I was REALLY looking forward to trying this place. Born and raised in the Chicago area, I've MISSED real Italian Beef... I ordered a Cheef with a side salad and my daughter got a Calzone. It said 35 minutes for pick up. I got side-tracked and it took me about 45 minutes to get there. Was told it wasn't ready... Ok.. Another 45 minutes goes by while I wait... Finally, I went to the counter to request a refund and the guy says "oh, its almost done, just give us a minute". 20 minutes later, he brings it out. I got no salad or the sweet peppers on my sandwich... my daughter got no Marinara ... and it was cold. HOW was it COLD when I've been sitting there all that time waiting??? Last night was my first time ever trying this place & my kids said it's the BEST PIZZA they ever had. We ordered the Rosati's MONSTER pizza, 18" and it was more than enough for my 4 children, my wife & I to share. On to the pizza! Everything was so delicious & flavorful, not greasy & salty like most others. I'm ashamed to say that we compared them to Marco's but we did, and my conclusion is... THERE IS NO COMPARISON! The veggies were super fresh, crunchy & plentiful. You can tell these folks take their time & take pride in their sauce.
