Yesterday I order a few Pizza,s Last time I order from this place, I was very disappointed because they were not made or taste very good that was many months ago but as of yesterday 10 27 2018 it seems like they have new manager and he was fantastic my pizzas were excellent both the supreme and a cheese and sausage with very generous cheese and sausage .I will continue my business with them since their current products are excellent the manager was very nice and courteous and did everything he possibly could to make me a happy customer that would come back thank you very much for your excellent service and for great pizzas. I will continue being a loyal customer as being from Chicago And knowing Chicago pizzas growing up in the City of Chicago these were as close as you get to being in Chicago I been living here for almost 30yrs and tried them all this is one if not only the best around they might be a little bit more expensive but they're worth the money! read more

OMG... This is the real deal! Their deep dish pizzas are worth killing over, and the lasagna is beyond description. I love this place and there are no close runner ups. We ate here twice in the same week we found out about this place. I can't wait to try their calzones, and subs. My wife and I worship the lasagna most of all, we cried when we found out they delivered to Lewisville. You can also order online. I found that the pizza dough lacked flavor and the sauce was not very good either. I also ordered buffalo wings which was, meh, at best - good blue cheese dressing though. The hubby ate the parm chicken sandwich and knew he had better. All in all, it was an expensive meal ($40) when everyone gives up and eats PBJ for dinner instead. What's the expression of fool me once shame on you? Well shame on me, I gave them another chance and literally paid for it again. Ordered basic deep dish cheese and sausage and got cheese and chunks of tomato purée. What very little bit of meat there was on this pizza was the size of my little finger nail. If you're order during the weekend, make sure you give yourself plenty of time because it may take up to 2.5 - 3 hours to get your pizza. It appears that they really try to maximize the few drivers that they have so they load them up like fedex delivery trucks, which results in a cold pizza by the time it gets to you. Wow. I have been 4 times now. I thought at first it was new store jitters but they absolutely make a crap product here. I moved from Chicago 14 months ago to Flower Mound. I was a regular at the Libertyville Rosati's for 16 years. They made a masterpiece pizza. This place isn't even close. The employees look lost and confused. The thin crust tastes like a frozen crust. Very blah. The cheese doesn't cover to the edges. I got the pan yesterday and it was a joke. Looked like Pizza Hut pan and tasted worse. Once again cheese woefully distributed. Man what a letdown. The pizza is worth the price, the salad was decent at most. Watch out for the drivers though. My wife thought the tip was included but it was the delivery charge, hence she didn't tip the driver. To say he was not happy is an understatment, after taking the garbage out we realized that he threw marrinara or ketchup all over our door. Dealing with the manager was a pleasant experience, however the driver was a punk who denied it the whole time. I offered for him to come back and clean the door and I would tip him but he declined to do so. If you order from them i would advise that you pick up and not have your food delivered. This was my first time to order from here. I went online to place an order for delivery. I put in my delivery zip code and it took me to the online ordering. Placed my order and was charged almost 50 dollars and then received a call that they don't deliver to my area and that they have a 5 mile radius. Not sure why I was even given an option to place an order and be charged if I was out of their range. Now I have to wait for a refund. read more

We got their marketing menu in the mail and decided to check out their delivery. I was dubious at first because the guy on the phone sounded like he could not have cared any less. He showed no personality and made no offer of using any of the coupons when I said I was calling because of the mailer. He just kept saying "anything else?" after every item while I was ordering. I was so dubious this order was going to be right, I asked him to repeat it back to me, which any restaurant taking phone orders should do automatically. He sounded put-out having to do that, but did and had it all correctly recorded. So, I initially had low expectations based on the phone ordering experience. HOWEVER, the order arrived 20 minutes sooner than the time were were given. The driver was friendly. The hot food was hot, the cold food, cold. And everything tasted fresh. Their meat sauce is pretty darn good! They did forget grated cheese for the pasta and meat sauce, but we had some in the fridge, so no biggie. We will become regulars! read more

After reading many of the reviews, I was a bit concerned. I hoped the food was worth the trouble since we live a good 10 mile drive away from the Flower Mound store. I noticed that the older reviews were the worst regarding service, while the most recent, since August 2014, didn't mention problems with service. So, I held out hope since my husband had already left to pick up our order. So, this turned out even better than I expected. My husband had a 20 minute drive to the FM location. I called in the order as he was on the way. About 10 minutes in, he called me back to tell me he was stuck on FM 2181 in Corinth to call Rosati's to hold the order until he was moving again. There was a traffic accident and all the traffic on the 1 lane road was at a standstill. Luckily, about 10 minutes later, he called to say they were moving again and to call Rosati's to let them start the order again. I did that and all kinds of worry was going on in my mind. I doubted I would see dinner before 8 PM. It was only 4:20 PM when he first left. So, I lit a fire on the deck outside and got a glass of wine and a book and waited. Well, my husband shows up back home with the order exactly as ordered at 5:30 PM. So, a 20 minute drive turned into a 30 minute drive, along with a 20 minute return drive, leaving a 20 minute window to pick up the order. All I can say is WOW! I was so surprised and the order was perfect. I am so glad that they got their act together and I felt I should let everyone else know because I am sure all the previous bad reviews on service dissuaded many potential customers. I am not from Chicago but from San Antonio, so I don't know my Chicago style pizza like some of the posters here, but my husband, my teenaged son, and I all highly recommend Rosati's. The deep dish is worth the expense and the side and regular salads are large and very nice. We will definitely be back. read more

