. The meat can range anywhere from sirloin to chicken hearts, and the salad bar is full of cheeses, salads and a wonderful array of sides (and some main courses too). The staff is all pretty fun and friendly. I'd go during lunch when everyone has a little more time to talk and it's alil more inexpensive ($20/person). Awesome. Way pricey but we will be back. It is a once or twice a year place. All of the meat was great. All the meats were cooked to medium rare. I love the green light/red light block for the meats. The other thing that was off was the the chicken wings, they were not completely cooked. We can go more often if we just get tge all you can eat "salad" bar. A good Brazilian steakhouse for the price, if you want more meat options you'd probably be better off going to a different one. The salad bar is phenomenal! The cost is worth it just for the salad bar alone! Lunch is $20 per person, and comes with unlimited salad bar and meats. Salad bar: SO MANY OPTIONS. I would totally go here for the salad bar alone. The meats were all good, but.. they could have been better. They were perfectly cooked, but a lot of the meats were excessively fatty. I would have liked them to trim the fat more. They said we could make requests of the chef, so if I go back I will have to try doing that. Desserts: You really can't expect great desserts after people eat all that food. Good food, variety, flavors and presentation. Salad bar and various main dishes were plentiful. Drinks were good, large cold and flavorful. The various meats they bring around were all awesome. Nice temps, cooks, flavor, tenderness etc...the unique presentation is why most people go and it's neat. Give them higher stars but the price is way high; two of us with drinks, tip, no dessert netted $120. A bomb ass Brazilian steakhouse with a great salad bar station. Of all of the Brazilian steak house I have been to the salad bar here is pretty amazing. I love all of the options they have here. The meat here is ok though. Most of the meats I had were just ok but the picana was absolutely the best - top sirloin. For the price of $36 you can't beat it and it's amazing value. We decided to finally try Rodizio for restaurant week. I'd heard mixed reviews, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was definitely looking forward to the meat parade though! We had a reservation & were promptly seated. Our server was very friendly and explained how everything worked. First we hit up their salad bar. They have a big variety of different types of salads, soup and potatoes. I didn't load up too much at the salad bar though. I had a pineapple coconut coleslaw that was surprising tasty & some au gratin potatoes that weren't particularly great. Once we sat back down, it was time for the meats! I'll be honest, I wasn't super impressed with any of their beef selections. None of them were particularly tender, I was very surprised. They were just ok for me. The chicken is what surprised me, and was honestly my favorite. I had bacon wrapped chicken, a marinated chicken & a sweet & spicy chicken that all were very good. The bacon wrapped glazed ham was also pretty tasty, especially if we were lucky enough to have some of the grilled pineapple with it! Here's my reason for the three stars. The food was good, but it just wasn't great for me. For a $35 meal, I can easily name off a bunch of other places where the food would be fantastic at that price point. It's been over 6 years. When this place first opened we loved it. My husband owns his own company and would often take his clients here. We were so frequent that we have the Black Rodizio card. Something changed about 3 years ago. The service, buffet and overall food quality went down tremendously. To the point that my husband now takes his clients elsewhere. It's Father's Day and my husband wanted to give it a try. The last time we were here was during hockey season so around 6 months prior. We left unsatisfied then but it's Father's Day and this is what he wanted, so here we are. Sooooo disappointed. To start, we get seated and there is a huge chunk of food on one of the plates. We inform the greeter and she takes the plate away.......only to put it with the stack of plates at the Buffett. What???? Then, choosing a different Buffett plate, sadly moved over most sections as they were bare. Salad.. gone, mash potatoes, gone, selection of cold meats.... just a few slices ham.. We went up later to find most item areas still vacant. This was after the fact (to try and fill a void) that they had no meats to serve. We got offered the pork sausage 5 times by two different carvers before any sort of steak appeared. Pineapple was offered twice, also, within this rotation. They had no chicken or fish to offer. They were also out of top sirloin, chicken hearts and Parmesan steak. One of the carvers admitted that they were out of a lot and he said he felt bad because it was his third time to our table offering the pork sausage. Not his fault. The check came and the price was still the same. For 3 people it's well over $100. Don't know when we will be back. If we want a Brazilian option, Texas De Brazil has got them beat. read more

