Here's the deal. In the metroplex, most times you're getting good food or an aesthetically pleasing spot. This is the aesthetically pleasing spot. It's cute, it mirrors its neighborhood, and maybe that's enough. My bagel was tough, but I loved the presentation of the bagel's toppings. My drinks were perfectly sweet, but not too sweet.

It's so beautiful inside and all the food options are standard and definitely order worthy. However, I am 1000% knocking off stars for 3 reasons : 1. Overpriced food 2. Patronizing server 3. Missed order item It was a tad loud, but when my server asked me a question I had to ask for her to repeat herself because I couldn't hear. In a very annoyed voice she asked louder "it's the RED caviar or the BLACK one" assuming I didn't know the difference in caviar. It was mildly insulting, but I let it go. Then the dish never came! So that was just a complete waste. I don't think I'm coming back truthfully. A nice one and done visit.

Our driver for the day brought us here when I asked for a place to have coffee before my flight out of Love Field. I just wanted the quick bite option. It's good that they have the counter in back. It gave me exactly what I needed. It turns out the Best Friend breakfast taco was exactly what I needed. It's a good choice for a dose of protein in the day. No complaints. It didn't strike me as a place with food that was overly special. But it pulled off the good enough for me test.

Pre flight breakfast was more than we expected! The location is within the Highland Park Village-lots of high end shopping, beautiful location. The restaurant itself is like taking a step back into time, so much charm. Our menu waitress wasn't very verbal but the menu was very self explanatory, keeping it very simple. The orange juice was fresh squeezed, what a treat for me-a lover of juicing! The amount of food wasn't a lot however the QUALITY was worth every bite!

This place was so cute inside. The chandeliers and decor are very trendy and fun. It's also located in a shopping area right next to a lot of nice shops. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. When our drinks were low, she was on top of it, filling them up before we had to ask. Food was good. I got the breakfast sandwich but I subbed the regular bread for an everything bagel. I felt like it needed some hot sauce. Thankfully, the waitress was able to get some for me and bring it to the table. The only thing I would change is to add more lunch items to the menu. I like breakfast/brunch food but I personally prefer lunch.

We had breakfast at Sadelle's this morning and everything was really good. We order French toast, best friend tacos, and the Sadelle's tower with white fish salad, tuna, egg salad, and caviar. What made the experience amazing was the service. I never had to flag the waiter to assist us. Everyone who helped us was kind and personable. You should definitely check it out!

Enjoyed a pre-fixed menu for Galentine's. The environment was a low light, date night scene. The waiter was very attentive, knowledgeable and polite. The food received mixed reviews. The onion rings was really delicious. However the onions was sliced so thin it was mostly batter, 3 stars. The salmon wasn't on the menu, yet they was nice to accommodate the substitute, 5 stars. The steak was good. However the orders wasn't prepared as requested and given to the wrong individuals when placed on table. HOWEVER, they graciously sent the orders back and made everyone happy, so 5 stars for customer service! I would gladly go again and you should too.

    Eggs Benedict. Ham

Sadelle's definitely delivers on presentation and execution, but the Eggs Benedict was a mixed experience for me. The poached eggs were perfect and the hollandaise was genuinely delicious -- rich, smooth, and well-balanced without overpowering the dish. My only real issue was the bread choice. They use brioche instead of a traditional English muffin, and for me that was more meh than memorable. The sweetness and softness of the brioche took away from the classic savory balance I expect from a Benedict. It wasn't bad, just not the direction I personally wanted. Overall, great quality ingredients and a polished brunch spot, but I'd love this dish a lot more with a more traditional base.

I visited for Sunday brunch, and we did not have a reservation, but they seated us very quickly. I love the look and feel of the restaurant. Very cute. I can definitely see a date day or girls day out brunch happening here. Our server was great. Walked us through the menu as it was my first time. Gave us their recommendations. I ordered the matcha latte and house salmon, and my friend had a custom omelette. We shared the pigs in a blanket. The dipping sauce was pretty interesting, but they taste amazing without any sauce. My salmon was so fresh. I can't wait to go back and try more items from the menu. Or to simply visit the cafe attached.