Having come back for a third time, the service is what kills this place. Somehow they place is getting run into the ground. The staff was a mess, orders piled up, and this on a night that really wasn't that busy. They had a total melt down shouting with the kitchen the night I was there. Being from Chicago and a loyal Rosati's customer I was thrilled to find a little taste of home here in Texas. Tonights order which I placed online: chopped salad, buffalo wings, cheese fries, and tiramisu. Two issues: the wings were described as CRISPY they are anything but in fact I've just put them into the oven to finish cooking. I requested bleu cheese AND ranch dressing. When I selected both dressings the price increased by 54 cents. When the order arrived there was no ranch dressing. I called the restaurant and the young man who answered the phone said "if you had called the order in" if Rosati's prefers calls they shouldn't have an online order feature. He rambled on about how he doesn't know how the website is set up. Ultimately I just ended the call because I'm not interested in arguing over 54 cents. Poor customer service and undercooked wings. Not a happy customer. Rosatis locations in Chicago are much better! read more

I remember ordering from Rosati's Pizza in Illinois before we moved to Texas 5 years ago. This place tastes exactly as I remember! I am so happy to have a Rosatis so close to us! This review is based off of ordering a large pizza that not only was too small to fit the bill, but also lacked the quality. I've had twice as large pizza's in the northeast for half the price that reign over this one as far as taste. Also cutting a pizza into squares is kid party style. Rosati's seemed like the right choice for some tasty Italian fare. WRONG!!! This place turned out to be one of the very worst places to get food in Flower Mound. We decided to go to Rosati's to get some sandwiches. We ordered our sandwiches and were told by the cashier that our food would be ready in "20 minutes". During our 46 minute wait for our sandwiches, we were able to see some of the bad habits that the crew of Rosati's do. There was an employee that entered the restroom and emerged a short while later. The employee never stopped and washed their hands They went immediately back to making pizza without washing or donning gloves. There was another employee that was wearing gloves. That employee answered the phone, and touched several surfaces throughout the restaurant, but never changed gloves. The original employee that failed to wash their hands after using the restroom emerged again from the pizza prep area and grabbed the broom and dustpan to do some clean up. That employee finished with the clean up and went right back to making pizza, again without washing their hands or wearing gloves. The sandwiches we ordered were the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and the Combo sandwich. The chicken for the buffalo chicken sandwich was so saturated in hot sauce that it was inedible. We took one bite of the sandwich and immediatly had to stop eating it. The Buffalo sauce was so hot that we actually got blisters on our lips. We are from Buffalo, and respectfully request that they stop calling that a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. It gives true Buffalo Chicken a bad reputation. The Combo sandwich was nothing more than a bunch of bland "Italian beef" piled on top of a spicy Italian sausage. How does it take 46 minutes to microwave a chicken breast and saturate it in hot sauce, not Buffalo Sauce? The other classic move was just prior to leaving with our food, an employee handed us a bag with our lettuce and tomatoes in it. They grabbed a couple handfuls of lettuce and some tomatoes and just tossed them in a bag and stapled it shut! STAY AWAY FROM ROSATI'S!!!!! read more

I am from Chicago and was just visiting there. I had my favorite Chicago pizza while I was home visiting family. When I returned we ordered Rosati's and I have to say this pizza was even better than what I ate in Chicago. Loved it. We also used the online ordering and it worked perfectly. I thought we would give them a try since it's local. We ordered 2 16" deep dish pizzas and a family house salad. The price on the phone was $54. I said I have a coupon for 10% off and free delivery. He agreed to apply it. When they brought the pizzas, the delivery person said $60.78. We called back with the delivery guy here and the person said, "nope that's the price." So, we called again and asked for the manager, in which he said, "the coupon for 10% only covered 1 pizza and the same with the 'free deliver'- it was only on 1 pizza. The coupon did not state this. The pizzas are dripping in sauce, with very little cheese and seemed a little raw. It was a $3 delivery fee. I will never order from there again. What a shame that they don't take customer service seriously. read more

I have ordered from this location twice. The first time was extensive but really good pizza and arrived in a timely manner. Today, I ordered again. When it did not arrive in the 30 to 45 minutes, I called and was told he was on his way. The second time I called, he had left 25 minutes ago (it is about 10 minutes from my home) but did not arrive for another 10. SO -- over an hour to get the pizzas. Now -- the edges were burned and both were almost too greasy to eat. The bill was over $50 and the food was not good. I will not be ordering from them ever again. read more

Also, we live in Bridlewood - 2 miles away - and were told we couldn't order online because we are "no longer in their delivery area", after having ordered delivery at least 10 times since they've opened. Love Pizza. Wife not so much. She was out of town so I checked out a new place from a flier. Ordered online for pickup Weds 10/24/12. These guys were new and very close to my house so pickup was easy. (Delivery and Pickup only- No sit-down) It was pretty late in the evening close to closing so I went over before estimated completion time. When I got there they hadn't even started the order yet. I guess someone wasn't paying attention to the internet Queue because it was end of day? around 8 perhaps? Sat there from the time they built the pie until it was done. I was the ONLY customer at that time. For delivery or Pickup mode. This was a new place looking to get a foothold in an already overcrowded Pizza market. 11 others within 3 miles. 8 within 1 mile. Stiff competition fighting for the Consumers buck and repeat business/loyalty. Waited waited. I could see it was burnt when they finally remembered to take it out of the oven. Already knew the answer when I asked if they burnt my Pizza. Of course the counter guy denied it was burnt It was late and people were waiting to eat and I was hungry so I just smiled an "I know better smile" at him tool my Pizza and left. I snapped the attached picture with my Cell and ate around the blackened crust. Very sad. The Crust is a key piece of the quality Pizza test. Downloading pictures from my cell today reminded me I was not happy with the results back in October and needed to make a comment . Haven't noticed if they are still in business since I never went back again. Too many better option in the neighborhood. Z is really good .
