There was plenty of parking once we found it. It's a bright blue food truck serving up fresh Mexican seafood and tacos, with a shaded tent area for seating. Each table has salsas and condiments which I loved. The workers here are amazing. Super friendly and welcoming. We ordered two tacos, cabeza and adobada, along with the aguachile verde tostada. This surprisingly was enough for two people. While waiting, we grabbed some salsas. They keep them on ice so they stay fresh and cold which was such a nice touch. They told us we could bring the whole bottle to the table, but we just used small cups. My favorite was the orange creamy salsa. It had a slight chipotle flavor but was pretty mild and perfect with the chips. They also gave us complimentary soup while we waited which was a nice surprise. Both tacos were incredible. The tortillas were warm and held a generous amount of meat. The cabeza was super tender, flavorful, and nicely salted. The adobada was juicy with a smoky, slightly spicy flavor. At $3.50 each, they felt very worth it. The real standout was the aguachile verde tostada. It had raw shrimp in a bright, spicy green sauce with thin sliced red onions. Every bite was fresh, citrusy, and packed with flavor. By the end, the tostada soaked up all the sauce which made it messy in the best way. If you're into that slightly soggy tostada texture, it honestly adds to the experience. We couldn't stop thinking about this place the whole drive home. Definitely coming back!

Every plate comes with veggies and steamed rice, with the option to upgrade to fried rice, chicken fried rice or shrimp fried rice for an extra charge. They have daily specials; today (Monday)'s was a filet mignon plate for $15. We ordered 2 of these and upgraded to fried rice for an extra $2 per plate. They also have sauce options for $0.75, so we added on 2 ginger sauces. We got our food pretty quickly and were really pleased with all of it! The filet was tender and perfectly cooked to our preferred temperature of medium rare. The veggies were mushrooms, zucchini and onions. The fried rice was buttery and delicious. All of it was well seasoned and the ginger sauce was the perfect accompaniment. Will absolutely come back every time this truck is here! Our total for 2 filet plates, upgraded fried rice and 2 ginger sauces plus tip came to $43.

The chicken, the rice, and the "vegetables" (it was just some squash and raw onions) had no flavor at all. If you scroll down you'll see other reviews with the same complaints. Evidently, customer service and quality are NOT their top priorities. I was not able to finish this, I tried to give it to my dog but he turned it down too. The packaging was also not secure. I immediately understood why so many people rave about this truck. The fish was perfectly fried, the toppings were fresh, and everything came together beautifully. Unfortunately, my second visit was the complete opposite experience. The fish was soft, stale-tasting, and lacked the crispy texture that made the tacos so memorable the first time. If someone had told me the tacos came from a different shop, I would have believed them. It felt like two completely different cooks were working the truck. Since fish and shrimp tacos appear to be their specialty, I really hope they can dial in the consistency. When they're on their game, the tacos are absolutely worth coming back for. I just wish every visit matched the quality of that first experience.

The greens, tomatoes, and onions were finely chopped for ease of eating and the sauce was on the lighter side which I prefer. It was good that the wrapped the burrito in the yellow wax paper and the way they did it helped keep the rather large burrito together. They offer several salsa on the truck, including a large collection of bottled hot sauces, something for everyone or those who like hot sauce. I tried the red salsa on the squeeze bottle made by them which was very tasty and provided a mild heat. I like that this food truck provided seating and a shade cover. When I got the food, it certainly looked good, but it lacked flavor and there was a ton of very bitter-tasting lettuce on it. Most of my bites of the burrito were just bitter lettuce with very little krab mix. The menu said spicy house mayo, but I couldn't taste any at all. I tried adding a little soy sauce, but even that couldn't resuscitate the patient.