I hate having to give bad reviews but they're just as necessary as the good ones and Rodizio hasn't had a new review for awhile... My friends and I determined this is a budget conscious Brazilian steakhouse that is all overpriced for the quality of food you are served. The atmosphere is more casual than Texas de Brazil but nice all the same. The staff was friendly though not as attentive as I would have hoped especially since they were basically empty when we went on a Saturday night. The food was the weakest parry of the while experience. First, I've seen better salad bars at standard family dining restaurants and buffets. Second, the meat was sparce. At Texas de Brazil the guachos cam summertime be overwhelming with how often they come by with many meat selection but it is fun and males you feel like you're at Disneyland for meat. Here, however, you spend a lot of time looking around for where the guachos are and whether they will actually come to your table ay some point. When they do arrive, they are very pleasant but very stingy with the slice they carve off for you - I could barely grab the slice of meat with my tongs! The server at the start describes the meat as being served medium and if you'd like less or more done you can simply ask. Nearly every piece of red meat that ended up on my plate, even after asking for medium to medium well looked as if it had just been but from the animal, tossed on a grill for a literal second and served... so many hot red bloody centers! When asked for more well done meats it took any exuberant amount of time for the meat to re-arrive and even then it had just reached a medium to medium well center. The chicken was dry amd I didn't even want to attempt the fish! The pineapple they sliced for you and the glaze ham were the only highlights of the $45 meal (We were a larger parry so gratuity was added to the standard $35 price per plate) Initially the server said the price of the meal included the salad bar, a variety of fresh cooked meats, and dessert. However after we were done attempting to eat or undercooked meat and remedial salad bar items we were told desserts were an additional $6.95...a price non of us were willing to pay based on our experience with their actual "specialty". Or checks also got messed up and we were charged for extra people who weren't even there and one of our party gave the server her bill with payment, the server took it and brought it back so we left before everyone else (assuming the server ran the card). Minutes later we get a call that the bill want paid becayse the server never ran the card...we had 18 people and 2 servers and as a past server I know it can be overwhelming but I want to reiterate, they weren't busy! I can definitely think of a hundred different ways to throw way nearly $50 than readying at Rodizio. read more

This is okay for a Brazilian churrascaria. Fogo de Chao can not be beat. It was not easy to get a peice of meat cooked at medium. Nearly everything was over cooked or under for my taste. The service was great, however, when served fish from one of the skewers there was a green sticker on the fish indicating the day of the week it was made. In this case it was Friday. I made the server aware of this and she apologized and removed my plate and grabbed a fresh one. The black beans had an odd after taste. The ceviche is usually a favorite but it was not up to par this time. My experiences with Rodizio has always been inconsistent. Still hoping at some point things will improve. read more

My kids and I love it here! Unfortunately, my mom passed away this year and I had to find a place for us to eat. I tried Texas de Brazil but they were booked up until 830pm (ummm no thank you) so someone suggested that I give this place a call. So, I called them and YEP! they are open on Thanksgiving (sucks for them, great for me). We arrive and are promptly greeted by a very enthusiastic, energetic woman. She takes us to our table. Our waiter is over within seconds. Explains how everything works and..........we're off to the salad bar. They had hummus, grape gorgonzola salad (which I loved), couple different types of salad & salad dressing, cheeses, special Thanksgiving items, and a bunch of other crap that I had no idea what it was so I just left it alone (they had signs labeling everything but if I haven't heard of something before I generally won't taste it). The meats were wonderful. We all loved the different types of steak/beef cuts. My kids RAVED over the pineapple. We all loved the bacon wrapped chicken & turkey. The sweet and sour chicken was good. We even got to try rattlesnake. I seriously thought the guy was full of S*** and was pulling our leg, but nope, they actually had rattlesnake (I thought this was extremely cool...my mom always liked to try new things and it made me think of her). My oldest son and I liked. My daughter just kind of gave it the side eye and licked her piece and didn't really say too much about it. My youngest son was being a puss and refused to even try it. We were in town for the night and decided to walk to this Brazilian Steakhouse for dinner. The wait was short, even though they were quite busy (always a good sign). The staff was super friendly. The manager was walking around talking to customers making sure everything was satisfactory. The whole place was clean. Price point: excellent. For a Brazilian Steakhouse in a busy downtown district, the price was quite reasonable! Actually, much cheaper than we expected. Now to the food. Again, great selections. The appetizers that come to the table are bite sized and delicious. My favorite by far was the deep-fried polenta sticks. YUM! Then comes the never-ending parade of different types of meat. One of my favorites was the bacon-wrapped ham. But all of the options were very good. At one point we were waiting for a specific skewer to come around. The manager saw us passing up other options and stopped to ask which one we wanted. When we told him, he went to the back and had a server come by immediately with a fresh skewer for us. For those that like the salads and desserts, they have a decent offering of each. They even have a whole pan of roasted garlic cloves if you like them. We love them! All in all, you can't go wrong here. If we are ever in the Columbus area again I wouldn't hesitate to revisit this location. read more

