Not KFC, not Wendy's, not Chevys fresh Mex, none of them have a consistently excellent quality product that has exixted for over 50 years. The only problem they have is inconsistency btwn the corporate advertising and store expectations to keep profit margins tight. It causes confusion with district Mgrs, store Mgrs and pizza making staff ( more on this subject later) Round Table will at least make a wrong, RIGHT again. Customer service does not exist or they don't care about actual concerns. They will contact you and when you reply they "escalate" but do nothing to follow up. When you attempt to contact they go missing and surprisingly stop replying to emails. Corporate RTP has failed its customers. read more

This location is great, and its where I always get my pizza delivered from when I order from Round Table. Delivery times are always fast, they always cook the pizza properly, and everyone is always friendly. I also like that they pay attention to details, allow me to explain. I recently ordered a pizza and forgot to ask for no tomatoes on it, well the person printing the order noticed that the last time I ordered it there was no tomatoes on it and called to see if I wanted to make sure the pizza I just ordered would be the same. Stopped for lunch because it's close to my office and was not disappointed! Staff is really friendly, the place is REALLY clean and overall pizza was great as usual! I did the lunch buffet and I liked that the pizza is consistently rotated so it doesn't looked like it sat under the lamp for hours. Alison, the manager, came and check on me which was nice to see, she told me all about the specials and the great happy hour! First time here with my wife my sister and my stepdaughter and her husband and their two young sons. My wife and sister ordered a flat bread pizza, 6 pieces. They said it was ok. The rest of us ordered a pan crust pizza extra large half pepperoni and half veggies. It was a bit on the chewy side. I was going to get a beer from the extensive wall of beer but in order to do that I was asked to leave my drivers license with someone or a debit card. I had two of my son's birthday parties here on separate occasions. It is super easy to reserve a room, they allow you to bring your own cake/cupcakes for the party, and best of all, they clean up afterwards. This is a clubhouse location! I've got to say, even for a chain Round Table, this place was awesome! They had a pretty good selection of craft beers and wine. They price it by the ounce so you can try as much or as little as you would like! I would recommend streamlining the process of paying for all of it though. Very disappointed with this place. I ordered my pizzas and breadsticks online at 3:48pm and asked for a 4:30pm delivery. When I finished checkout my confirmation had a delivery time of 4:33pm. No problem. My order actually arrived at 5:18pm. 1 1/2 hours after I ordered it. Top it off, the pizza was over cooked and not even that hot. $60 was spent on crappy food and slow service! ! I came for the pizza buffet. It was 25 minutes before the buffet ended. The pizza that was out had vegetables on them. I asked if they were putting any more pizzas with all meat out. This is a new location and what is interesting to me is that I used to go to their old location across the street for lunch way more often. The new location is sparkly and clean and offer unique amenities such as the row of pour your own beer taps, Freestyle soda machine, an arcade area, private rooms for parties, and more. I was pleased with our pizza, but a bit disappointed in the customer service. I heard our number called and watch our pizza sit and sit on the ledge for about 10 minutes before an employee actually brought it to the table. When I walked up and asked if I could grab it, since it was mere feet away, I was told she'd be right out with it, however, it took another 5 minutes for it to actually hit our table. My kids and I have a thing about Round Table Pizza since they were young. They have now grown and moved away, but the memory of RTP lives strong in their memory. I stopped by this location to have a personal pan gourmet chicken, my favorite. I was not disappointed! This location has been up graded to include self-serve beers on tap, an arcade for the kids and a nice private party room. The staff were welcoming and helpful. 2 months ago I rated this place one star and detailed my horrible experience here with the extra long wait and horrible service. I then was contacted by the store owner who wanted to see if he could make this right with a better store experience. He invited me back and I am pleased to say that this experience was much better. This was my first time back since the last visit and I was able to see all the new renovations. The atmosphere is very inviting. Now on to service, where I had the main issue last time, it was actually pretty good. I ordered online and my order was ready when I got there, it was cooked perfectly, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I am glad I had this new experience here and I will come back in the future. This is the first time we visited this restaurant and we were very disappointed. The pizza had too much cheese and some pieces of the pizza we're missing the three toppings that we paid for. We observed employees improperly handling the food. Management needs to step in a provide some guidance to the employees. They have a self service beer station. While they do provide cold beer glasses they have extra glasses underneath that are very dusty. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. read more

In Fresno for work and find this roundtable down the street from my hotel. Instead of ordering for delivery I decide to do carryout. I order and pay online which is convenient. However, I get quoted about 20 minutes. I arrive at the location few minutes past the quoted time and the lady at the counter says 5 more minutes. No big deal, there is a football game on. Sit down and watch it. I sit there for 30 minutes watching the game as multiple people pick up their orders. Now if it wasn't for the game I'd be upset. But then I noticed the lady who told me it would be 5 minutes and another worker take food to a table and proceed to sit down and eat. I'm sure she noticed me sitting there while she was worrying about watching a preseason Raiders football game rather than a college football. Then another customer comes in to pick up their food so I decide to get up and see what's taking so long. Talk to the guy at the register and he ends up pulling the pizza out from under the counter. Clearly it must have been ready for awhile as it wasn't as hot as I'd expect. But again no big deal, I can brush that aside. But here comes the reason for this review. Along with my medium pizza that shouldn't have taken an hour to be ready with how empty it was inside, I ordered a 2L soda. The guy hands me my pizza and I ask about my soda before he walks away. He asks what I ordered and then goes to grab it. I look down at the receipt and noticed the soda isn't even on there but luckily I took a screen shot of my order and see the $3 soda I ordered for my own sanity. The guy comes back and asks to see the receipt. As he glances at it for half a second he proceeds to tell me "I'll trust you." I simply tell him I paid for it and walked away. Perhaps Roundtable needs to change their receipts to show that purchase. Don't feel like being questioned or spoken to like that over a $3 soda and having to wait an extra 30 minutes for a pizza that was probably ready 20 minutes sooner. read more

My experience with Roundtable started last night. My husband and I were looking for a new place to go watch football so we gave them a call to ask them what time they were going to open. They told my husband they would open at 11. A little while later we saw on Facebook it said that they were opening at 10. So I called back and asked once again what time they were going to be opening on Sunday the girl told me 11 and I advised her that Facebook page said 10. She told me well technically we open at 10:30 and I advised once again the Facebook page said at 10. She said no they open at 11. I asked why FB said 10 and she simply said she did not know After going back and forth with her I finally got her to ask her manager what time they will be opening and the manager indicated that they were opening at 10. So my husband and I showed up at 10 ready to watch football. We walked in all the lights were off there was nobody in the front of the restaurant. We sat in the lobby for about 5 to 7 minutes I even went to the front counter and yelled "hello hello" to get someone's attention. Still nothing. At which time another employee walk in the front door. She did not greet us did not say anything and did not acknowledge that there was nobody in the lobby. She just walked right past us. I then asked her can you please let somebody know that we're here because nobody has come out. At that time one of the workers came out. She was avery nice lady. She assisted us on getting yhe game on. However there was nothing available for us to eat we had to wait approximately 45 minutes to be able to have anything to eat as we sat in the lobby. I do go to this Roundtable often probably once a week. And this was truly the worst service I have ever had. This will be the last time that I go to watch football at this location. I was very disappointed in my visit. I beleive if your establishment is going to open at 10, you should be ready to serve your costumers at 10. read more
