Not great. I got the three cheese penne and my boyfriend got wings and fries. The prices were way too high for the quality of the food. We ended up spending $40 on food that we literally boxed up and threw away. The waitress was sweet, but the food was terrible. Ordered dinner for the family. Food arrived and both of the pizzas looked like they took flight at a stop sign and slammed into the floorboard of the delivery driver's car. So we call the restaurant to report our issue and they asked for photos of the pizzas and receipt for further review. We sent them photos to the email address they provided and they promptly called us back to see how to proceed with either a refund or replacement of the damaged pizzas. We chose to simply replace the pizzas ordered and then we only received one out of the two (photos referenced in this review of both) Decided not to waste any more time as it was frustrating enough to have to call the first time. Astonishingly the other menu items delivered with the initial delivery arrived unscathed. This review is not about the food quality as much as it solely about the delivery person and missing second pizza from original mishap. Had no issue with the food or the customer service either. I ordered the think crust (plain cheese) and the Greek salad. The ordering process was quick. A few clicks later I had a confirmation email and text saying my food would be delivered in an hour. I stayed at the SpingHill Suites Grapevine Mills Cir. It was about 11:30pm when I checked in and by the time I showered and opened my wine, the delivery guy was calling me. We met in the lobby the order was right and the food was delicious! I will admit it was not the best thin crust I ever had (it was actually a thicker thin crust) but the sauce and cheese - AMAZING! We ordered a side salad to split with balsamic vinaigrette, the Sunday special (Jumbo wings for .89 each) must order six at time and a small deep dish pizza. Very good thin crust pizza... I've had the cheese thin crust pizza twice and I've had the pepperoni and sausage thin crust pizza... A little pricey but the closest to Chicago style thin crust that I've had since moving to Dallas... Good Lord, I've found Pizza Heaven. My husband and I just moved here from Colorado last month, and we're total foodies - try to avoid large food chains whenever possible. Let's just say we've been in our house less than 3 weeks, and we've ordered from Rosati's 4 times, LOL. Each time we've ordered, the food has been excellent... very flavorful and fresh! We've had the Chicken Parmesan and Philly Cheese-steak sandwiches, the Chicago deep dish pizza, dough nuggets, and a double-dough pizza. I would order any of these items again in a heartbeat. No matter what you order, try the the dough nuggets - honestly, they're sinfully delicious - you can't go wrong with them. The food is a pricey (4 times in 3 weeks is not sustainable for the checking account), but you do get a LOT of food for the price. For example, a large Chicago style pizza within a few toppings runs us about $26... however, the pizza is so thick and heavy, I can only eat 1 slice, and my husband can eat 2. It's easily two nights of dinner for a couple - maybe more. We have not dined in, but I will give it "5-Stars" anyway - the food is always piping hot, the delivery is always on-time, the order has always been correct, the delivery guys are very nice, and of course... the food is amazing. read more

We have family in Chicago and had heard how great Rosati's is, so we had to check out. We love Italian beef so we went last Friday specifically for that. When we walked in, we had to wait a couple of minutes to be seated which is no problem. The only thing is, everyone that was working would just look at us and keep right on going. No smile, no greeting, no "be right with you". Nothing. Our server had no personality. At all. Almost made us feel awkward. However! The food was perfect. The Italian beef was flavorful and juicy. We both got the "Cheef" which has cheese added, and I also added hot peppers. Yum-o! We will be back for sure, because the pizza also looked and smelled amazing. Excellent pizza, but you pay for it. $25 bucks for a specialty pizza seems a bit high to me. We ordered two pies Meat Mania and pepperoni and jalapeños 16" pies. They were delivered well before the estimated delivery time, which was bonus. I hate the square cut on pizza who's idea was this anyway, cut pizzas in slices like they are supposed to be. Both pies were still piping hot when delivered although slightly crunched on one side, which could have been a function of my grandson carrying to the table from the door. The Meat Mania was loaded with meat, exactly what you want, the pepperoni and jalapeño pie was a bit skimpy on jalapeños but still good. The pizza is actually pretty good. The service was unbelievably slow. We were a party of three and each of us received our meal 5 minutes apart. So by the time the last meal was brought the first two were already cold. The ironic thing is the their meal was a meatball sandwich and the meatballs were VERY undercooked. Absolutely disgusting to bite into. The waitress couldn't have been more apathetic about it when told. Get the pizza. Go get it and go home. Anything else... Go somewhere else. Edit: The owner made an attempt to reach out to me and make amends for the poor visit I had. Very upstanding to do so. Actually had this in Kansas City, didn't realize it until we sat down. Loved it there, loved it here. Started out with the cheesy garlic bread and fried mushrooms. Loved the fried mushrooms, my boys didn't share the garlic bread with me! My wife had a salad and asked the waitress to chop up the lettuce, they did a good job preparing it the way she wanted. The boys both ordered cheese calzone, and they were huge they barely put a dent in them and feasted on them for a couple days after. I also ordered the monster, a medium one.....wow. it was big and really good, my only criticism was that the green pepper did not seem fresh, but other than that, it was great. The place was small, and looked like it was really set up for carryout, but it was still a good place to eat in. It had a couple of tvs but no beer or wine, bummer. read more

Not sure why it took so long since they are 4 miles away from us. The guy did apologize and said he got lost entering the apartment complex. Transplanted Chicagoan here, ordered Chicago Style Deep-Dish (which should be made with cornmeal crust and should come in a pan). Was charged for a deep dish ($3 more, plus $0.25 premium per ingredient, $2.50 instead of $2.25). Received the "double dough" pizza, which was flour dough and came on a pizza tray. It was loaded-up with an authentic amount of cheese, but it still wasn't the same as the deep dish I ordered, and I didn't appreciate being charged more for what I ordered and didn't receive. Just placed my first order with this location. OMG!!! Cassandra rocks! So personable and polite. Being from IL I'm no stranger to Rosatis and have placed quite a few orders with the Flower Mound location but their menu lacks many of the things the Chicago locations carry. Thankfully the Lewisville location has many of the items found on Chicagoland menus and a few additional. Cassandra even called back to apologize they were out of pickles for my burger. The location is open later than any other delivery in the area which is a plus. My food arrived promptly and hot. The order of zeppoli was too large I'll be eating off it for at least a week. The burger was perfectly pink just the way I like it most delivery restaurants here in TX don't ask what temp you want your burger cooked to.