Everything about the experience at Rodizio was wonderful. We came with a part of nine for a combined birthday of my mother and mother in law, and had an absolutely wonderful time. Make a reservation and it will save you immensely on wait times with a large party on high traffic nights. The food was delicious and it was rare we waited long for the next offering. All of the staff were courteous and friendly, especially with three service dogs in attendance at out table. It can be a loud, high energy environment if there are a lot of birthdays and such going on, so be aware this isn't the place for a quiet sit down dinner. If you get any specialty drinks, get the house limeaid! We will be returning in the future. read more

I have been to so many Brazilian Steakhouses over the last 15 years and this was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. I made a reservation for my daughter and I for a Saturday night. When I arrived we were promptly seated. We waited 15 minutes before anyone can by and engaged with us or asked us what we wanted to drink and figure out what which meal service we were going to get. This was the beginning of what our night was going to look like. We went on ahead and got some things from the salad bar. The cheese these seemed like it had been there for a while as it was crusty on the ends and not fresh. We sat down and the meat started to come. I don't know if we were in a bad spot or what happened but the meat only came out every 5-6 minutes. The services was super slow. The worst part was that when the meat came out it was overdone and dry. I tried asking for meat that was medium and they only brought it once and then back to the overcooked, dried and burnt meat. It was super frustrating. The waiters came around a couple times asking what type of meat we were looking for and it never came. Eventually my daughter and I were so tired of waiting that we asked for the check, payed and left. The most disappointing experience especially for the price. If you've ever eaten at Texas de Brazil you most likely will find Rodizilo disappointing . We chose this restaurant based on the location to the Arena and our previous experience at eating at Texas de Brazil assuming it would be very similar. Unfortunately, while they do offer unlimited meats, they are not the choice cuts other Brazilian restaurants offer. We had a five or more minute wait between each meat service which included ham, chicken, fish, sausage, lamb,and top sirloin. They did not serve prime rib, ribeye, porterhouse, brisket,ribs, or filet mignon. The salad bar was equally disappointing. They had slices of provolone as the "cheese" part of the cheese bar. They did not have cold shrimp on the salad bar or a variety of rolls and butter. If you have never been to a top of the line Brazilian restaurant (for around the same price) then this might seem like a great place to eat. If you have eaten at other Brazilian restaurants like this you may be highly disappointed with the lack of prime meats and lackluster salad bar and slow service. We will not eat here again if we come back to the arena area. read more

Rodizio Brazilian Steakhouse is definitely not Fogo de Chao or Texas de Brazil, but its food still tastes OK. It is more casual, has fewer high-quality meats, and costs slightly less. We first helped ourselves to the salad bar. We then waited on the meats to be served to us--chicken, steak, ham, chicken hearts (actually, we skipped those), etc. For dessert, we shared a cinnamon pastry with vanilla ice cream. Our waitress barely checked in on us. When you are paying over one hundred dollars for a meal and have to move your plates to the next table, that's really saying something. I had been 1 previous Brazilian Steakhouse in DC, and had an excellent meal there, so I was glad to have stumbled across this one while driving around in Easton on day. I opted for just the salad bar, whereas my boyfriend went full out with the meat option. I didn't actually eat much green salad at the salad bar. They had various meats, soups, grilled vegetables dishes, cheese, etc. Along with the appetizers they provided at the table (cheese/bread like a cream puff, but filled with cheese, fried plantains, etc.) it was very filling, tasty, and I was happy. On the other hand, my boyfriend wasn't so pleased with the meats that he had. We had opted to eat there for dinner so he could get their lamb options (no lamb during lunch). However, he thought that all the meats in general were very salty, which detracted from the flavor of the meats. He did like that you could request certain meats. They were coming around with a lot of chicken options, and he wanted lamb chops, so he asked the waiter. The waiter asked how he wanted the lamb chops (i.e. medium, medium rare) and within 5 minutes he got a fresh helping of lamb chops. I give the rating at 4 because I had a good experience. My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. Once seated, our waitress took our drink order, showed us where the restrooms were located, as well as the salad/side bar. The first waiter to come with meat, sliced his hand with the knife, splashing blood all over our table and food! Accidents happen; we moved past it. Soon after, we found our plates empty and NO ONE around bringing food-- we also needed refills. Finally we're eating again, but the waitress says the soda machine went out, they're trying to fix the carbonation and she would bring us water. We waited 35 minutes for the water that never came. During this time we had asked for specific meats that we liked. I asked for bacon wrapped chicken twice, and it finally came after 45 minutes. My husband asked for the sirloin steak at LEAST 4 times, it never came. We were never offered chicken drumsticks and the guests at the table beside us were vaping. Our table also really enjoyed the lamb. The salad bar for me lacked ingredients: I wanted to be able to build a salad with lots of toppings. But you are more limited. I'm told the salad bars at similar concepts go a little bigger on the salad bar. I wanted ingredients I wouldn't normally have on ha d at home. (Who can't make a Caesar?) Try a caprininha; the drink of Brazil. A specialty type of rum, with lime and sugar. You can't find these many places so worth the try. Desserts are not included but we were so happy with this doughy, sugary confection. Not bad for al you get. Not somewhere I'd go all the time, but worth one visit for the experience. read more