Came here for my brother's birthday brunch and had a nice experience overall. We had an 11:45 a.m. reservation and were seated right away. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and the french toast, both were really good. We also had mimosas, which were solid and enjoyable. The service was good, nothing bad at all, but also nothing that really stood out or wowed us. Overall, it's a good place for brunch. I'd come back and try something else on the menu.

This is a cute spot for a girls brunch. It's a little more elevated than your average brunch spot including the way the food is presented. While the coffee wasn't my favorite, I would go back to try it hot or with a different syrup. The service was very attentive which is always appreciated.

What a cute and well decorated restaurant! We went here on Easter and it was packed! Our service was a little slow at first but our food came out very quickly and it was quite tasty! I ordered the special cheeseburger which was very good but not anything amazing. My girlfriend got the ham and eggs Benedict and she really enjoyed it! Definitely a good spot for a brunch or breakfast. I would recommend!

Sadelles offers brunch and dinner menus and there is also a cafe off to the side if you are looking for something to go. The vibe of the place is very much you would take your girlfriends too. The decor is very bright colors with plenty of natural light coming in. We got a half dozen oysters and a salad. The salad is a very big portion and can definitely be split between two people. The staff were super friendly and we were able to get a table no problem with no reservations.

This unassuming restaurant tucked in a corner of nondescript row of stores has stood the test of time. My first review of the place was in 2013. Here it is 13 years later then it is still going strong. I went for lunch with the family on a snow day. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. No numbers, they just remember who you are. I always get combo number 1 and add sweet potato fries. The prices are great and not much more than McDonalds but the difference in value is significant. The burgers are not thick but this time I noticed the double burger (#2) is just a couple of bucks more than the the single patty in #1. Note to self for next time. Although the patty is thin, the flavors work. The burger comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard. No ketchup, you add that yourself. The bun with sesame seeds always comes out piping hot. Sweet potato fries are crispy and not greasy. The combo comes with a drink for $10.99. That's a deal. I hope they stay in business another 13 years!

The neighborhood may continue to change around it, but Chip's remains the same. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Chip's has an old school, nostalgic feel. The restaurant has an iconic sloping roof with a yellow outdoor exterior and a big green sign with its logo. Inside, there are plenty of booths, a bar, and even outdoor seating. Chip's has grown and expanded over the years but to me that adds to the nostalgic charm. 1 Star. Service - Chip's may have invented counter service. Upon entering, you look at the menu posted on the wall and place your order. You'll get a number (or they'll ask for your name), and you grab a table, and when your food is ready it comes out. Fast, efficient, and the staff was super friendly. 1 Star. Food - Chip's is known for its poppy seed hamburger buns. While it's pretty and tasty, the most important part, the patty, is pretty average. Honestly, there are many other great burger joints in Dallas. On the other hand, the fried onion strings are a must order for your side. While I wasn't a fan of the burger, the fried onion strings saved my meal. The Oreo and Fresh Banana shakes were also a nice cold, creamy, sweet ending to my meal. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. I hope Chip's never changes. The restaurant has an iconic look, it's part of Dallas history, and the staff is great. 1 Star.

We ordered the fried mushrooms to start, and they were so hot that one of us severely burned her lower gums on them. Seriously! A prescription from the dentist was sought; mea culpa but damn. Once they were less volcanic, they were good. We split a burger with fried onions, and it was dry. The meat was overbooked, the bun was over toasted, and the whole thing needed plenty of beer to go down smoothly. The fries are fine, and we did appreciate that they had some steamed broccoli on the menu. Our daughter was happy with her kids cheeseburger meal, and she did like the chocolate-caramel malt shake she scored at the end. A main reason that we're landing on three stars is the ice cream situation. One of us ordered a soft serve vanilla, and nobody told her that the machine was down, so what she got instead was a cup of half melted Blue Bell soup...are you kidding! Thanks for the prompt refund, but letting your customer know what the situation is in advance goes a long way. So, we tried it. Add a notch to the Dallas belt. We wish them well, but we won't be returning. There are better burgers in DFW.