I was torn between 2-3 stars here. There are a lot of restaurants I liked, and would try again that I rated 3 stars, but I wouldn't go back to Rodizio - so 2 stars it is. THE GOOD First, the service here is great! Our waiter was really friendly and explained the whole deal to us. The gauchos, the guys who serve up the carved meats, were also perfectly nice and attentive. The buffet was tidy and nicely stocked too, so the issue here for me is totally not the service. Roasted pineapple. Sweet and spicy chicken. These items were delicious and I kind of wish I could have a plated meal of only this. Sadly, not how it works. THE BAD Rodizio is expensive. It's like $30 to eat and their cocktails are about $9. My margarita tasted like candy, and not in a nice way. It tasted like spring break in Cancun. Was there even booze in there? I can't be sure. For $30 you can get a great meal almost anywhere in the city that isn't mostly buffet food. So why wouldn't you? It seemed like a lot of things on the buffet had bacon and everything I tried was very salty. The rice, the beans, the vegetables - like, there isn't enough water on Earth to quench my thirst after a bite. The whole thing where they shave off the meats...they give you ONE slice. What's the deal? Gimme more of that sweet and spicy chicken! Overall, not my favorite. BUT if you like buffets and can eat $30 worth of various meats (one slice at a time, mind you), Rodizio may be worth a visit. read more

It was an overall good experience. However, we called ahead of time and they stated that it'll be $40 a person it was actually $42. When they charged us it was $51 and they included the tip in the fee. We didn't get a chance to select the tip. They said that it was because of the large group we had. I get it that large groups don't tip as well however don't say the price and then blind side us with another price. Horrible experience. read more

Horrible experience!!! We use to love Rodizio but this location is terrible. They went back to salad bar like before COVID , but, nobody keeps the area clean, the serving spoons were sticky and dirty and kids were playing there and nobody cared!!! COVID is not over and if they put the salad bar back they should be cleaner than ever and was exactly the opposite (we actually never eat in a Rodizio as dirty as this one and WE'RE STILL IN A PANDEMIC PEOPLE!!!) The quality of the salads was bad and then the cheese bread that they brought to the table (one of the most delicious things they use to serve) was horrible, probably from frozen and I believe it was baked probably days before. The bananas kind of ok but nothing, nothing was the Rodizio we knew years ago!!!. I know COVID change a lot of things but the problem here is that NOBODY CARES, this probably is a franchise that nobody checks if it stands to the standards to what Rodizio is suppose to be. Service ok, not great. Meat was ok but no variety as it use to be. Very very expensive for what you get now!!! Not going back. Went for Sunday brunch and was pleased. The Brazilian steakhouse model seems like it's pretty much the same regardless of brand or city, and Rodizio is no different, but it's the most enlightened model of dining for a carnivorous glutton. Meat on sticks was delivered to my table and sliced onto my plate every few minutes. It just kept coming. It was like a meatwave, and I loved it. The meats were tender, juicy, and flavorful. The tenderloin, tri-tip, and marinated chicken were my favorites, but the pork loin, sausage, and other meats were also tasty. The salad bar is extensive and everything looks great on it, although I try to visit it as little as possible, as it just takes up room in your stomach rightly reserved for meat. The drink list is also pretty solid, although again I think your stomach capacity and wallet should not be stretched by non-meat items here. Service was great. Very attentive service team. We were constantly waited on, but never to the point where it felt overbearing. Atmosphere is fine. Nothing great--kinda feels corporate and generic like a big hotel lobby--but good enough. Sunday brunch was a great time to go. When we arrived shortly after 11, there was practically no one there, but the meats were already flowing, so they made it to our table in great frequency. As opposed to the dinner option, which is 35 bucks, brunch is only 23 for substantially the same offerings (there might be a few fewer meats at brunch, but there are plenty to keep you satisfied). Weekday lunch is even less at 20 bucks. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you like meat and have no shame in testing out the phrase "all you can eat." Good for big groups. read more

This is a place carnivores dream about, all you can eat delicious, mouth watering, get in your belly food. If you leave this place hungry there is something wrong with you. I have ate here a few times and each time I was not disappointed. My favorite things here are the chicken hearts, pineapple, and the quail eggs.
